Domino's Pizza in Lancaster

Ordered extra sauce and I got triple sauce and I ordered Italian style base and I got a completely flat piece of cardboard yuck 🤮🤢

Food is delicious just far too expensive.

I had a bad experience. I turned up to order ONE large 2 item pizza (extra cheese snd mushroom) on a Special that's advertised in Store (on 2 menus placed on the Counter) for £9.99. Only to be told by the Man on the till this evening (8.30pm) that this Pizza wasnt available to me. I told him not to bother and walked out heading over to McDonald's for decent service.

Food delivery excellent, was half an hour early, food fresh and hot. Chips were 5.00 seving 2 not a lot to go round. Having said that you dont need loads as pizza is plentiful. Still, expensive for them. Would recommend, especially with the deal.

Dreadful delivery service. Pizzas wrong several times, no replacements sent, staff outright lie to customers and don't listen, I've even been shouted at over the phone for saying my pizza was missing toppings I'd paid for. Staff in the store weren't wearing gloves while handling food. Wouldn't order again, don't recommend.

Went to pick up..man in hoody behind the counter shouting abuse at all the staff, using offending language and whilst customers there. Totally disgusted at this man’s behaviour, I can only presume this person was the manager or in charge.

Got pizza it was good but the service was good but no atmosphere

This was the first time I've been to Domino's Morecambe and it will be my last . I called in on my ay home and ask what was the best deal for 2 people. In my Vue thay only like dealing with orders by phone or on the net

Too expensive for what you get. Pretty much any other chain is cheaper and better. The service is fast enough though and the outlet clean and tidy.

When we arrived a young girl who was clearly flustered took our order. We thought for the £30+ as a birthday treat was an ok price. However, even after googling to check, my husbands blue light card was refused even though on Google it says it’s accepted. We sat and waited. Another customer came in and tried several times to order his pizzas and she was constantly answering phones and cutting him off. Not one person from the back came to help her as she was clearly overwhelmed. The poor guy took over 10 minutes to even get spoken to! He ordered two £11.99 pizzas, wedges and a bottle of fanta, with a coupon! It came to nearly £45! He questioned why so much when the pizzas were only £24! She couldn’t give an answer as to why wedges and pop was and extra £20+ with a money off voucher 🤦🏻‍♀️ He walked out and quite right! Poor service and extortionate prices. We came up to get our order and it was wrong, no garlic bread. Oh I’ll do that for you now. No leave it, not paying anymore than we already have thanks. Rip off £30+ for cookies and one pizza 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also never had a bbq base pizza where you had to hunt for the sauce! Joke. Wouldn’t come here again

First time I've ordered, where the driver has deliberately tried to short change me. Driver returned from car with £3+ short on change, claiming it was all he had. I asked for cash back, and offered driver to return tomorrow with the correct change, for him to 'find' another £1 in his car, to tell me that this was all he had. I was then told that I'm "taking the pi$$" in asking for the correct change, for the driver to then walk off, and subsequently drive off. I called the store and complained to Abby, who seemingly has ignored my comments, as I was promised an immediate return of my change, almost an hour later and no sign. Note, I have doorway camera footage of your driver arguing with me over providing the correct change, and walking off after refusing to provide my change.

Danny the store manager from Morecambe you should be ashamed of your customer service I have never dealt with such a rude manager repeatedly putting the phone down on us all because our order arrived with a pizza missing & the rest of it looked and tasted like it had been sat in a box for a year!!!

Pizza were great however we ordered 2 big bottles of coke that came with it delivery driver showed up without so we told him Could he drop them off when he was out delivering again, an hour passed still hadn’t turned up so we rang domino’s they had told us they were on there way, by this time it got 10 pm they clearly weren’t coming. We would have understood if they couldn’t have bought them and offered us a refund! Very disappointing.

Placed order for “ASAP”, when we arrived was told it wasn’t ready for another 15 minutes. It took another 25 at least and the guy behind the counter was extremely rude about it, not to mention he was scrolling on his phone half the time. We had no apology despite the fact we had email proof of when we had ordered for. Avoid and go to Lancaster branch instead.

