KFC in Cannock Chase

We ordered on the app, got to the drive thru & waited quite a while, we were told to park up & they would bring the food over. About 15 minutes later a lad appeared with our bag of food, no hello…sorry for your wait etc, very rude! We ordered a bucket of chicken wings, they were greasy and tasteless & went in the bin. I won’t be ordering or visiting here again

I ordered of uber eats and food was amazing and the delivery driver was absolutely fabulous I asked him to ring due to family being asleep he also messaged me when he was leaving to give a heads up and rang as he got outside of the house thank you so much to that man great service thank you very much I ordered just before 10 and it got to me for 5 past ten on Thursday 7th so if you know the driver at the restaurant pls send a massive thank you from me :)

Awful experience, take away,part of order was missing, zinger burger had no sauce and was burnt. It’s not a cheap place to eat so you would imagine them having a standard in what they serve

Only 2 machines working to order. Not long to wait for food very quick. Had to look for clean table as no one was cleaning them. Hot chocolate was lovely. Corn on cob are very small, should say mini corn. Not many chips. Chichen double burger throw together. More mayo in Box than in bun. Very disappointed as we have not had a KFC for some time again because of poor hygiene in restaurant.

Rude staff with no smiles … no napkins or straws given in drive threw and practically threw the food threw the window then shut the window b4 I could ask for some … the food was cold

Out of date coleslaw, water for 7 up cold food... burger tasted off..ill be back tomorrow to complain

First visit, which is not our usual store as we visit KFC every Sunday as a family, at the Tyburn Road, Birmingham who are EXCELLENT... Now the Cannock store, food came quickly, only thing, we ordered a breast piece with our meal, it came with side breast. Took this back told 20 minute wait, I said that's fine I'll wait. 28 minutes later I said to EILISSA ,...not sure if pronounced right, you said it would be a 20 minute wait. I was then told, with ATTITUDE You was offered a different piece of chicken, it's your fault if you don't want to wait just go. What do you want me to do about it. After saying to her, you should never speak to customers like that, what do you mean just go.. Again she said what do you want me to do about it just go if you don't wanna wait. She said, complain if you want, raising her hands up. Then continued saying what do you want me to do if you don't want to wait it's your fault you was offered another piece of chicken it's your own fault. I asked for her name, she said no and turned her back and starting smirking to her colleague, who was no part of this. All this took part while other customers were eating there meals. Manager came out who said he would have a word and refunded one piece of chicken. Never ever have I been treated like this as a customer, I'll be forwarding my complaint to head office, she as an individual needs to be dealt with ASAP . The store it's self I couldn't fault, also the rest of the staff, it was just that one individual who had a really bad attitude towards customers as I herd her serving others ,who let the team down. Literally everytime I go to this restaurant there's a shortage of chicken. Not that they don't have it it's the fact that there's never any cooked, on my last two visits I've waited outside whilst the restaurant closed for 30mins to cook some chicken, then today got told there was no chicken available and would again need to cook it to get my order however this would take 30mins WTF surely you cook more chicken before you sell out. This is one crazy badly managed restaurant I will not be visiting again waisting petrol, luckily there's a good burger king just round the corner.

Partner went and grabbed some food and it wasn’t nice at all. Asked for extra sauce and it was way too much on it it went everywhere and i was unable to eat it as there was far too much on it to also find out there was no coleslaw either so had to have gravy which I don’t like so my meal was pointless as all I got to eat was the chips

Ordered my food on the electronic screen by the entrance. The meal had an additional charge for a hot drink which I paid and I also paid extra to go large. When I went to pick the food up at the counter I was told there was not any hot drinks and no large cups to serve the cold drinks in. The store refused to give me a refund for the extras that I had purchased with the meal and didn't receive due to a lack of stock. If you haven't got the products then don't take payments for them at the door. Very poor customer service and the food was also Luke warm and soggy. Won't ever be going back!

As a company, dictating to customer that they can no longer buy normal soft drinks, I can't drink "diet" because of the sweeteners in them, and don't give anyone the choice anymore

The organisation is never great at this restaurant, but today set a new low. The queue for the drive through was backed up to the roundabout, so I opted to park opposite and order inside. The staff were clearly overwhelmed, but rather than stop taking orders until they had caught up, were simply bagging orders and sitting them on the counter for 5-10 minutes before getting to the drinks and serving. Unfortunately, I had already ordered and paid before I noticed this. Our meals were nearly cold before they were even served.

Ordered a box meal with some extra hot wings via the drive though. I was asked to park up in the waiting bay after paying for my order. I was waiting just over 25 MINUTES! Eventually after getting fed up, I walked into the store and asked what was taking so long with my order, to which a young lady replied ‘sorry, we were waiting on Your hot wings’ it takes 25 minutes to cook Hot wings?!! Safe to say I won’t be going there again 🙌🏼

Purchased plain fillet nuger yhis afternoon via drive through...fillet half size normally is and tough as Old Boots..this surely was not freshly cooked..more like something out af last weeks waste..Not Good..put in bin outside well wrapped hoping not found and re used for another customer.!!!

Chicken always hot and fresh love the hot wings and gravy, popcorn chicken is nice and the mini fillets, have ordered through the drive though and Deliveroo not one bad experience.

