Very friendly staff and a nice and clean restaurant area. The toilets smell nice and are clean, too. I work from my laptop so often find coffee shops to work from...I'll be back!

Just popped in for a burger. Went to the counter to order. Place was empty. Young girl in front of us making something. She turned around to come and serve us but was stopped by some guy to the side of the counter. So we waited. Noticed machines at the back of us to order at and pay which I refuse to use. Anyway waited about ten minutes and walked out.

Never tried Tim Houghtons before. Place was empty at lunchtime and despite staff having nothing to do tables were dirty. Toilets very unclean with dirt and dust. Won’t be back.

One of the worse burgers I’ve ever tasted.. not too dissimilar to a tinned burger. Not sure if the person prepping my burger was a bit heavy handed with the mustard, but they managed to make it taste like licking a 9v battery! Lattice fries were good, coffee mediocre.

I should have realised, if the car parks empty and the there's plenty of empty seating there's something wrong! Went to order at the electronic boards, first one I tried was faulty, the one alongside side said that was faulty. Went to the third, that worked or so I thought. When ordering a hot drink I was given the option of a Guatemalan Espresso for an extra 30 pence, I went for it, paid, I was called over to the collection point and told no Guatemalan, when I asked for my 30 pence back the member of staff suddenly found it difficult to understand what I was saying. I gave up! Its only 30 pence I hear you say, but if they do that sort of thing repeatedly over the course of the day it soon mounts up. Moving on from the "con job" to the food, the Lattice fries were cold and soggy, as was the Apple Fritter.

Place was filthy, had to wet wipe the table and chairs we were sat on as they were disgusting, milkshakes are not milkshakes at all they were more like smoothies as it was just ice with flavouring, initially didn’t think food was too bad wasn’t great but what you could expect from fast food place, that was until a few hours late when me and my husband were throwing up and had upset stomachs so obviously food wasn’t cooked properly, Would never step foot in there again

Classic glazed doughnut wasn't very sweet at all, was it made with wholemeal flour? The donut shack nearby does them much better at a fraction of the price. The chicken in my sandwich had a crunch to it, I had to check it wasn't still raw. Ordered a chocolate shake and instead got a chocolate ice slushy drink. Not sure if a mistake or that's just how they do shakes. Few of the staff spoke English, or maybe they were paying more attention to their headsets than the customers around them. I asked for straws and they had to get the manager to translate?! Language barrier might explain the shake/slush mixup. All napkin trays were empty as well and had to request them as well. Very overpriced for what we got.

Have visited this store a couple of times. The last time we visited, about a year ago, the food was poor and we waited a long time for it to arrive. We said on that occasion we wouldn’t go back however thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt and try it again. The food was once again very poor, the burgers were incredibly poor quality, similar to what you would get from a cheap burger van, and not comparable to other fast food restaurants. The lattice fries were stale, and tasted as though they had been sat out for time. The only saving grace were the drinks, which were quite nice.

Entered store, very short staffed. Waited to be served only to be told you have to use the kiosks and its card only. Walked out and went elsewhere.

Gave it abut 4-5 tries as well as the one in Chester and it got worse every time. Overpriced coffee. Stale doughnuts. Rubbish food. Go McDonalds for a flat white and cheese burger for a 1/3 of the price. Be closed within a year.

My daughter and her boyfriend attended Tim Hortons Broughton today. Despite asking for 6 donuts they were given and charged for 12 donuts. When they spotted the mistake the server and manager refused a refund saying it was too late/too difficult to undo (they were invited to spend the extra on more food). Paying for burgers is OK as you can order at the screen, but you can’t select individual donuts on the screen, so work out your price first and check you are not asked for extra. Alternatively, order burgers on the screen, then it will be easier to spot if you are overcharged for just donuts. It was only about £7 extra, but these days nobody wants to have that much taken off them. It’s not worth going to the small claims court for £7 so the best we can do is to warn future customers until Tim Hortons sort out their refund system.

My partner and I just stopped off for a bite to eat after shopping at Broughton Park. Ordered Tuna & Cheese toasties with lattice fries and a coffee - both were too awful to eat! Lattice fries were luke warm and chewy, not hot and crispy as expected. The toastie was soft, limp and the filling was sloppy - a cheese slice had been used and melted into a liquid with the mayo from the tuna, the white onion was hard and uncooked - hadn't been toasted, just heated - it was awful! Coffee was weak and luke warm. Also, crumbs and food bits covered most of the tables tables, chairs and the floor, and the self-service boards were covered in grubby finger marks - look like they hadn't been cleaned in ages! Would not recommend this place at all - 1 star is too generous! Don't waste you money dining here!!

Drive through breakfast wrap cold and tasteless best bit about it was the brown sauce....lots of brown sauce......coffee was OK

First time i’ve been to Tim hortons and i’ll definitely be returning. Staff were very friendly and seemed to be enjoying work which was lovely to see. Food was served quickly and warm. Will definitely be making a return very soon !

Having visited Tim Hortons in Canada, I was looking forward to it now being in the UK and what a disappointment. Food took forever, drinks did not get served with food (had to wait another 5mins). Food cold and bland. Staff miserable, not a smile...

Charged twice, didn’t get receipt, fainted shortly after eating here, out of date water, bad decor, empty, bad music taste, I’d class McDonald’s as a fine diner compared to this 😪

I’m all for minimum wage minimum effort but this was appalling. The staff were stood chatting rather than doing anything for waiting customers, managers flirting with their staff rather than working. One or two members of staff seemed friendly but as I Had been looking...

Overpriced and pretty poor. Classic burger, interesting waffle chips and a bottle of coke for £7.14. Soggy chip waffles, greasy cold burger and bottle of coke. Will drive past in future. First and last visit. Always wondered why the car park was empty and McDonald's...

A lot better than McDonald’s what a lovely breakfast meal 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 staff were excellent and very Friendly, place was spotless

Visited Tim’s tonight place was like a tip dirty tables empty cups everywhere staff not taking any notice of the restaurant and who’s been in it wouldn’t visit here again definitely stick to McDonald’s or Costa and the coffee is definitely overpriced