Terribly rude member of staff, don’t know his name but he was the one doing the pizza bases on the left of the counter at about 19:30 on 28/08/23. He was also just stood on his phone a lot of the time, must have been applying for another job! One more thing is when I arrived I was just stood there like a lemon and nobody came over to serve me for ages. Don’t normally complain but this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had

The first time I went there a few days ago .The man who was on the till told me that a pizza costs £ 10.99 .I didn't buy anything that day . Then I went yesterday again there , where I met the same man , who said to me that a pizza for one person costs minimum 14 ! Of course I didn't buy and I left . I wouldn't mind to pay £14 for something I need , but £14 for a meal , for one person take away is something I am certainly not happy to pay .

Ordered a large pizza, they gave me a medium and tried to say it was a large and then never delivered the ice cream I spent £30 on this! Won’t be ordering from this domino’s again! I try and ring and the man on the phone was so rude to me, when I tried to explain he was just speaking over me

Manager is the rudest person I've ever spoke to, after waiting 3 hours for a pizza the other night we was informed we would be credited for our stone cold food, the manager then made us place another order and then took the credit away from our account, he then went ended the phone on us and wouldn't pick up again The managers name is Daniel

Pizza was nice, service bit slow, quite expensive

Pizzas was too salty no idea why had about 2-3 slices and couldn't eat anymore 1 was a 9inch the other a 12 only thing edible is the icecream and cookies £45 bit expensive won't use again

Pizza was really good but the side order was appalling 10.00 for warm up potatoe wedges said one Web site to feed four would not fed one never going again feel ripped off

The Production line is completely adulterated. Workers not using gloves to put cut veggies or chicken etc on pizza. Also for vegetarians they might eat chicken as the person putting the stuff puts both veg and non veg and doesn't cares about adulteration.

Online order for a pizza delivery via the app. We booked an hour and a half ahead for delivery between 19:00 and 19:15. 2 large pizzas, garlic pizza side and a large bottle of coke. Time came and went, app was asking me to tip the driver but still no delivery. Rang 20 minutes after it was due, only to be told they had no order despite me reading it out from the app and giving my phone number. Very surly responses and finally after many denials that the order had been placed and having repeatedly been asked for my address which I gave at least 3 times, I was very rudely told that yes, they had the order and it left 8 minutes ago and would be with us in the next 10 minutes or so. Apparently this was all my fault as when he asked for the phone number, I had gave him the mobile number I was on. The account has our home number (who knew!) Arrived - driver was polite. Pizzas and coke in delivery, but no garlic pizza side. Didn’t bother ringing them up, as it would probably all have been my fault anyway! Awful customer service and very over priced. Won’t be going back!

Terrible they put the wrong sauce on the pizza and would not do anything because I had a bite, they said I should know the difference between domino’s different sauces by LOOKING at it when the sauce is under a layer of pepperoni and cheese, terrible never going there again

If I could leave a zero and it would be possible I would the manager is the most rudest person I have ever spoke to in my life so unprofessional putting the phone down on me when I’m explaining about the food bin 45 minutes late and Stone cold And all wrong stuff missing stay away do not deserve money speaking to customers the way he is. Ordered a Texas bbq about 5 times in a row. It was sick. Was pretty full after the sides but I powered through and demolished the pizza. Thought my coke had been opened but oh well because the cookies were absolutely smashing I rate this dinna a 10/10. Played with me Lego set while I was waiting for me scrananan.

