German doner kebab in Lancaster

We are sitting at the table right now spend £250 about 18 people dine in unfortunately it is my utter dismay that the gentleman working behind the checkout have no idea about customer service and not been very helpful. I would also like to bring it to your kind attention that your dips size is smaller than £2 coin which makes it difficult for people who love your sauces our billing should have been considered rather than asking additional money for dips.

I really enjoyed the OG kebab in Lancaster. The spring rolls and fries were in right temperature. The service was very welcoming, and the ambience was quite decent.

Tasty foods,always loved to visit when I've been to Lancaster,but the last time the staff served my food in a takeaway bag.I've told I wanted to eat in,but they said I can't because it is 21:15 and they will close and 10pm so they have to start cleaning soon.I've asked for a refund because I did not want to eat on the street or in my car,but I did not even got a refund.

don't get me wrong first time trying just don't think it is worth the money.As you only got a tiny bit of meat the rest was plasterd with salad and sauce lovely fresh food thow. nice and fresh

Ordered on App for delivery. Smallest portions I've ever seen for the price, wouldn't feed a toddler. Food was stone cold and chips were soggy. This place was recommended. First and last tine using this place.

Delivery kept getting put back, then after an hour and a half it got cancelled with no explanation. Also through delivery companies it is expensive, over £44 for a simple doner dinner for 4. Used to be OK won't bother now in future.

Order was ready on time and lovely gent handed me my order. However, fries cold and bland (salt wouldnt go a miss) 'kebab' all bread very little meat. Disappointing for the price. Definitely will not be returning in a hurry.

Gdk never disappointed me with their Quality food and cleanliness! I'm a fan of them and more fan because of Laboni ! I come more often to see her beautiful face and smile .her smartly service is always on top to deal with customers and presence makes GDK atmosphere homely . I think Gdk should utilise such talented person.

We ordered are food at 530 to be dekivered by 620 max it came at 710 and the chips were completely cold not impressed at all complete waste of money, overpriced

it's been delivered 1 hour late , is now cold as the driver decided to take a 12min detour to pizza hut. where it was sat still for that long. this is very unlike them as I usually have no issues with them.

The courier was waiting for a long time in store according to the app. The food was stone cold upon arrival and had to be thrown. Complete waste of time and money. Also, was given 3 garlic sauces rather than the usual selection. Very poor!

Taken 30 minutes to put some meat in a pitta bread and it was still cold. They also got mixed up with our meals because we didn't order any kids meals but received kids portions.

Amazing customer service from Adoha! We had issues with Uber eats the driver messed up the order so we had to get a refund issued. Adoha offered a full replacement (3 kebabs) for the inconvenience you really can't get any better customer service anywhere else. Very much recommend, fresh and good healthy options also

45 mins late, quite annoying considering the delivery charge cost

Delivery itself was fast, but it was an hour after ordering that it finally left GDK

Delivery time changing from 5 past to 45 past the 20min is going easy on GDK I know the delivery driver was fast enough.

Time kept getting added on to delivery time. Food was cold especially chips, stone cold!! No sauces

We were the only 2 people in the shop and it took 20 mins for the food to arrive. When it did the meats were stone cold. I went back and complained and got fresh ones but when it came the order was wrong. I used to love this place but it has really gone downhill.

Ordered the food before 10pm for delivery time of 10:35 as that was the first option for delivery. Restaurant didn’t say this time was unavailable. Still sat here at 1:10am waiting for my food. Just eat have said it’s been delivered online but hasnt.

Quite tasty chicken kebab....would recommend. Premises are modern, well furnished and clean. Reasonably quick service, though restaurant was quiet.

Service and food very good it’s just a shame that the portion sizes can be very hit and miss but they seem to be getting better, shouldn’t have to pay for extra sauce

I spent £31 for a burger, quesdilla, spring rolls, cheese chill bites & got a free chocolate waffle bread. it delivered ok but the burger was just a flat bun with ZERO salad or sauce & a vegetable pattie. Absolutely NOTHING like the picture. the quesdilla was the same. ZERO SALAD OR CHEESE (despite paying for Xtra) & not even toasted. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT QUALITY if it is a "Boss Box" otherwise it is utter garbage. The spring roll & chilli bites were amazing but overall a total waste of £31. Sad

the kebab I order had Donna at the top and over half of the kebab especially the bottom half was all full of cabbage and lettuce...definitely not worth it

We came across the GDK (Lancaster) just by chance, and the menu looked good. My wife is not keen on spicy food, so we checked with the kitchen, who kindly offered her a small sample before purchasing. My wife is fussy, so to get a thumbs up was quite a surprise. I'm the opposite and don't mind spicy, but there were some sauce options that suited me. We ate in and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Overall, we both had a great meal, and the staff were excellent. I'd say that it was probably the best Doner that I've had in the UK. Definitely recommended.
