Absolutely disgusting pies .Gave ours to the dog .lumps of jelly and tasted of nothing .chunky steak pies. NO NO NO AWFUL

Popped in for lunch bits after a morning wandering round Williamsons Park being explorers with my 5 year old. Tried the bacon and cheese pie (nice) and bought 2 tuna savoury butties and a gingerbread man. All very tasty.

Not open when supposed to be Cash only sign in window also

Not being local I drove around finding a Butty shop for my morning sandwich. I came across potts pies and noticed they did sandwiches. I ordered a well done bacon sausage and egg baton. With red sauce and a can of coke. Over 10mins later it was handed back to me. Although red hot, the sausage was square cut in half and dry....not proper sausages and the bacon wasn't well done....still fatty. The egg yolks were rock hard and hardly any red sauce on. I really didn't enjoy the dryness of the sandwich. I was gasping for a drink of the ice cold coke I got aswel, which was the best part of this experience. Will be looking for another sandwich shop if I am ever back in the area.

The food options go beyond just the pies with other items available including jacket potatoes, sandwiches, cakes, biscuits and so on. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the store is kept clean. The pies are of a reasonable quality, not exceptional, but still nevertheless filling as a pie should be. If you are after a no fuss but still decent pie selection then pay Potts Pies a visit.

I have had Potts pies for years and always enjoyed them and would of recommend them to anyone but we had 6 pies about three months ago and these were under cooked but I went back yesterday and got 6 more thinking it would of just been a one off bad batch but the pies yesterday were the worst pie I have ever had it was undercooked and tasted sour. When I complained they said they could see what I meant about them looking uncooked but did not agree that it tasted horrible and suggested I had some more but did not want to give me my money back. When I refused To have more pie and said I wanted my money back she was quite rude and off hand with me. I won't be going back and will let everyone I know about my experience.

Oh dear we had heard everybody rave about Potts Pies and so looked forward to sampling them. All we can say is that they we were not impressed...Sorry!!

The shop just off Pedder Street in Morecambe has a seating area but the famous pies are often taken out. I bought a meat and potato one for £2.40 or so and ate it on my way back to the car.

As if it wasn't hard enough dealing with my footy teams fall from grace and struggle to reach previous highs and return to the glory days but now, Potts Pies, The once supreme Potts Pies. Now reduced to very average pies at unjustifiably high prices.

Used to be my favourite pies in the world and went very often. However, since the business was sold to new owners, the quality has fallen hugely. Now a place to avoid.

Como un ex residente de Lancaster, pensé que pagaría un nostálgico visita a mi favorito tarta tienda. Recordando el suculento y picantes empanadas de carne, yo estaba muy ansiosos de tartas para mi té. Cómo las cosas han cambiado. 3,20 libras por una tarta con mucho pastelería y prácticamente sin carne. Había tres 'pequeña' (tamaño de uña del pulgar) pedazos de carne de vacuno en una gruesa salsa bastante pesado.
