Mcdonald's Restaurants in Carmarthenshire

Arrived at the drive through. I waited at the left hand voice order menu. Told to wait a couple of minutes. No problem. A vehicle arrived at the right hand voice order menu. They got answered right away. Eventually the voice order accepted me. I order two cheese burgers please. Told abruptly next window. Having had a long tiring day I paid £4.58 I paid this not realising I’d been charged for two double cheese burgers. I asked for two cheese burgers at£1.29 each. The boy at the payment window had no respect or manners having made me wait at the voice menu order system. No apology or manners having benn made to me. To be fair I’ve used this take away many times in the past few years. If I don’t get a respectable reply I will escalate this further.

Awful. The Philly “stack” burger looked nothing like the advertised picture, the staff were miserable, I ordered a large meal with a large cappuccino. The cappuccino was cold and less than half full. This store is excellent at one thing, making sure that I will never be visiting another McDonald’s again, so I guess they did actually achieve something

This place really needs a good looking over, the staff working there you'd swear the sauces are coming out of their own pockets when you ask for some. We had 2 big tasty on Saturday and a happy meal, the big tasty was stone cold the chips tasted hours old and freezing also. Bare in mind £8.29 for a crappy big tasty meal is a piss take. Throughout the night one of us was ill 🤢 now that's saying something to think that's the only thing that was eaten that day. And it shows how poor it was the little one only had 1 chicken nuggets and around 3 chips eaten from her happy meal. Local mcdonalds to us but the last time we will be going there. Rather go further afield than stick money in this mcdonalds

It seems there is new management here as the standards of service have gone down during the last months. My Big Mac today was skinny and even worse was only luke warm. End of term report :- Can do much better.

Food left to get cold whilst staff faffing around because both drink dispensers had run out. No one could be bothered to fill them. Slow, rude and lazy. Manageress offered eventually to cook new food. Quality of presentation was dire. Everything looked like a blind toddler had put it together. A large order of fries were exactly the same size as regular but in a larger box. Folks, just give this place a miss and either go to subway or burger king.

i’m now traumatised from the mcdonald’s wallpaper the chickens are made of eggs which is their own dead children unbelievable!!!!!!

Fast service, decent staff and food. Can’t go wrong, it’s just your average McDonald’s. In a decent location too.

Nothing much to report. I ate in while staying at the nearby Travelodge. It was relatively busy (evening) but my food was served fairly promptly. Plenty of room in the seating area, which was also acceptably clean.

As with all Mc Donalds you know what to expect, although quality varies - this did exactly what it says on the tin. Nothing fancy , but goo solid food. strong service. happy to pop in again whilst on work for a pit stop.

Always good food and service, plenty of seating, comfortable and spacious , staff ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy despite some customers best efforts to trash the place and show off their bad behaviour!
