McDonald's in Aberdeen City

Poorly cooked eggs which were the only thing I had for food that day due to schedule, they have caused a severe bout food poisoning. They're lucky I haven't personally come in and trashed their business. I doubt the food or hygiene is up to standard

I ordered delivery. The bun of a burger was stale the chicken wrap tasted like fish the fanta was flat the fries were old and nasty.

Staff were rude to even Uber delivery staffs too, so can you imagine how will be the service to customers.....

I like their chips... all the rest is... McDonald's made... and I was not even able to get their chips because it was too early and they were serving breakfast's sets... and I had to get some strange thing that was realy awful...

Not satisfied with the packaging, they always left one or two items even I paid for them.

Not the best McDonalds I've ever been in. Sticky tables (even right after they've been 'cleaned'), manky toilets lacking in toilet paper and soap dispensers empty.

Didn’t get salmonella and for that I’m grateful

Lady serving was helpful and friendly.

Still a little slow but at least chips were not full of grease and over cooked like last time.

The bathrooms are absolutely horrifying it feels like i’m walking into a saw trap when i enter them,almost like a game of life or death.🙁There was a pair of jeans soaked through of what smelt like urine lying on the floor,Menstrual blood on the toilet,unflushed fleeces and all toilets where clogged to the rim and i had to wipe with a used tissue ugh my poor flaps 😩. When me and a friend of mine where sitting at the window seats enjoying our food when we heard a worker tell these two young girls quote on quote “Ugh you girls are the reason we should bring back the belt” was flabbergasted at this statement. Great food though!🤗

Fast delivery. Ordered breakfast at hotel and took 10 minutes to come food was still hot enough. Driver was kind and good

Halfway through the burger I ordered I got a strong taste of salt. I peeled the bun back to see it absolutely caked with salt across a third of the burger. So either they resold a returned burger or, someone laced it with salt when preparing it. God knows what else might have been added or done to it. Of course taking it back wouldn’t bring any resolution. Pictures don’t show the salt. Why would they do this!?

The margin for error is very high. I have once gotten a fish fillet instead of a chicken big mac. A regular big mac instead of a chicken big mac. No egg in my bacon and egg mcmuffin. Sauce when I asked for no sauce

Ordering was easy and quick; the restaurant was not busy however my chips and burger were served cold and we were questioned as to why we had taken the monopoly stickers off the boxes.. surely serving hot edible food is more important and if the bmnew advert campaign is anything to go by then they have failed. New replacement food was served to me in the box I returned to them. It was marginally warmer. Very disappointed.

Beyond a joke, every order I get is either way past delivery time, cold, missing or completely wrong in general. Shockingly bad. Burnt fries and everything.

The food was good, hot and tasty to standard of McDonalds. The fries was not salty enough but that is each to their own. The cleanliness of the place is awful, the tables are all dirty and not cleaned properly, the bathroom is extremely filthy and unpleasant. Definitely won’t be coming back as it was just disgusting. There is also a lot of people and it is really full.

The food is like any McDonald's, however the atmosphere is chaotic and noisy. Half the dining area was blocked of at time of visit.

As for mackies standards pretty clean place and food what you can expect, nothing crazy,but who does not fancy mackies from time to time.Especially when waiting 3h for the train.

Everything was very good except for the ketchup dispensers which were empty.

I recently had a terrible experience with this McDonald's through the app. Normally, they are extremely quick, and the order is usually correct. However, this time I received a completely wrong order, which was much cheaper than what I had paid for. When I called customer service, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude. Despite having all the necessary information, she refused to give me a refund. When I asked about their refund policy, she said I wasn't entitled to that information and proceeded to hang up on me. As a result, my friend and I had to share a single McCrispy meal, which ended up being the most expensive McCrispy ever, considering I spent over £20 on it. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. McDonald's, you need to improve your customer service and make sure this doesn't happen to other customers.

I think the Bridge of Don Macdonald's could be a little bigger. Sometimes it's understaffed at peak times.

Usual McDonald's, was busy but it was dinnertime when we went in...plenty of space to sit upstairs somewhat clean .

