This really is the best chip shop for miles. Food is always fresh and tasty. A wide range of food on offer and all served with a smile. Highly recommended for quality take-away.

Been here for food quite a few times and service was always fast and the food was warm which is just what you want. Quite a lively team too - really friendly staff and management! And the place is kept clean even when I've been at busy times. All in all a good experience as far as fast food goes!

Called in for the first time after having visited the Chase, store empty, 2 members of staff working behind the counter used the kiosk to place an order to find out they weren’t working, apparently hadn’t been all day, however it appeared it was too much trouble to have out a sign on staring that or advise any customers using them that it wouldn’t work. Placed order the old fashioned way at the counter and typically as no one is used to this method of face to face communication anymore it was wrong (no full menu anywhere on display either - just “highlights”) when advising the order was not how it should have been it was like we were asking the world. Had to advise two other customers the order kiosk’s weren’t working as still too much hassle for the staff and still no notice on when we left……. Just mad

All though limited seating, service was prompt, food was warm and as expected. Overall experience was elevated by one employee (cleaning op) who was greeting and talking to all kids which was a nice touch.

We ordered on the app, got to the drive thru & waited quite a while, we were told to park up & they would bring the food over. About 15 minutes later a lad appeared with our bag of food, no hello…sorry for your wait etc, very rude! We ordered a bucket of chicken wings, they were greasy and tasteless & went in the bin. I won’t be ordering or visiting here again

The best Burger Chain in the world! I first found five guys in Florida and thought it was just a stand alone restaurant in a shopping mall. I ate the burger and honestly was so impressed that it now an instant must have whenever I see the Five Guys sign. You can order at the till or online, both are simple. The amount of free extras you can have in a burger is amazing. Chips are a hit or miss, nothing to do with Five Guys but the amount of sugar in the potato. You always get loads even in the small portion. My favorite free extra is the Monkey Peanuts that are roasted and salted. It’s the only place in the UK that sells them like that and honestly they are always the best peanuts anywhere!

Absolutely terrible food just slapped together wrong order even when we went and got the rest of order stil just slapped together , used xtra fuel to go bk no salt in the chips everything cold not even offered anything for the hassel of their mistake don't normally leave a review but this has made this dinner service given has made me
