Over an hour late and cold ordered large chips got a small and medium fish

Popped in for a seaside dessert and was thrilled by the choice of ice cream and other things available. Ice cream was great, if a little melting

1st time eating here, food was really nice, 8 of us ate and we all liked it, we will be coming back, the only downside was the gaint divide they have in the shop..

Good wasn’t very warm and not the best presentation on arrival, a little disappointing really

The saveloy had no flavour at all, probably the worse thing I’ve ever eaten and when I unwrapped it all of the colour had come off onto the paper-that’s not normal. I’ve never seen the colour come off of a saveloy before, it was as if it had been dyed. I won’t be returning.

Had the combination kebab it wad beautiful

Have given this place a miss in the pass few months due to dried out chips. Popped round this evening for a battered sausage. Arrived just before 8:30 pm and found they were closed despite a large sign saying 9:00 closing. What's the point of having the sign. Guess I was spared from another disappointment.

Great friendly service fresh fish and chips , hot and week cooked . Staff very happy to oblige , good selection .

Over cooked dry fish and Luke warm soggy chips. When cutting the fish the batter just shattered. Was out of cabinet not cooked to order. Worse fish n chips I’ve had in ages, waste of £17

Ordered food via the app. Waited in the car lane to pay and collect food. When I arrived, the app wasn't working (staff member admitted the app is useless) and then was told that they don't have what I ordered anyway!. Had to wait in the car lane even though I hadn't actually bought anything. There no way to leave drive-thru lane.

Staff is rude. My order was missing bits and they kept arguing that it was not which clearly was missing. Also how difficult is to check order????? To put all the sauces in?? Just bunch of irresponsible two left handed staff