Can i just say that the security guy who was working today at 17:50 was very unprofessional and rude, asking people to "shift", asking their order numbers, he came to me (a much younger female,) and was pretty much right in my face so i had to ask him to give me some personal space, he also took some other ladys tray away even before she started getting dressed to which she looked at me (after seeing his interaction with me,) and said "someone's having a bad day" i also seen him walk up to a table of two teenagers asking them "what else are they waiting for" as thr girl was looking at the till, and she seemed pretty uncomfortable as he didn't sound friendly at all. Otherwise rest of staff were brilliant

Just went in, 18/04/24, it was quite busy with school kids. The ordering stations had little numbered tents for table service. But table service was unavailable from the ordering stations. I went somewhere else. Remove the tents if table service is unavailable; or, better yet: hire more staff so you can cope with rush hour

The burger is very small and the juice comes in a paper cup with a non-tight lid. In addition, a lot of ice in the glass. I asked for an additional bag, but they said they didn't have any!

A simple McDonald's aura you expect. Sweet staff. Good food.

I ordered in. An hour late and freezing cold. Mcdonalds is disgusting cold. Coke was flat and clear more like water. I could see the bottom of the cup. Im not sure if it was even coke. You live and learn. When you order garbage... you get what you asked for. A waste of £30.

Asked for no salt fries as McDonald’s standards are too much for me. Unfortunately as I wanted to salt my own fries I was lectured about requesting this. I’ve never had this previously and feel pretty offended by this. After this Liv and Jamie were talking about it behind the counter and this made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable. Super disappointed by the lack of profesionalism….

This place is terrible the food wasn’t cooked it took half an hour before me and my friend got out meal. My friends chicken nuggets were raw and her coffe was cold and her ice cream was melted straight away. My chips weren’t cooked the the burger wasn’t either. We were both sick after.

The hot chocolate was completely lacking in any richness, quite unpleasantly so, with a clear bias on water over milk in the ratio, leading to thin consistency and a distinct lack of taste in any comprehension. Although, the temperature was quite reasonable, and the view of the graveyard was nice. 1.5/10

One of big no no mcdonald's... security inside makes you feel uncomfortable

Today around 18:30 an unpleasant situation occurred. My boyfriend took a seat upstairs, when I got our food I went upstairs and the security guy was upstairs and started yelling at me for not being able to come up here, he said that it was illegal and that I had done something wrong, he He didn’t let me say that my boyfriend was there, the guard stood on the passage and didn’t let me pass, although I just wanted to call my boyfriend downstairs. He spoke very rudely and loudly to me, not allowing me to say anything. As a fact, a group of guys were sitting on that floor and my boyfriend also went there and the security didn’t say anything to him, although he saw him and the entrance to this floor was open.

Everything is good but the atmosphere isn't. Whenever you go there, you can see a group of school students chit chatting inside without even food and sometimes they just buy one fries and 10 of them will be there inside. They occupy all the spaces inside and outside. This matter seriously needs to be taken care of.

Food is always, always always COLD!! It's not acceptable to keep burgers in hot hold ! They are NOT hot or even warm ? When did all McDonald's become Greg's with cold food 🤮 not just this one but them all. So fed up with this!!

The place looks spotless clean which is nice, but that is all. Food was awful. Chicken fillets cold and hard, tasted like it was cooked a day before and left there. Burnt fries also cold, no flavour. Bic mac was not fresh, tasted bad. We asked for a sit in service, got food packed in a bag instead. Can't say anything bad about customer service, staff seemed friendly, just the food quality let this place down. Will never go back there again.

Absolutely terrible performance from the store manager who screamed at my friend for not clearing her tray I had cleared 1/2 but I don’t have 2 hands and hadn’t even binned the first one never mind being able to pick up a second and she was shouting at my friend for not picking up her tray, I was going to pick it up but is that not part of the job anyway? Absolutely shocking, needs training and concerning this is a manager

I arrived at 11:30 in the last half hour of business hours, but the security guard did not allow me to buy takeaways. I was very disappointed with such a service.

