Dirty place to eat never again 🤮🤮🤮

We arrived at around 5pm it wasn't busy just a few people waiting. The seating area was absolutely disgusting and dirty, food everywhere on tables and chairs, the floor was really sticky and dirty. Bins over flowing. When asking a member of staff to please clear and clean the table we wanted to sit at we just got glared at! Very rude. The ladies toilet was closed so had to use disabled toilet and it was worse than the restaurant! Absolutely disgusting and very dirty! The door wouldn't lock. Toilet was making a loud noise and shaking like it was about to explode. Everywhere you looked was so disgusting and dirty, the windows covered in grease and grease covered hand prints. This kfc by far is the worst kfc or restaurant I've ever entered. Would never return and would never recommend. Our family was very disappointed as its our closest kfc. And we were looking forward to enjoying our first kfc in a long time. was so bad we didn't order any food and left. Seeing the state of restaurant and toilets, i dread to think how bad the kitchen was. This needs addressing ASAP! I've had to put 1star to beable to post this review but I wouldn't even give it 1star.

The food said it would take 15 mins and it was nearly an hour before it arrived. With no contact from the restaurant

Ranji the extremely nice guy, let myself and my wife use the facilities when desperate. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed as we were going to order food. Thank you mate you are a nice person and this day of age it is rare.

food cold. took 2hrs and 38mins to arrive. tried to refuse delivery as everything was cold. delivery guy didnt care, very unapoligetic. not happy at all. delivery guy left food on doorstep after i refused with collecting code.

Cold, slow delivery and items missing

The food was cold and and my bottle of orange tango was not delivered and I have made a complaint about it and no one has got back to me it is a absolute joke it was yesterday at 1pm

Just bought my son his birthday dinner of choice from here, which he was really looking forward to. My husband had to remind the server that he was one drink short which she apologised for and provided the missing drink, then once half an hour away at our picnic spot on the beach, we opened the bag and both portions of chips were missing.

Brilliant, was expecting it to be average with it being delivered but it came piping hot! Impressed!

NO CHICKEN...NO CHICKEN.....By far the WORST KFC I have ever been in, we ordered and waited.. and waited and waited, 22 minutes after ordering I asked where is my order, only to be told that there was currently no chicken cooked, why did it take 22 minutes and for me to ask, for me to be told that, I waited a further 15 minutes still no chicken, they tried to give me a free drink, which was flat and murky coloured, not only that the speakers are broken, loud and so distorted, 37 plus minutes wait for our order, in the end we left without any food and a refund, very disappointed, we shall not be returning

Absolute shambles! Ordered food, waited 20 minutes and then asked where our food was to be told there was no chicken cooked and it would be a further 20 minutes! Who goes to KFC to wait 40 minutes for their food? It is supposed to be fast food. Initially they gave one of us a complimentary drink which was awful as the mix needed changing. Anyway, demanded a refund which was given. Staff did not know what they were doing, lots of unhappy customers and the place was filthy. I'll never go here again and I'd recommend others to stay away as the service is shocking. Hoping I get my refund on my card!

We were very disappointed with our order - everything ended up in the bin. The texture of the chicken was not edible and cold. The chips were soggy and cold. Will not be ordering again.

Great food once again and the delivery driver was really nice

Had to get 2 replacement burgers over held dry cold rest area vile and a mess. When I got my burger (fillet) was how it was suppose to be.

Excellent k.f.c.Very quick service and the staff were really nice and it was also very clean.I had the chicken pieces and hot wings plus chips.The chicken was perfect but as usuall for KFC the chips weren't that good, Luke warm at best but I actually expected that unfortunately.i'll definitely visit this branch again

NO GRAVY IN A KFC - i repeat NO GRAVY . VERY POOR TBH 😢 ordered a tango a sprite and I can't remember the 3rd drink but we got 4 cans of tango and were told that was all they had .

I waited 40 minutes for fries that came cold and in a sieve small when I paid £3 for a large a was appalled and ask the staff if this was a large they said yes . The seats were dirty , rubbish on the floor overall not a nice place to be .

