I was a regular customer online through just eat and now but they were a let as are mabey one or two of the staff in shop I just ordered 1 cheese burger 1 fries and 2 dips I don't no who seved me but the chios were not cooked properly still hard in some of them and the burger was terrible hardly any salad and it was squashed this is the second time in 2 wks I have ordered a delivery I am annoyed because the managers are lovely people who I have had a face to face conversation about the same problem whoever served my burger or made it can't cook and present a cheeseburger how hard is it to cook chips and a burger I will be contacting the franchise owners about this for the second time

When you order online for delivery food is prepared immediately. Staff place the food on an unheated shelf to the right of the public counter. It sits there until a driver turns up. It can sit there getting cold for up to 15 to 20 mins and nobody checks that length of time. Today’s Oder arrived at my house barely tepid and inedible. McDonald’s won’t take responsibility and Uber eats dismiss this as acceptable and will not engage. The result is cold orders being churned out regularly when deleivery driver numbers are low. There is no quality control and no one takes responsibility. The liklihood of ruined food being delivered is about 70% of orders from here. Uber so they take feedback seriously but won’t refund or even engage. McDonald’s with whom the contract is will not engage telling me complaints must go to Uber eats.

Used app to order ahead so should not be waiting long, Ha, watched people walk in and use machine in store and walk out before we got our order. Went to counter and was totally dismissed by female member of staff. Waited 20 mins for our breakfast items. Supposed to be fast food and better ordering on app but what a joke.

Do not order from this McDonald’s, specifically through an app that use Uber Eats. They take over an hour to deliver in Kemptown, the food is always cold and soggy (always, not once have I had an order that arrived in good enough conditions) and on top of that, the Uber Eats “Customer Service”, has nothing that actually services the Customer, as in no occasion even though the food always arrived after the “latest by” time.

if i could give 6 stars i would but sadly i can only give 5. this place honestly has great food great service and overall a great atmosphere. this place may not look the best but sit here for 2 minuets and you will see how homely this place is. the food was amazing and i love the geeza and i will definitely come back here

Food embarrassingly poor… Cold, dry, over salted meat, undercooked chips, limp brown salad. Never experienced such rude staff in my entire life. It is a miracle that this shop are still making enough money to open their doors. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF ORDERING FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF AN ESTABLISHMENT.
