Nando's Paisley in Renfrewshire

It’s Nando’s. Love their food etc, good service here and thankfully it’s not halal as that brings its problems. Good attentive service and always great food.

We arrived at 7 on a Saturday night and the place was busy (good start) we was asked to come back at 7:40. So we went away and came at 7:30. We were seated straight away. Being in Glasgow and speaking with an English accent I didn’t know how I would be treated. My app wasn’t working so I went to the till. There I found a really kind man called Oskar. I’d forgotten my table number but this wasn’t a problem. He was really nice he brought our food to the table and even helped us to get onto the free WiFi. The food was to die for everything cooked to perfection. We decided on deserts after the meal and I popped up to order with Oskar again. And again he served us at our table he straight away noticed we had not got ourselves cutlery and told us to stay were we were and he would fetch it, he was so considerate he brought my wife a small spoon as well as a large one. This young man went above and beyond and made our visit very special. His parents must be very proud of the man he has become. Thank you so much !

So used to be, got a table ? Come back in 20 mins we’ll text you, Now it’s tables no problem, which is great,, They’ve turned off the WiFi for customers now and there’s pretty much no mobile signal, you can’t even order using the app So it’s a conveyor belt now as no one can use their phones, kids can’t watch YouTube etc.. WiFi is fine as they are using it for their apps orders etc but customer WiFi turned off.

After trying to order dinner for tonight you are met with OUT OF STOCK "No Chicken, huh "🤔 the fact a CHICKEN RESTAURANT can run out of chicken is ridiculous.

Was told by a girl to come back in 25 mins, upon arrival another older more senior woman said to us that we should have given our name as if it was our fault and not the young girls for not taking our names, young girl was also very unbothered and frankly quite rude

Hiked here after a disastrous attempt to eat at the Brewers Fayre near my hotel in paisley. Really Nice staff, Efficient, clean, nice menu and good food served quite efficiently. Very pleasant and very good value.

Visited here today for lunch with my friend, food was served warm and in a timely manner :) This Nando’s is smaller than other venues I’ve visited so maybe call before visiting!

I really appreciate the care they took with my allergies. The manager was called and she checked the ingredients list of every item that my table ordered, then she went into the kitchen and oversaw the cooking, then brought my meal out herself. The food was delicious! I will definitely return.

ordered delivery all through lockdown as love nandos and would usually eat in at braehead or silverburn, however 9/10 times from the linwood branch the useless monkeys that work there cant even remember to put all the items you have ordered in and on the odd time that they do remember all your items you can pretty much guarantee your getting half tubs of rice/mash apparently paying 35 odd quid for 2 bits of chicken and 2 sides isnt a rip off enough without getting sent half empty containers, may aswell light your money on fire, better value for money

This has happened before Manager didn’t know how to handle I’ll speak to customer I tried to tell him that this has happened before and it needs to be resolved and you just didn’t seem to care never again will I eat here

Good food veggie bean burger with halloumi cheese is my favourite. Staff and service good and not long to wait it’s my Second visit here . Good to go before or after cinema . My other half prefers the meat options

Tasty. Hot (temperature) and quick service. Everything cooked well. Chicken wasn’t dry despite being breast. Will visit again.

Having read some of the reviews I as unsure about visiting here but as it was local decided to give it a go. I was glad I did. If you've every been to a Nando's before you know what to expect. The food was tasty and just the right amount. The staff were lovely and I would definitely visit here again.

The staff were polite and the food was good. The staff were there but not too overpowering. As experienced nando's visitors this restaurant ranks highly. The store is fairly new so will it stand the test of time?

I am a big Nando’s fan and I had been looking forward to having my dinner there tonight with my partner - big mistake! First I had my Northern Irish bank note refused at the till Starters took about 20 mins to come out & with them we were offered our main courses at the same time, which of course we didn’t want at that time Mains came frazzled, under lights for 30 mins. Chicken was dried out, veg was warm and soggy, any thing not under direct light was cold to like warm The place just seemed really poorly managed, restaurant was cold and I genuinely feel like I’ve just wasted £60. I wouldn’t recommend this particular branch.

The portion size is pathetically small, the menu entry says four boneless chicken thighs but was served 4 chunks of chicken the size of a chicken tikka chunk! More like half a chicken thigh divided by four! A true rip off. Not what to expect when paying roughly £15 per head.

So not sure what happened to my first review of 5 stars when Nando's Linwood first opened but hey ho another visit another experience, not so good this time. I have fed this back to Nando's via the app weeks ago but no response and...

Heard some poor reviews but we loved it. Really nice building, lovely friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. Food all cooked to perfection and very tasty. Massive portions and tasted amazing.

Staff great!!! Half Chicken cooked to perfection. Only negative is that it is very difficult to see if the place is Open for business or closed!!!!! Please Sort it.. Many thanks..
