Woodbridge Quality Fish & Chips in Suffolk Coastal

Amazing! I had fish and chips and my boyfriend had a doner kebab. Best takeaway in a 50 mile radius. Doner meat was fresh and hot, plenty of salad, lovely soft pitta. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed it...and he's fussy! My fish and chips were hot, fresh and not in the least but greasy. Delicious! Thank you

Feeling very lucky to find this place after some disappointment with other fish&chip shops around Martlesham. The Cod was lovely, fried perfectly with golden crusty batter. Freshly fried chips were in great shape with yummy texture in mouth. The shop was immaculately clean, owner and staff were friendly and prompt. I am sure I will be returning for more!

Great fish and chips, freshly cooked and nice and hot when delivered. Also recommend the Hawaiian Pizza - great value on a Wednesday lunchtime. We had a friendly welcome too. With thanks from the "Scots couple " !

Quality average but the staff chain smoke out side then go.in fail to wash there hands and serve food

Ordered 2 large pizzas. Tasteless and hardly any fillings. I had a pepperoni - some of the slices didn't even have any on it was so bare. Possibly the worst pizza ever. I have tried to call and ask for the manager/owner and just get fobbed off with excuses. Won't order again. £29 - TOTAL RIP OFF

stone cold chips twice that had obviously been an attemptto re-heat with cold grease all on them. Fish so tiny and dry . Was going to take them back but seen owner smoking outside so just gave up and promised never to return. waste of money and time.Far better places around. NO PPI whatsoever .

Been here 4 times over the last year - it's handy for where I live and yes I shjould learn from my mistakes - but it seems a bit of a lottery as to {A} the size of the posrtion you'll get - some large fish are VERY small under a mountain of batter and {B} the quality. Can be very VERY greasy. I'll try and remember this next time I think of going and bother to travel to the next nearest!

Had two meals delivered during the Coronavirus lockdown, food and service both fantastic on both occasions. I had the chicken burger meal, was nice chicken breast (x2), good portion of chips and a drink. Delivery was prompt and food nice and hot. You expect this sort of food to be a bit greasy but it was not at all. If I’m perfectly honest, we live in a village outside Woodbridge and only ordered from here because it was only place relatively near us that was open. I would now go as far to say this is our new go to place when we fancy fish and chips!

Their chicken fillet burgers are the best I’ve ever tasted. Reasonably priced and very generous. Very friendly staff but just need to offer a delivery service!

Extremely efficient and the scampi and chips were delicious. A treat for Friday night. I am often disappointed with chip shop chips but these were plentiful and the scampi was really moist.

Sausage was grey and inedible, the chips tasted rancid due to the oil needing changing?. The fish was also dry and over cooked.

Was in Woodbridge and needed to eat. Called by this fish & chill shop and got very good service. My meal was served and wrapped before I even got my wallet out. Decent fish and chips, reasonable price. Not outstanding but perfectly acceptable. Decent portions and efficient service.

Always get my fish and chips here! Never been disappointed with anything. Excellent value for money, staff lovely, food delicious. Have just started doing pizza here and they are very good!
