Back Hilton Fish Bar in Aberdeen City

Pedí una cena de salchichas gigantes y parecía que era la comida de la hora del almuerzo ya estaba fría por el tiempo se consiguió de deliveryo pero no podía calentar como era tan malo. y col todo lo que prueba es mayonesa. al menos la botella de coca estaba buena. cuando se le llamó todo el tipo dijo que sentía que le daré un poco más la próxima vez. no siendo gracioso volvería y mucho menos querría más.

I have used the Back Hilton chipper many times, it has always been a mediocre chipper IMHO, today though it has gone from ok to bad. The fish supper I purchased today was terrible. The little I ate of the fish left an after taste in my mouth and the odour from the fish was fishy (not in a good way). I had to throw the fish away. I am not sure if the fish was frozen and then defrosted or the fish was not as fresh as it could have been. They have lost a customer.

Have used the place several times often as two times a week through Uber eats or Just Eat and no problems with the delivery etc but called last night about 18.00and ordered a jumbo haddock (my usual) and a chicken breast for my wife (usually a king rib) but they arrived but had obviously been cooked hours ago as they were both so tough they were unedible so we ended up with beans on toast What a waste of £18.00 .I did call the shop twice and not even an apology

My family have used Back Hilton Chipper for years niw and always recommend it to friends - not anymore! We ordered our supper through Deliveroo this evening and was very much looking forward to it arriving. Upon delivery I opened up tge bag to find the order was incomplete. I phoned the chipper direct who informed md it was not their problem I was to contact Deliveroo and get a refund because the driver must have mad a mistake. I explained that the bag was still tied with the receipt as I know they do, but still they could do nothing. I was therefore left without my dinner because of their incompetent member of staff and I have now contacted Deliveroo for a refund. This is not good customer service, if they can't cope with home deliveries they should not offer them.

We had fish and chips and the quality was great! From ordering to collecting everything was good. The service was great the staff were friendly and the fish and chips were so good ! If we’re having fish and chips this is where we will go! It’s the other side if town but we’ll worth the trip! Thanks again keep up the good work

Had a delivery from here to airport hotel .and very nice it was too. Came quickly and price fair. Would eat from here again

decided to order from here for home delivery, what a disappointment, the chips looked & tasted like they were days old (99% binned), the batter on the chicken & chicken fillets was crispy outer but also soggy inner, such a waste of money. Never again

Service with a smile My wife had scampi and I had fish and chips served at the door after I called my order in and the food was perfectly cooked and fresh. Thanks for the great food and service

I hadn't had skate since I dined at ashvale resturaunt ,which was only bones and batter,my experience of the skate at Hilton chip shop was excellent ,we are obviously dealing with a professional fish merchant.well done.

wow this fish bar is a must, everything is so freshly cooked, no greasy fat on anything , staff very quick & efficient. well done. defo be back