We ordered £40 worth of food for our family through deliveroo and only half of it was delivered. We rang the Cannock store and spoke to the manager who said there was nothing she could do and if we wanted the missing food we would need to drive there and fetch them. I asked for a refund and she advised us they can’t refund and we would need to speak to deliveroo who were no help either, you can only speak to them by live chat which was pointless. We ended up with half a meal and a huge inconvenience. The KFC bag said checked, order complete and sealed. VERY POOR SERVICE from both KFC Cannock and deliveroo won’t be ordering from KFC again.

I have to say the organisation of accessing the car park and drive thru was great. The food... terrible! Was not a usual standard and both myself and hubby been up since 4am with sickness. Has totally put me off and will not be returning.

Visited kfc at the orbital tonight to be greeted by a car park attendant in his yellow hi vis coat. Told me to park up and wait about an hour. Whilst I was trying to talk to him he informed me he was calling the police. Whilst I was parked up he was letting other vehicles on. The security guard allowed me to park up and wait for the police to arrive. The police told me to join the q and place my order. The manager, the staff and the security guard were all exemplary in their conduct and get 5 stars. The car park attendant was just wasting police time.

Have only ever had takeaway from here when passing on way home. Never had a bad meal, always been ok service and reasonably fast. Usually seems clean. Will continua to use now and again.

I drove from Stafford to Cannock to try the Imposter Burger that is being offered at selected KFCs in the U.K. right now. I am glad I took the trip. The burger is really tasty. I can't tell the difference between the Imposter Burger or the real thing. The Imposter Burger to me is less greasy and gristly. I quite like it and I sincerely hope it stays on the menu. The restaurant was clean and the service was amazing. Rae waited on us and was a delight to talk to. Rae was also super friendly and very helpful. Everything about this visit was positive. Check out the new Imposter Burger, it's lovely.

Had used this place few times and had no problems; We ordered our take out meal which was the 14 pieces party food costing nearly £30. We only got 3 legs and the rest of the 14 were breasts. The chips were badly cooked. The whole lot of chicken and wings tasted dry as if they had been waiting a long time. It had not been freshly cooked as collection was via the drive through with no delays as enough food was available (possible keeping warm?)The packing of the food to take away was very poor as thin paper bags wont keep take away food warm for long. The main big bag was open at the top and the cardboard 'lids' were not in place on the chicken; all chips in open paper bags.

The worse service I have ever had, chicken no meat on it chips hard and Nasty. We ended up going to our local chippy to save the day

Took my daughter in today for lunch. The young lad who served us was really helpful. I had a boneless banquette with coleslaw - My daughter had the cheese and bacon meal deal with gravy & we both had flavoured latte one vanilla & one caramel. The young lad soon gave us our food it was very quick coming he told us to sit down and he bought our coffees over. Premises were lovely & clean - so we’re the toilets. One of the nicest KFC’s I’ve been in. Bill came to just over £14. Impressed.

As good as any othe KFC i have visited - just used the drive thru but staff were pleasant and the food was good

Very unhelpful, very rude staff, no customer service here, all 4 staff on duty were fooling around with phones, customer meals waiting on shelves behind counter whilst staff still fooled around. We mentioned that our meal was waiting and said that the customer service was not very good, the young man told me not to speak to him like that and myself and other customers waiting were appalled at his attitude. On our exit, the previous customer came back in to complain, no extras offered, drinks etc, drive thru closed that day. We wont be using KFC again at this site. I said that I would contact Head Office and he told me to.

Called in for food in the early evening on a bank holiday Monday and the place was very quiet!Service was slow as only one person was on and they even got the order wrong!Even one more member of staff would have helped.The rubbish bins were full as you’d expect in a KFC as they all seem to have this issue.Tables were ok and toilets clean which was a bonus.

Second kfc in ten minutes... NO RICE BOXES AND NOW NO TWISTER MEAL. Omg dont you do a daily order. ????

Placed an order with KFC and it's been over 50 minutes and still waiting for my order to turn up they have taken my money out my bank I will be ringing head office tomrrow to explain why I'm so upset/angry

Very friendly staff and nice clean place Food took longer than I'd hoped considering it was really quiet and chips were cold so a bit disappointing however kids enjoyed the kids meal deal with popcorn chicken!

Food was piping hot and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful for a fast food restaurant.

First visit in a long time used to love kfc. Popped in at lunchtime served quickly and the order was correct. Unimpressed with portion sizes. McDonald's wraps are much better with decent amount of fries. The fries here are like a kids meal. Doubt we will be back for a long time.

Where do I start, no longer go here, missing meals, sauce on when asked for plain, plain when not asked for, no condiments and yet it is not cheap, you are paying premium prices for poor service, carvery is cheaper! a few visits they had no burger baps, they do not reply to emails, awful.

Always consistent ,takeaway or eat in.Friendly staff. Clean pleasant surroundings if using the restaurant.Especially suitable for children

If you love KFC and want it at the very best quality then this restaurant is the one to go to. I've visited most KFC in area and tbh I've found fault with most of them. Dirty tables uncooked chicken dirty toilets but this one is always clean their food always hot and fresh and their service prompt and polite.

Our sons and grandson always go on about KFC, so hubby and i decide to give it a go. And i must say it was finger licking good. Will go again.

We regularly go to this Kfc in Cannock. The food is consistently good. We particularly enjoy the ice creams, naughty but nice. The place is clean and well ordered with pleasant staff.
