The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Wales

Avoid this McDonald’s Drive Through they’ve got so many people waiting for food there’s no room to park. I had two sleeping babies in the car so couldn’t leave them in the car so I had to leave without food or a refund. Don’t waste ur time or cash.

Worst kebab ive ever had always been ok dont know if its changed hands but it was awful wasnt worth a pound let alone what i paid

I ordered a burger box meal from the drive-in and got an ordinary one minus the burger, got given the wrong drink, questioned the order, the server shrugged her shoulders and got given the burger with the other two meals which were all cold when we opened them which is not ideal as they should hold temperature when kept together and drive is less than 5 miles away. I can't get any answer from phoning them and have filled in two online complaint forms which didn't work? Been to a few KFC's in my time and this is well below standard to what should be for a brand that promtoes itself on the quality of food and service.

Lovely place to sit and work from, lovely staff, they were approachable and happy. They delivered high levels of service and asked if everthing was great, fast service and respectful of specific orders. One happy customer who would return. Cons: Not able to provide tips :( this needs to change!

Wish I could give 0! Food arrived over an hour late! Incorrect food was given, freezing cold and the chips tasted like piss mixed with polystyrene. AVOID at all costs….I’ve since noticed they have an extremely low food hygiene rating of 1 and a lot of reports of food poisoning. How this place is open I will never know! Will be reporting this place to trading standards and hygiene.

No can with my meal deal and chips were very well done so couldn’t eat them kebabs were lovely though always go here for food won’t be having a meal deal again or a delivery

The old lady that runs this place is absolutely awful. Her attitude is beyond terrible. Shouting at people in the queue, shouting at staff members, just terrible. Not quite sure why she does the job if she hates everyone so much. She should spend more time ordering food so she isn't continuously running out of items

Went for an evening meal for the family ordered two pizzas and two kids meals. Only when I got home did I realise how horrible the pizzas were, burnt bases, hard very poor. Kids meals were rank too cold for £25 you expect better.

Ordered 2 beef burgers, no fries, sides or drinks, and it was £22.. Burger itself was okay, tasted nice, but beef was very grisly and disappointing, overall this place is good but way overrated for the price £22 for 2 medium sized grissly burgers is insane. can't pay with cash either, and the tablets make the experience very cold and impersonal. not even a big fan of mcdonalds but a 1/4 pounder with cheese for half the price would of been almost as good if not as good. I won't return while prices are this high, and the patty has so much gristle in it it's just not worth it.

Queue out the door, Staff not very interested in serving customers. Every time they served someone they walked out the back for a few minutes. £4.99for a portion of chips. £3.49 for a SAUSAGE lol. Definitely wouldn't recommend and most definitely won't be back.

Arrived at the drive through. I waited at the left hand voice order menu. Told to wait a couple of minutes. No problem. A vehicle arrived at the right hand voice order menu. They got answered right away. Eventually the voice order accepted me. I order two cheese burgers please. Told abruptly next window. Having had a long tiring day I paid £4.58 I paid this not realising I’d been charged for two double cheese burgers. I asked for two cheese burgers at£1.29 each. The boy at the payment window had no respect or manners having made me wait at the voice menu order system. No apology or manners having benn made to me. To be fair I’ve used this take away many times in the past few years. If I don’t get a respectable reply I will escalate this further.

Chicken hard on the outside and cold, slimy and undercooked inside. Chips rock hard too. Shocking attitude from owners when we phoned to (politely) complain and ask for a refund. Should’ve read the reviews beforehand. Don’t expect Michelin star food when I’ve got the munchies on a Saturday night but this food was shocking!
