Shahi Express in Lancaster

Kebab meat was dry with not much taste, wanted this with garlic mayo but not given that option. Ordered a large portion of chips and got a regular size. Cheesy chips were ok. The kebab and salad on Nann was a bit of a cop out, as half of the nann had meat, while the other side had all the salad.

Very disappointed. Delivery time was a lot longer than stated, especially on a Wednesday night. It then was delivered even later. Once it arrived it was cold and just not very nice. Had a few bites and binned it.

Ordered foor around 8pm tonight, told it would be delivered between 21:25pm - 21:45pm.... its now 11pm and still no delivery.... phoned both numbers several times with no answer from the takeaway... Will never be ordering from this dump again.

This order never arrived! No response via text or on the telephone. Waited 3 hours only to have to order elsewhere and then they had to cheek to mark the order as delivered after I requested a refund. Will NOT be ordering from here ever again!!

restaurant took my money, and they are no longer trading, restaurant closed, doors shut, can't get hold of restaurant

Ordered food for collection within 20 mins. We turned up to the address shown via Just Eat and it was closed and looked closed down. Tried contacting them and no answer. We then gave up and went home, another 45 mins later they start calling telling us to come and collect the order. We had already eaten by the time they bothered to contact us and are refusing to give us a refund. The person who called us was arrogant and wouldn't even listen to us. We have no idea why the shop was closed considering apparently open from 5pm and we went at 7pm, he refused to answer this. We will be contacting Just Eat for a refund. Do not order from these con artists.

Ordered from just eat for this place, they took money from my bank for what I ordered, went to collect it, and it's a shut down restaurant, no lights on, all closed up, do not order from here, I have yet to get my money back

Food temperature wasn’t good and no nice topping/cream.I feel like it wasnt my order.

Said 35 min delivery. Jumped up to over an hour after it was ordered. Turned up two hours later , Baltic .

Delivery took 2 hours on a Thursday, 30 mins later than stated on just eat. This meant that the food came lukewarm and we had to reheat it.

Absolutely apauling! My order was wrong I complained because it tasted like perfume I said there was also no red salt or mayo until I used mine. He then went on to shout at me and tell me I’m wrong! NEVER EVER AGAIN. RUDE RUDE RUDE they need to get some manners

Was looking forward to a nice cold can of coke to wash my food down. But it was warm as was packed with the warm food. Chips were cold, kebab meat cold.

Great food and a fantastic price, and delivery was spot on. We live a fair way away from Morecambe, and the food arrived on time and hot, and the delivery driver was friendly too. We thoroughly enjoyed it all. Thank you. Looking forward to next time!

25 minutes late, good quality food just luke warm on arrival. Late which meant I was in bed late knowing I'm getting up at 5:30am after the time on just eat stating it was a 40 minute max. wait. Too many onions on kebab and no garlic mayo as asked. Cans sent were wrong and no apology from driver for late delivery. O erall dissapointed and let down.

Had a kebab that was spot on and a couple of hours later ordered 2 for my parents. These kebabs were disappointing, arrived cold even though they were an hour earlier than stated, the chicken wasn’t as nice on these and no garlic mayo on either that was requested. A waste of money as not eaten. Disappointed

ordered a chicken shish with salad...we got dry chicken donner with no salad...I got the munch box,all meat with over cooked and dry then top it off ordered 2 Fanta orange cans and they gave us victory....1st and last time from here

The food was late but was good and tasty. Forgot the drinks but the delivery driver decided to go to the shop to get the drinks for us to save time

It's Not often I get a kebab as good as this. Loads of flavour. The naan bread didn't look like it would be as good as it was. Had the chefs special. A 2 naan in a 12 inch box would be well worth £14. Shame I'm not in Morecambe now otherwise I'd be ordering one.

Got the shahi munch box, everything was in order and tasty, the marinated chicken was a winner for me, polite delivery driver also

Pizza was burnt and hard, kebab was that small that i could feed a bird with it and chips were so very oily. very poor quality first and last time ordered food from here

Food tasted off but when we called to complain the takeaway refused to accept any problem. Had to re-order from another place it was that bad. If I was able to give a zero rating I would have. Awful food.

Food cold when arrived over an hour later than planned. Why cook the order if it isn't due to leave the kitchen for another hour or more? Also, portion size and presentation was well below previous standards. Food is usually spot on here, but silly delivery times are starting to let it down. Get some more delivery drivers!

