Gulliver's in Suffolk Coastal

Over cooked dry fish and Luke warm soggy chips. When cutting the fish the batter just shattered. Was out of cabinet not cooked to order. Worse fish n chips I’ve had in ages, waste of £17

Disgusting food, disgusting portion sizes and expensive for what you get. My partner ordered a large cod, it was the smallest OAP size cod I ever saw from a chippy it was tasteless and drenched in oil. We ordered large chips but were a medium at most and some tasted like they were just out of the freezer all cold and hard. Curry sauce was a table spoon to share between two people. My scampi tasted wet. Never again would I eat here. Save your money if you want a good chippy go to the bounty or Felix fish bar.

Good value for money excellently cooked traditionally cooked fish and chips shop on the High road. Give it a try if you are in the area I am sure you will enjoy it

Called in as a last minute decision for a supper treat, and it was great. Fish cooked fresh while we waited and generous chips;eaten while watching the sunset over the Orwell. Couldn’t have been better.

The large cod was the best fish I have had for years. It was excellent in every way, cooked to perfection and really fresh. The young couple serving were efficient and very pleasant.

A year ago this was the best in the Felixstowe area with large pieces of fish but for now its going South. Soggy chips you can wring the oil out of, handling cash then handling the food that's not on. A shame.

First time I had been and unfortunately will not return . The fish was dry and the batter was over cooked. The chips were soggy. Service was good under the covid restrictions. Shame as its local and convenient.

What a shame this has been the best we have known until they started serving soggy chips. So if we shop there the fish is all we buy as this is still the best in town, a pity they don't crisp the fries up like some of their competitors.

Visited at tea time in a hurry. Ordered 4 plain sausages and 3 portions of chips. Only drove round the corner and the chips were stone cold! Small portions of chips too. Definitely worth driving further to get decent fish and chips

Back again to probably the best value chippy in the town cooked while you wait so it's fresh. Just look at the picture ask yourself where is the plate?

We go every week .... We love it don't mind to wait for good fish.... Very friendly team...and good value for money

Ok chip shop, COD a little small but good to have skin-less and nice light batter. Chips were good and not to many which is a good thing. Will probably try some other chip shops around Felixstowe before we have a favourite.

Well although we only eat fish and chips a few times a year this chippy has proved to be the best we have seen. Generous size pieces of fish.