Ordered on just eat. Spent 30 pound and the order was wrong! Didn't recieve my bottle of pop... sides were missing! How can you possibly get the order so wrong when it's all printed on the receipt? Absolutely awful service

Staff member wasnt to happy that i checked my order I was Missing 8 portions of frys when I told her they were miss she walked way one of the other staff member heard me and sorted it for me she was was talking to the one who served me in a foreign language she looked to be telling her off and she didn't looked bothered by what she was saying point is check your order

Absolutely rude staff. Opens at 11am and we arrived at 11.25am to find doors locked. Knocked several times and then 2 female staff looked at us and continued doing what they were doing but did not unlock the door or acknowledge us stood there knocking. Other customers also tried to get in and walked away. Not a way to run a business

My order was not delivered. KFC stated delivery of 10-25 minutes. Every time I’d check the order status the delivery time had been pushed back again and again. Ordered at 17:50. At 20:20 I’d given up and fed ourselves from home. App says my food was delivered at 22:20. It wasn’t. Never came.

I had ordered to the wrong address on my account, there was no where to correct this, nobody to talk to to change or redirect, i was then told by the delivery that if not there in 5 min he would leave it and he cant change address.

Driver left KFC travelled down West End along Westgate went to Stanhope Avenue instead of Stanhope Court. Ridiculous route. He blamed SatNav. He rang me whilst he was talking to resident of wrong address. Food delivered COLD. Driver had no local knowledge.

Food was cold and nothing was warm

If you want to age ten years, just visit this place. I promise you will walk in and walk out ten years older. It's like magic. It felt like I was standing in that queue for an eternity, as days turned to nights and nights turned to day. Still, there was no sign of so much as a hot wing. By this time, I myself felt like a chicken and began to scream. Not only do you wait ten years for the food, but the stress of the wait may cause grey hair. I've waited less time in a busy A&E and speaking of A&E, I'm surprised I didn't end up in it. I was fairly close to a breakdown by the time my KFC arrived. How I managed not to coat myself in batter and throw myself into the deep fat fryer is beyond me. Was it worth the wait? Absolutely not. I've seen more meat at a vegan BBQ. Never, ever again. I'd rather starve.

After waiting an hour and 40 minutes my order got cancelled. I contacted the number provided and they don't even know why it's cancelled and they can't do anything but start processing a refund. They can't provide a number to contact to make a complaint so basically hard luck. Terrible service, no food, and you can't even complain about it because that doesn't exist.

I asked if my tango was inside the bag and he said yes but it wasn't.

Missing parts of my order but what we got was great very disappointing because it's every time we order it's missing something

Delivery Driver was pleasant and friendly, food arrived in very good time, still warm, looking good (I've had KFC's from some places in the past that look like a toddler has thrown it together). Fillet Burger & Chips tasted as they should, I've only marked them down because the chicken fillets are very small these days, one didn't even fill the bun, once upon a time the chicken was thick and succulent, maybe there's an ethical reason behind the change.

Where to start... Good news first. The food was quite hot, served promptly and the order was accurately fulfilled to eat in. Hence 4-stars. Service, non-existent. The staff don't serve customers. The table service system isn't anywhere to be seen. Pretty much all orders placed that I witnessed are take-out (ordered on app and collected) or on the digital ordering points. Well there is an atmosphere. But it's hard to describe. I'd put it on a par with a high school canteen. Packs of teenagers, being predictably loud, crude and boisterous. The only member of staff I had any experience of, was a moody, sour face person "sweeping" piles of dropped and trampled chicken, fries and debris.

If I wasn’t so hungover I’d had thrown it in the bin, stone cold.

Driver was nice, and because the time kept changing it was on time but it took 52 mins to come and was stone cold and soggy

My order took an hour and all the food is cold. Cold chips and cold chicken. I put all my order in the bin because it was cold and discussing. I want a full refund.

Food arrived but was stone cold. When order a takeaway if you have to start heating up the food before eating! For a large chain KFC should hang their head in shame!!!

Do not go to this kfc has to be the worst in England first after choosing table service and waiting nearly an hour they then tell us they don't do take service and our food had been waiting for us to collect it for over half hour. Absolute joke never coming back..

hi i have ordered a pepsi max 1.5 l which i didnt get

delivery time altered several times, driver told me to phone the restaurant to get stuff sorted, no answer when calling the restaurant, refund request processing and "we will get back to you in 48 hours"... £50 order, no food, no refund, no communication from KFC... disgraceful.

Advised no mayo on burger in notes and not adheared too . Seems to be getting very common not to take notes on any notes left !!