Awful service tonight! Over 2 and a half hours for delivery, phoned twice during the wait to find out where my food was, the first time I was told "its nearly there"....second time I was told "ill find out and let you know"....then they stopped taking calls. 40 minutes later food arrived! Pizza and garlic bread were barely cooked. Won't be ordering from here again.

Good value, good food, very quick and the guy was an efficient communicator.

I'm sure the food would have tasted great when it was hot, if it wasn't for the fact the delivery driver delivered to our neighbour instead despite us both having huge numbers on the doos ! Good job neighbours honest but didn't find out till later.

Food extremely late, change of estimated time of delivery after ringing the restaurant 1st time, restaurant made excuses then changed estimated time again and still waiting after an hour and 15mins. Appalling customer service, will not be ordering from here again!!..

Tasteless garbage. Chicken had absolutely no flavour. Went in the bin. Couldn't try much else as 90% of the menu was off.

I actually placed an order here by mistake once - had the wrong browser tab open on Just Eat. The pizza was delicious when it arrived and I've purchased from here several times since.

Took 2 hours to finally arrive BUT as always Kebabs where fantastic.

The food was well over a hour which made me have to eat late I am at work at 5am for the NHS. And should of been in bed at 8 but no I had no tea. I am very very disappointed

Best kebab i've had in Morecambe. Proper Naan Bread and meat was properly grilled. Decent amount of meat, not all donner meat like other "special kebabs" in the area. No option for more sauces and salad though Hope the prices stay the same in the future.

Excellent mixed kebab, with tender lamb shish and juicy chicken instead of the dry, tough meat many others are providing. Good chips.

Not great, missing the sauces and the garlic naan. Chicken bhuna was really greasy and not edible, pilau rice was rock hard in places. The pompadom was soggy and like it had been sat for days. Salad was fresh, and chicken tikka for kebabs was ok, if a bit dry. Need to try harder guys, not worth the money.

Absolutely horrific. Ordered a chicken tikka curry, with rice, chips, poppadoms and onion Bhajis. The bhajis were dry and tasted awful, the curry itself was jelly like, and not at all tasteful. First and last time ordering from this place. Would definitely not recommend.

Said they were too busy to serve food despite no one being in there. Grubby as well not that grubby is bad after a night out but I want grubby stuff and they could not provide it l.

I have just had a chicken tikka kebab, it was dry scratty bits of chicken that didn't taste like chicken tikka and have left a stale taste in my mouth or that could be the stale pitta bread this used to be good not anymore will probably not come again

Something has changed here as I just had the worst kebab ever. A simple order of dinner meat, chips and salad with mayo. Got food home, no salad, no mayo and hardly any meat. Total rip off and awful slow service. Ised to be so good. Don't know if it's changed hands but there was a scribbled note on the counter saying no curry at the moment. A shame.

Good value for money, garlic bread was especially nice and the kebabs are huge. Probably wouldn’t order again because they shouldn’t accept online orders for delivery at a certain time if they know they can’t fulfil that time. Preordered well in advance as well.

Used to be the best place to order from told everyone about it. But last couple of orders were yuk. I ordered Donna pizza and cheesey garlic bread it arrived after 1hour 15mins .... too long to wait for food on a Monday... Saturday you expect that .....anyway it arrived burnt .. BURNT yuk 4 bits of Donna on pizza burnt curled up dry it went in the bin NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN such a shame used to be amazing

Waste of time, ordered but waited over 2.5 hours when order was meant to be within 1 hour. Rang multiple times to be told 10 mins. Was recommended by a friend but would not pass recommendation on unless order to be picked up.

This used to be a really good place but we've noticed it's not been up to standard's the last couple of orders we've had. After taking 1 bite of tonight's pizza thats the last order we will make straight in the bin. Shame to see a good business go downhill so fast.

Used to be the best Pizza & Kebab shop. Recently it's gone downhill. A 45 minute delivery is now 1hr 50 mins and still waiting despite asking twice and being told it will arrive in 10 minutes.

Without a doubt the worst Indian takeaway I have ever had. Rogan josh had no signs of tomato. The MILD chicken tikka was so hot you couldn't eat it and wouldn't want to with no taste. Might as well chucked my 20 quid in the bin and cut out the middle man cos that's where the food went
