We are sitting at the table right now spend £250 about 18 people dine in unfortunately it is my utter dismay that the gentleman working behind the checkout have no idea about customer service and not been very helpful. I would also like to bring it to your kind attention that your dips size is smaller than £2 coin which makes it difficult for people who love your sauces our billing should have been considered rather than asking additional money for dips.

The place was amazing, very clean and the food was delicious. We love kebab everywhere we go with my family always looking for kebab. The good thing in this place (GDK Burton) free parking for two hours which is good. 👍

Hi, I was happy my order was delivered early as I had a hungry kid. Meal was generous sized portions which was good. Kids popcorn chicken was large sized popcorn. My daughter loved her kids meal and the colouring book and crayons that came with it.

food was cold when it got here the cold drinks were in the same bag as hot food which makes no sense.

Nice but not £5 odd for a sausage, bacon and tomato sandwich nice. That's was literally it, not even a drink included.

Kebab was class, really big portion and was fresh with it’s salad and sauce. The fladenbrot bread was really good too

Extremadamente decepcionante, había planeado sentarse, pero hacía mucho frío en el interior, decidió llevar ya que sentarse en el coche sería más cómodo. Ordene la comida con hamburguesa, papas fritas y bebida, esperó 21 minutos para recoger como Just Eat, los conductores de Deliveroo estaban en masa y se les dio prioridad. El lugar estaba demasiado ocupado con ellos en lugar de sentarse en los comensales. Los repartidores estaban todos apurados por ser atendidos primero, por lo que era muy incómodo. Las comidas también estaban mal. Para cobrar £ 5. 99 por una hamburguesa fría y £ 2. 99 porque una lata de coca no es viable. El pedido de comida era incorrecto y frío. No sauce at all, completely dry like Sahara, had to bin it , wouldn’t recommend , if you don’t remember to put sauce how can I be sure you remember to wash hands after toilet?

Made a booking for Dom’s Table based of amazing reviews. We booked for December. The day before I went onto the website to check the times to see the website no longer existed. Thinking this was odd I called the number on our confirmation email. This number went to some plumbing company?! After lots of searches and digging on multiple websites I found a different number and managed to get through to Dom. He very casually informed me that no it was cancelled. I asked about my deposit and he said we should get this back and receive an email. We haven’t received an email and he has now blocked my number and email address so cannot contact him. If I never spent time trying to track him down we never would have known it was cancelled. Awful service, left out of pocket and disappointed. Even if we had the option to move our booking we would have but no communication at all has made this whole experience rubbish.

A middle aged asian man with whiffy breath. I made an excuse and went straight back out again. I will not ever want to call in here ever again.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Trafford Center branch. I’ve been a regular customer, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. I asked a simple question about whether an item contained sugar, and this lady responded rudely. When I ask to order them, she snapped, "Excuse me? Can’t you see I have other customers? You can’t see you have to wait etc etc" Her tone was downright hostile, and it felt like she was yelling at me, all while I had guests with me who were equally shocked by her unprofessional behavior. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. My guests even told me they would never come back after being treated this way. It’s a shame that such rude staff members are allowed to represent the brand. I expected much better, and this experience left a very bad impression.
