The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Scotland

Food used to be much better, dirty burgers packed with flavour. Now they are largely flavourless. The fries which are meant to come seasoned are totally tasteless. Service is severely lacking. Like a lot of places in Edinburgh the service and quality has suffered. Such a shame.

the foods ok but costumer service is abso terrible! been in here a few times and everytime im greeted with complete rudeness (when its not even busy so theres no need) you also have to pay £5 to sit inside 🤔

would like to cook chicken like this, tastes lovely, chips good to with peri salt. we got wings to which were really nice, need to get recipes from Nando's.

Some of the reviews here seem really harsh. Not sure what people are expecting tbh. It was a good chippy. Did exactly what you’d expect. Was it the best I’ve ever had, no but it certainly wasn’t the worst or anything to complain about. Prices were decent too and place looked really well maintained. Being located so close to the site it was super handy.

Got a supper last night and it was awful chips only half cooked and cold usually good.we usually get one a week but won't be back

I was in Linwood depot tonight, for the first time , and was very gratefully to the young girl (staff ) who i never asked her name, who was a great help ordering my food, she was lovely and chatty, i had said to her i lossed my wife a few weeks ago and i got upset and she was so comforting and ask me if i was ok and asked to give me a hug i said yes , now how thoughtful was that ? . a special thanks to her it just shows there are lovely people out there working in nando,s linwood all i know it is her birthday tomorrow 10/3/25 so happy 19th birthday to you THANK YOU Jim

My Wife went in for a meal on Tuesday 23rd April 2024. I went in later to join her on entering I sat down for a while as I am disabled. While wondering what I was going to have, a person was smoking in front of the open doorway resulting in the smoke entering the premises. I asked the person to move away. They instead declined and continued smoking and saying the door could be closed. I asked a member of staff if this person was an employee and they said they were. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were the assistant manager. I then said this is not acceptable to allow an employee to smoke at an open doorway. They then informed me that it was the manager smoking at an open doorway. I was also told I had no right to sit there as I had not bought anything. That's fair enough if that was my intention. But I had intended to buy something after sitting for a short while. Due to my disability I cannot just get out of my mobility scooter and immediately join a queue. However due to the interaction between a number of unpleasant and rude staff, I decided to leave and forget about any meal or drink. Due to this issue I will not be back at this outlet. I also have an issue with a blatant disregard of Scottish anti smoking laws, which clearly states smoking at the entrance of a building is not allowed. In the case of the infringement, the manager was actually standing of the street and at the threshold of the premises.

Food was stone cold as if it had been made early this morning and left all day we ordered 2 margarita pizzas and a cheese and onion pasty and they were disgusting because of how cold they were not even a little heat in them 😡

Food always Amazing but paid full price only for half portions

Upon waiting for well over an hour for my meal to be delivered I checked the progress to be told that my food had been delivered which it was not. Found the empty bag outside so either the driver ate it or gave it to someone who doesn't live here!

Abysmal. Every time you order from them past 8pm it takes well over an hour to arrive. Most of the time with items missing. Recommend against ordering from here

My wife just came back with 2x portions of chips £7.40 and the box was half full at most. Another business that puts profit before customers!! We will never be back.

Very disappointed. Ordered through juseat( no ssues there) Ordered the furious chicken 6 inch Italian white. Rcvd a 6inch Italian white with chicken and cheese ONLY. When I contacted restaurant they said to contact just eat for refund even though it was subways error and that they wouldn't remake and send the correct sandwich. When I said what am I supposed to do for my lunch the reply was well you still have the original WRONG sandwich 😡 Ridiculous and I won't even get FULL refund from just eat either ! Only price of sandwich

It's McDonald's init? Always decent service with good staff and clean!
