Worst food ever don’t eat it is always cold nasty

Bad vibes from everything. The place is empty even at what should be peak hours, and for good reason. Staff are creepy and stare at you. No gloves when they handle food. Saw a cook coughing into his hands then cutting more meat for an order. Food is very pricy for what you get. Any local kebab place would give you better meat for less money. Pass.

Unpleasant restaurant experience Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Although I ordered a specific menu, I did not receive all the products included in the order. When I asked for the rest of the food, the staff chose to communicate in another language, which made me feel uncomfortable and excluded. Moreover, upon leaving, a simple "thank you" from me went unanswered or even a look from them. I believe that a restaurant should pay close attention to its customers, ensuring that they receive exactly what they ordered and that they feel respected throughout the entire dining experience. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed to meet these minimum standards.

I requested no spicy sauce. They just removed all of the sauces. Not the first time btw.

Ordered The Boss Box OG Kebab on Deliveroo. The presentation box looked really good. First time I've had food from here and I was pleasantly surprised. The fries were lightly spiced, with a great texture, which went really well the 3 free sauces (the spicy one was yum). The spring rolls were great too and the kebab in the toasted bread excellent. Highly recommended and a great value meal.

Hardly seen a chicken ,just cabbage and salad, unbelievable

What do you expect guys? If you deliver a box meal,how would you want me to eat?? With my fingers or what? I think for that price what you're asking for your food, you should add folks as well or Chinese sticks or whatever but don't send the box only....we're not animals! Im a worker in someone else house so I don't have my own kitchen here!! Shame on you guys!!

Food was cold as we waited for a driver to go to the shop. Only ordered as the delivery time said 20-25 mins. Waited over 45mjns to an hour. Part of the order was missing although the receipt claims it was there poor service.

Meat was half ubcooked. One doner had a good amount the other had hardly any. Bread was soft and not toasted. Overall very dissapointed

I just had chicken doner kebab here. If you want delicious toasted, fresh bred with super aromatic garlic sos and fresh salad, this is the place to go. Remind me of my backhome local kebab place. Clean and friendly. Definitely recommend! Thank you 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳

Wow what an terrible advert for GDK this site is. After a very long time with Uber eats trying to resolve an issue with a delivery I managed to get through to this site by phone. Spoke to a person with a strong accent who lied about his name. "Peter" then refused to help as Uber don't show numbers & addresses. As order details don't matter to "Peter". After 2 hours sitting in a bag on a counter I am expecting something that is beyond eating & will be demanding a full refund. No wonder Uber give out numbers for X employees if "Peter" is an example of how terrible the current group are.

Quite quiet on a lunchtime ordered mixed donor which was thin almost crisp meat and oily but chips very hot and good. Customer service good.

First time I've had any complaints about this place. Kebab wasn't in it's usual box, flung at the bottom of the bag along with the chips, then my freezing cold drink flung on top. By the time it got to me everything was cold & out it's packaging.

Nice food and very good service, very quick and fresh food! We found the burger rough and they kindly swapped it for the pitta without hesitation.

arrived stone cold mainly because there was very little meat in it. more a salad kebab with a meat topping. funky packaging looks great but overall the food was more style over substance.

I visited them at 10:10 pm, and it was closed via Google saying that they're closing t'at 23:00 o'clock. I came from far and it's really misleading. You should have updated your timings.

The chicken was too dry and salty and the beef tasted more like beef jerky because it was so dry. I can tell none of their food is fresh. Couldn't understand a single word that the cashier was saying so it was difficult to order.

I ordered the OG Kebab for collection and got to the store before the pickup time and the food was already ready. The bread itself was too toasted - the sesame seeds had a burnt taste. There was very little meat and it was very dry (you could tell that it was not fresh at all). There was barely any sauce. Overall it was a bad, dry experience which is a shame considering how much it costs nowadays.

The delivery was left out of the house for a long time and no one was notified yet I had asked to be contacted on arrival.

Ordered the food on the website which was easy to do. I was able to choose a time slot so when I arrived it was ready. Food was delicious and went down a treat. Although I didn't eat at the restaurant, it seemed nice enough to sit down and eat.

Staff always busy chatting to one another and never facing the till. Collected my online order which had drinks and fries missing. No way to contact the store and online service is also useless..

I've always enjoyed GDK. Started when they opened a location in Stratford a good few years back. Found the bread, meat and sauces to be great. But, this place sucked. The people in the kitchen can't help but handle their food with their bare hands. They have the option to wear gloves or use tongs, but every once in a while, they'll grab some salad or bread with their hand. I'm not confident in their hygiene practices.

my food wasn’t at my door when i got home 2 mins after it said delivered.

Very oily with very little filling. We ordered a panini and quesadilla, which is our usual order. Over the past few orders, I have noticed the filling is virtually nonexistent, and it's drenched in oil. It makes you feel heavy and sick. The fries are bland and tasteless.

The delivery driver was given the wrong food. So I ended up having to go there to pick up my food. And when I got it, it was NOT worth the hassle or the money I paid. I tried several times to call the restaurant to find out what was happening with my food and there was no answer. I WON’T be ordering from here again.

Ordered the OG Wrap. Mostly salad. No sauces given. A bland, insipid meal altogether. A total waste of time.

30 minutes late chip's stone cold never again piss poor.

I asked for a panini with no onions. The lady serving me then seemed to think that no onions meant no tomatoes! I said no I want want everything else just not the onions. I received my panini with the diner meat and onions and nothing else. Also I paid by cash and they didn't have money in the till to give me the correct change.

So yumm. Can never go wrong with this Option. Lucky me got sauces x 2!! Many many thanks.

Received a cold kebab, and it was quite disappointing. The flavors didn’t come through well, and the texture suffered. It felt like it had been sitting for a while, impacting the overall taste. Hoping for a warmer and fresher experience next time.

Delicious Kebab although was not that hot by the time I received it. stuck it in the oven for 5 minutes to reheat and then it was perfect!
