Food was exceptional. Props to the people who made it. The driver was also on time and very polite.

All food good but disappointed extra (paid for) cheese added to BBQ Steakhouse Angus Meal wasn't added and Fanta drink was also missing. Spent £50 and Just Eat won't even refund a couple of £ for this items missed.

Wrong order paid £23 for two portions of chips and they weren’t the correct size. Receipt on bag was correct however contents were not. As said paid £23 for two medium size portions of warm chips, thanks

£17.48 for a meal and some extra nuggets, the prices have gone crazy in Burger King. I did go large and add an extra patty… but still expensive I was here on a Saturday just before Xmas at lunch time and it was not busy. Downstairs seating was closed but not sure how big it is down there. Burgers are better than McDonalds but the price is off putting. Food was hot and tasty nevertheless. Staff were friendly enough. Restaurant was tidy enough. It was a bit cold inside, but maybe the cold weather coming through the door on the occasions people entered

The food good, the place very gross also the toilet,

the whole order was cold not even warm had to put it in oven to make it eatable and even then not good....Will never order from them again....

Delivery guy was rude , I have never heard about the “code” & he was not going to leave my order despite me showing him the order number . To think I had tipped him an extra £2 too …………..never again .

Not enough staff on no orders taken at tills only two self services on out of four and they both had long queues food took ages to get ready we were missing one of our sides of onion rings and the ones we had were awful they were brick hard like they had been sitting in a hot cupboard for hours very disappointed but you always mess up our order that's why we only go about once a year😡

Worst Burger king in History!!!! Burger king Aberdeen Union Street. Cold burger , cold un melted cheese, cold bacon , and over all Cold and very untrained & unhelpful Staff and manager. I've eaten at lots of burger king Venus and the fact they give u a cold meal and after complaining they just give you the same meal back and laugh .This is nit exceptable behaviour and I'm on the mission to bring in down. Disgusting beyond belife that 1 customer in the in the bulding paying good money for a cold , heartless Disgusting Meal!!!!! I would recommend to anyone , Go to the McDonald's further down union street at least there you get a hot meal and trained Staff.

We were there on a Saturday night and it was fairly quiet, and I ordered a cheeseburger to tide me over while I was queueing over the road at the music hall. One item that took about 6 or 7 minutes at a "fast" food place. I used the toilet as well, a rather disgusting place but if you have to go. It's really just the same as any other burger king in all honesty, I rarely go unless it's for a quick bite to eat.

food took over an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. freezing cold and had to go find the driver because he was incredibly rude and wanted to argue instead of listening to my instructions on how to get to the building. then he started refusing to give me my food because he wanted to argue about why he couldn't find the building. I never leave reviews good or bad, but furious isn't the word

Visiting from Scotland and there was a very obnoxious lady she worked for some sort of solar lighting place giving the staff absolute hell I thought Texans were nice people too, the man working was a absolute gentleman

It was in the early evening. There were only a few people in the restaurant. The toilets in the ground floor were already closed, there was only the one toilet in the basement for the disabled persons. It was not very clean, the restaurant itself either.

Poor staff over worked and understaffed on a Saturday night. One member visibly upset on the phone . Burger King management need to help out. Either making sure their staff (who were lovely and polite) the support they need. They can't operate online orders with limited numbers. Not a fan of the cheeseburger melt.

Missing drinks. No chilli cheese bites.

The night manager, I didn't catch his name- ginger, with a beard and tattoos on his arms, is an amazing person. Last night 27 July, I experienced a medical emergency and passed out in the lobby. The night manager was attentive, patient and helped until paramedics showed up. A very kind man, I just wish I had gotten his name to thank him personally.

This never arrived although the guy said he delivered it.

Umm I order loaded bacon fries but got no bacon did my driver eat them?

food is absolutely shocking. frozen cold. not packed properly, chips are rock solid. and 2 items from the family menu missing too so clearly didn't look at my order properly. Will never order online again. shame the delivery driver was fab. spoils it with the food !

The burger was very tasty. But, at best it was look warm. I was tracking the delivery and he was all over the place. It might have been because he had other deliveries, or just got lost. I couldn’t eat the chips, they were really cold. On the plus side and I’ve never done this before, I filled out online about my order and automatically got the reply that I would be reimbursed £6.46. So that was good.

Una vergüenza absoluta. . pedimos comida ... absolutamente esperó siglos para ser entregado a nuestra mesa ... muchos niños de la escuela entraron después de nosotros (no es un gran problema . . comer y charlar, sin embargo no causa un problema) un pobre niño absolutamente tuvo que esperar para siempre por su comida. Cuando nuestra comida finalmente llegó fue con una disculpa, sin embargo no todo fue entregado, tuvo que buscar una Coca-Cero faltante... empeora papas fritas absolutamente recubiertas frías como piedra y ceros de coca (no importa cuánto hielo) eran completamente planas. Además de eso . . el problema ambiental no era bueno ... así que demasiados Deliveroo y solo comer personal afuera haciendo ruido ... No volverá, solía ser el lugar al que llevaba a mis hijos... nunca más.