I have ordered from here for a while, recently they have had missing items. 2 times in a row in fact, I don’t even get how you missed an order like that it was the same order and they’ve forgot the Big Mac which was in a meal and they still delivered the drink. Despicable, we couldn’t get refund either. There is also almost always a leak when delivered

Am not new to McDonald's. As always lighting fast service, great burger (big Mac is the best in the world) and wonderful fries. McD cannot go wrong .

Me and my friends were out for lunch at school at mcdonald’s today and my friend ordered a mcflurry after winning it from the monopoly thing and grabbed a table number (299) and an employee named sarah-jane shouts his name and he puts his hand up and she says ‘if you ever make a up a table number again i’ll come to your house and shoot you’ we were all taken back by this and by the fact he didn’t even make up a table number. We found this extremely rude and would like to report it.

Cheap, consistent, fast - always a great cheat meal!

Mcdonalds quality of food has went down hill. Chios are constantly under cooked soggy mess and today I had a double cheese burger and half the packet was covered in grease ended up throwing in bin made me feel sick looking at it. There customer service team are impossible to contact you can click help but all you get is links to FAQ's and a chat bot that is next to useless I am not impressed with the lack of customer service

Really quick survice and good food and the ice cream machine is constantly working, staff are really friendly and are always there to help if you need. I wouldn't recommend eating downstairs though. It gets very noicy with everyone ordering and dilivery people coming in and out but if you just go upstairs it's great

Just wish they are able to keep their shop and the entrance much cleaner. As a former McDonalds employee myself, I wouldn’t go in and eat here.

I visited with my granddaughter at a very busy time today, my mobility is not too good and the lady at the front of the restaurant was very helpful finding me a seat and pointing me in the right direction to order food. I don't know this lady's name but she never stopped clearing tables, emptying bins and helping customers all the time I was in she is definitely a good advert for McDonald's.

Had an interview last week... The hiring manager had very poor approach. Asking me how far do I live from mcdonalds then opening google maps to check... okay. Edit: Everytime I think about that stupid manager I get annoyed. Please learn how to conduct interviews. You have kids dont you? Would like to know how you would feel if they were they way you treated me.

Going in at this time of the day, twas quiet, as everyone has had a busy day (18:30pm). Had some bbq burgers, salad, fries and cold drink. Still my go to place for quick fill 😋 Rest room and tables were spot on neat 👌

My children's all time favourite when come to fast Food and mine too. You can always trust the quality of food in McDonald. The only down site is the restaurant cleanliness still need to improve.

The food was very oily and staff was very bad mannered including the managers absolutely disgusting how they acted when I went to complain about my food!! I will never step foot in this MacDonald again

As usual, I couldn't get the order screen to work, or even to acknowledge that I was trying. Unless accompanied by a teenager, I nearly always end up needing personal service, and the young people are always polite and helpful, but this time the person serving was exceptionally good so I'd hoped to give her a namecheck here, but it's not on the receipt, which is disappointing. McDonalds have offered a special code for me to register my "thoughts" with an incentive of some kind of delicious food on my next visit. I'd really like to do this for the sake of the unknown server, but there's always a catch with these offers and I really don't need a plethora of publcity or marketing emails. For what it's worth, McDonalds food doesn't seem to be quite as substantial as it once was. The Mighty McMuffin breakfast was tasty, but overpriced for what it contained. Everything was clean, including the tables and the toilet, but the size of the portions doen't quite match the pictures. Well done to the server, however, and I'll make more effort to read name badges in future.

This is actually one of the poorer mcdonalds we've been to. Circumstances meant we were there 2 days running. None of my kids finished the food. It was somehow both oily and dry. Service is slow. Staff are tripping over each other with no clue what they should be doing and the toilets upstairs stank so badly of urine. I'd suggest avoiding. There are plenty of other options in Aberdeen.

Very busy restaurant, people standing waiting everywhere. Wasn't too impressed with staff, flung stuff onto tray and said there's your order. We were there in city fri-sun and this was a disappointment.
