KFC Morecambe - Marine Road in Lancaster

If you want to age ten years, just visit this place. I promise you will walk in and walk out ten years older. It's like magic. It felt like I was standing in that queue for an eternity, as days turned to nights and nights turned to day. Still, there was no sign of so much as a hot wing. By this time, I myself felt like a chicken and began to scream. Not only do you wait ten years for the food, but the stress of the wait may cause grey hair. I've waited less time in a busy A&E and speaking of A&E, I'm surprised I didn't end up in it. I was fairly close to a breakdown by the time my KFC arrived. How I managed not to coat myself in batter and throw myself into the deep fat fryer is beyond me. Was it worth the wait? Absolutely not. I've seen more meat at a vegan BBQ. Never, ever again. I'd rather starve.

After waiting an hour and 40 minutes my order got cancelled. I contacted the number provided and they don't even know why it's cancelled and they can't do anything but start processing a refund. They can't provide a number to contact to make a complaint so basically hard luck. Terrible service, no food, and you can't even complain about it because that doesn't exist.

Where to start... Good news first. The food was quite hot, served promptly and the order was accurately fulfilled to eat in. Hence 4-stars. Service, non-existent. The staff don't serve customers. The table service system isn't anywhere to be seen. Pretty much all orders placed that I witnessed are take-out (ordered on app and collected) or on the digital ordering points. Well there is an atmosphere. But it's hard to describe. I'd put it on a par with a high school canteen. Packs of teenagers, being predictably loud, crude and boisterous. The only member of staff I had any experience of, was a moody, sour face person "sweeping" piles of dropped and trampled chicken, fries and debris.

Do not go to this kfc has to be the worst in England first after choosing table service and waiting nearly an hour they then tell us they don't do take service and our food had been waiting for us to collect it for over half hour. Absolute joke never coming back..

Disappointment of a branch can’t even follow basic instructions of what an order consists of. This place is ran worse then the current government I strongly Burger King over this

Very dissatisfied with the service here. It was an age since I had had a KFC. The staff where rude. Not going to bad mouth anyone in particular. But it's not for me.

Ordered a boneless banquet Waited 25-30 minutes When they finally got to my order they just threw it on the tray I will be telling everyone I know NOT to come here

My first to this branch nice position by morecambe bay. Tables , surfaces all very clean. The staff freindly, my food was tasty, the gravy was so tasty , the right temperature, great place to sit in.& eat .

I ordered 2 Mighty bucket meals for one with some other bits as a treat. I drove all the way home to Caton and found there was only one meal so I had to go without. I should have checked the bag but had trusted the staff to get the order right!! Not happy. Tried to ring but nobody answers.

The delivery driver parked down the road from my house and then rang and asked me to go to his car to collect it! I refused and said he had to come to me!

Got a just eat from this place had to wait one and half hour then the food was absolutely cold . The worst thing is you pay for a service and not get it . How can a KFC send cold food out to paying customers this is totally unacceptable.

Dining area was filthy with rubbish piled up all around the food was mediocre the staff were decent but the toilets were abysmal the were dirty tissue and mud all over the place and worst of all the stall door didn’t even lock

driver was absolutely amazing I put the order through to the wrong address amd tried so hard to call and message to give the right address but couldn't get through the driver brought it to the right address after arriving at the wrong one and he didn't have to as it was my mistake. couldn't thank him enough great driver great guy!

Never ever will I use this app again having to wait over an hour for food to be delivered. When I’ve used Uber eats it’s delivered within 15-25 minutes maximum for a delivery from the same venders

I ordered delivery, and I was so excited for my chicken box. I plated it and then when I look at my food, I see a long black hair.. What the hell. I tried to ring the store and it wouldn’t go through, left a review on JustEat as well. Not nice at all. And no, it’s not my own hair, you can even see bits of chicken in it..

quite disappointed my family all wanted KFC we spent a good amount of money on it, out of all my my family members I am the only one vegetarian. I ordered a vegan burger and when we had are delivery it said on our receipt "we don't do vegan burger sorry" and they swoped it for aanother chicken burger so I ened up not being able to eat with my family. very disappointed.

Brilliant lovely staff chicken 🐔 cooked perfectly 👌 quick service and a great view out of the window lots of seats and a toilet 🚻 so you don't have to pay 40p in the council ones very quiet when we went I suppose it's very busy in the summer months keep up the good work

We popped in because the children were hungry after being on the prom. What an absolute disgrace!!! The staff were more interested in where they were going on the night out the chicken was an old boiler dry as anything and the Fry's were the poorest effort for Fry's I've ever had. It cost a fortune for two adults and two children's meals and it went in the bin. If this is what KFC claims to be fast food, all I can say is it's the fastest food to the bin. Very very very disappointed.

Girls had from this branch they didn't find it great and within hours 1 is vomiting and has brought the chicken back up and has egg like smell when vomiting has slight fever and another has woke feeling sick and stomach cramps. Symptoms suggest food poisoning. Update daughter has spent 2 days in hospital with confirmed food poisoning. I would advise management contact me as I have tried phoning and no one picks up

the order had items missing, what wasn't missing was cold. I have orderd 4 times now, not once has the order been correct. the fact that every item is an extra £2-3 compared to kfc pricing, I could get another order for the difference in price. don't bother ordering kfc on just eat, It would be cheaper to pay for a taxi to kfc and back.

Every time I mistakenly choose this branch, every piece of chicken is a drumstick. There are much better branches to go to if you can. The food is usually poorly cooked. The staff look like they have to work extra hard, so I guess the management is pretty poor? Use only as a last resort.

Haven’t used KFC for a long time and it certainly didn’t fail to disappoint. Ordered on the app, our food was then given to someone else so we had to wait even longer. Hot wings well and truly dried out, chicken family bucket was freshly cooked but full of grease and had absolutely no flavour. Chips weren’t hot but probably the most edible part. For the price KFC needs to do a lot better!

10/10 hot fast and juicy delicious chicken

I know it's a franchise but it tastes better than the one near me in Manchester