Absolute shocking customer service. Ordered a margarita pizza which came with onions… rang to explain that my guest was allergic and asked for a replacement. Manager said ok and to return the uneaten pizza when replacement arrived. Waited over an hour… in which time we rang several times only to be hung up on….. eventually after 1.5 hours manager answered and after I asked where my replacement was he continued to pretend he couldn’t hear me..::. Absolutely shocking after spending £20 on 1 pizza which was inedible and some wedges

Fast service ready in 15 mins every time

Was waiting over 40 mins after it stated out for delivery, arrived barely warm/bordering cold and they didn't put the divider so food was stuck to the top of the box. Ate half the pizza then was stabbed in the mouth by something sharp. Had enough, called for a refund - No help. Almost went in to complain but decided against when I got there. Getting refund through other means. What a waste. Always unimpressive. Edit: Forgot to mention, wings were also not sauced.

Ordered to get brought to car, parked outside and waiting 20mins after pick up time, had to go on to ask for food which was left on side. I was clearly waiting for food in visible area to shop. Food was barely warm when arrived home 5min drive.

Ordered a pizza came completely raw threw it out. They wanted me to drive the pizza back to them in order to get a new one.

Typical pizza place. So tried the burger pizza and surprisingly nice.

Awful customer service!! We rang up to see how our order was progressing as we had waited 50 mins and the online tracker said prep. I spoke to Maisie who told me that “there was bigger things to worry about than my pizza” and then put the phone down on me. I understand that they were busy, however, if the wait was going to be 3 hours this should have been made clear when we ordered online. We therefore rang back to cancel the order and still haven’t received a refund a week later. Not happy at all- not answering the phone therefore we can’t discuss our refund.

Ordered online easy and fast delivery, driver very friendly and polite,tipped the driver. pizza was delish anď cookies were amazing, cheap as we used a deal.

I go to the dominos in Morecambe every week and they don't fail me at all There a lad called Sean who is brilliant with customers and has a laugh with them I can't fault the way he treats people always a joy to go in and see him smiling and enjoying work keep up the good work guys

Late night, fast service, friendly staff.

Probably the BEST take-a-way pizza I've ever had. Not greasy, plenty of topings and over all, just delicious. However, delivery drivers are a little dopey as they've forgotten our extra (paid) dip on more than one occasion. The pricing needs to be looked at because a single pizza could cost you upwards of £10, competition in the area is at £5 or £2.50 during gizmos happy hour. Due to this factor we tend to only go here if there is a promotional offer. If we were a little richer, this would without a doubt be our chosen take-a-way for pizza.

Quality pizza stick to the deals if you are buying for a family can be expensive 👌.

Ordered using the Domino app, quick order, great deal. Pizzas were ready when I got there, good as usual. No complaints, kids finished them in no time (which they always do). Parking is easy at the shop, I just wish it was a little closer. Maybe I will try the delivery service next time 😀

Too expensive by far for what u get.

Got 2 pizzas and a chick and mix box. Pizzas are relatively good in the taste department but they are very stingy with their toppings. My pizza had onion only on 3 pieces of the pizza and the other only had a few pieces of pineapple on. Come on dominoes, these are cheap toppings! There’s no need for it. Theyre very stringent with the cheese too! My chick and mix box was very undercooked so I didn’t bother eating it. I expect more given the prices they charge!

Ordered the £19.99 deal. 2 medium pizzas and a side! The pizza & garlic bread were totally ruined by ridiculous amounts of tomato sauce on the bases. Very little other flavour. The toppings and the cheese were completely lacking! Very disappointing!

Look the taste of pizza can be good don't get me wrong but I fall for it everytime as I get a bad stomach everytine I have pizza from dominoes, dunno why just do. I always use a voucher for money off as it's well over priced. I will order again one day but not for ages as just can't be bothered with the feeling after.

I have been a veggie for over 10 years. I got pizza tonight as a treat after a long week because I don’t normally get takeaways and eat healthy only to find CHICKEN on my pizza! I called the store immediately after regurgitating what I had just swallowed- the chicken was under the melted cheese!- and was told by the manager “oh sorry to hear that after 10 years, at least it won’t happen again though” and then she chuckled! HOW IS THIS A JOKE? I am beyond mortified and feel sick to my stomach still. I was offered a refund only if I write an email to some bogus website she gave me! I cannot believe this and I will definitely be taking this further.
