The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Breckland East of England

Additional food is still good but have now ordered maybe 50 times as we go weekly for chips, still haven't got an order right, it's been wrong everything single time, we ussually find it funny now as it's expected. But today it was my small daughter's order that was swapped for something so she only got chips she's willing to eat so we have cooked something for her at home. Have used them maybe 10 times in the last year. Sometimes the grandparents have gone and ordered it. Twice by phone to collect. And today I went in in person and ordered over the counter. The reason for this is that they have got the order wrong on each and every occasion. And is suspected it may have been old people errors. But it Includes today. They read the order to you when you collect and still it's wrong( not what they say but the order when you get it home) I can't understand how this happens every single time. I also believe I paid today for what I didn't get, which I think is the first time that's happened. But I can't check because The prices on the website are not accurate either, as when I work out how much cash I need it's always different to what I pay. The food is good. Its a real shame.

Beautifully cooked chips. COD bites crop and fresh as the rest of order. Only slight thing is although tasted ok the pie was smaller, thin pastry and not the quality taste I was expecting. But everything thing else was very tasty and will keep using them, just not the pies unless they change their supplier. Still 5/5 stars.

Massive portions, super tasty fish & chips and kebabs. Fast service, friendly staff. Top of my takeaway list. We used several times on holiday and were never disappointed. Highly recommend

While I was eating my salad and chicken kebab, I had to quickly spit out something hard, to me it looks like a piece of glass or clear plastic, I did show them pictures but they never even apologised.

Delicious fish , batter superb nice and crispy excellent sized portion not oily..chips delicious also hot but can only manage medium size between 2..staff very pleasant..entire place always looks clean and tidy..

Was in today at McDonalds in Swaffham. Ordered the New Hat Trick burger. I end up getting the meat way over cooked. Looked nothing like on picture. I literally not even joking I had 2 the smallest pieces on onion and blob of ketchup that was a nice of a pea. Ohh and it was also cold. Absolutely dry and gross. Definitely not happy, one freaking bit.

We placed our order and it turned up with food missing and my mothers scampi was burnt and not edible, we then rang up and they agreed to send more scampi and the wrap and 2 portions of chips what we were missing. The driver then turned up with just the scampi and 1 portion of chips, when I rang up to complain that I still haven’t received my £9.50 wrap the manager refused to send it and hung up on me twice. Do not order from this company

Crap , don’t waste time , head to the Swaffham one instead . I work nights , every time I go to this one even though it’s supposed to be 24 hours they are shut , say computers are down and there is a constant issue every time I seem to visit . Food always poorly prepped . It’s badly run and you need to look at Swaffham McDonald’s and look how they run things . They are always open and never have issues . You guys always have some sort of issue nights . Maybe just boneidle lazyness

Thought it would be nice to order my partner a big McDonald’s breakfast for his birthday as he’s been having a really rough time lately and we’re both super unwell. Half the order was missing, the rest was wrong, can’t get a refund for delivery as McDonald’s are partnered with Uber Eats. Ruined the morning really and I’ve now deleted both my Mcdonalds and Uber Eats accounts. Can’t be bothered with the lack of resolve on orders that are wrong. McDonald’s stated that they couldn’t do anything unless we wanted to go via head office. Absolute joke and not worth the money you chance losing on delivery fees etc. This also means that if you get your food for a group and anything is missing, you won’t get a replacement for any of the missing items unless you want to re order and pay for another delivery, meaning half the group might go hungry unless you want to waste more money on delivery and receive another order that might also be wrong. This has also happened to us on a few occasions in the past but this time was ridiculous, the order was no where near correct. It’s like we got someone else’s order with our receipt on it. Oh, and we have to wait up to 15 days for a refund from Uber Eats.

Always drop in here after a track day at snetterton. And always forget how awful the place is. You order and wait half hour for the “fast” food. My order wasn’t complicated a coke, Big Mac and a double quarter pounder. My brother in law and family ordered after me and got a whole tray full before I did. In the end I begged just for the Big Mac and the coke so I could go sit and eat something with them. This is by far the poorest McDonald’s in the country. And nearly on par with useless service of the kfc in bury st edmunds.
