The food quality has gotten better over the years.But this vist was very good. The food was tasty and delicious. The staff was helpful. They can be short-staffed at busy times. Furthermore they also take lots of time to get your order ready. However food makes up for it. This place has since branded to Ryde Fried Chicken however the management,staff and food is the same.

The most digusting burgers ever tasted, both wer soggy and wet falling apart, burger wasn't crispy infact tasted like fish...the bbq sauce was not given at all, the mayo requested was a dab of garlic mayo&ketchup...all I could see was mayo and ketchup the mayo was even more sickening than anything & I am sure the mayo was gone off as it taste fishy too...I had to throw the chips and the burger in the bin...even thou I try to remove the ketchup and mayo from the bun...its just 🤢🤢

Walked in and ordered my food (no problem) whilst waiting I watched the man that served me casually walk up to the bin and spitt into it, he then just casually wiped his hand across his beard and mouth before making the other customers burger and handle money without any attempt to wash his hands, Another member of staff came out from the back and also preceeded to wipe his gloved hand across his mouth before handling food and Another member of staff was walking around the back of the shop bear foot where the food is prepared, I won't use this place anymore as the staff hav have no idea about basic hygiene.

La única estrella es para los chicos que trabajaban allí, eran amables y educados Tristemente no se pueden dar otras estrellas. Pedí una hamburguesa de queso 1/2 con papas fritas, £ 7. Vale, precio, espera. Debería haberlo comprobado allí y luego, en retrospectiva es algo realmente maravilloso. Las hamburguesas probablemente habían estado sentadas toda la noche, yo estaba allí alrededor de las 9 pm. Secos como un hueso y toda la humedad se había cocinado fuera de ellos. Los pequeños masticables que había allí y mayo (una cucharadita) no pudieron evitar la excusa cremada de la carne. En cuanto a las patatas fritas, tristemente no mejor. En restaurantes elegantes tienen patatas fritas triples cocidas, todo un manjar. Bueno, esto debe haber sido septuple cocinado. La mitad estaban demasiado cocidas, casi me rompo los dientes, las otras eran más comestibles pero tan secas y la poca sal y el vinagre no pudieron evitar esta comida extremadamente pobre. Probablemente es un gran lugar y cuando está ocupado, la comida no se sienta demasiado tiempo. Extremadamente Mala comida y eso es ser educado

Waited over 2 hours for driver to turn up outside house and not have the food in the car so cancelled food order absolutely terrible service will never use again !!!

Sorry but the food is dire:Sweet and sour chicken swimming in piles of gloop with only a few chicken pieces. Shredded smoked chicken so sweet the it was inedible. Won't go there again

Went for some food! Not busy with only a couple waiting. 4 members of staff with 2 moving around and the other just talking. Went to the counter and waited… and waited….. and waited. No one came to ask me for my order. Said hello and was blanked! Waited for about 5 minutes and then walked out! Couldn’t see any orders going out when I was being ignored. Poor customer service. Not friendly. Would not recommend unless you on a diet.

On a short trip to Teesside and decided to stay in Sedgfield for a few days. Needing access to Stockton-on-Tees and swayed by the varied choices of food outlets and Pubs/Restaurants in Sedgefield. First choice was Sedgefield Fisheries who offer a wide range of food and offer delivery. Went for a Parmo and chips . Easy to order online or go old school and pick up the phone to get through to a very friendly team to take your order. Arrived piping hot , delivered by a very friendly positive guy. My my my . I have had parmos in the past but the flavours and texture was fantastic . It was substantial to say the least. It filled a pizza box with the chips hanging on for dear life. BBQ sauce sitting in the corner. It was a good price and I would say it was enough for two people easily. If you are in the area then give these people a look you won't be dissapointed.

How can £2.50 + £1.19 =£4.98? The prices on the boards apparently mean nothing. I find it disgusting how this company gets away with misleading customers over the prices

Estaban agotados para el desayuno grande. Tenía los huevos royale que se sirvieron fríos y los huevos escalfados estaban demasiado cocidos

new menu is good, the peri peri chicken is very nice, still no way comparable to the star of the show with is there southern fried chicken. keep it up

Absolutely vile poor costomer service disgrace attitude from staff so rude it's unreal food was undercooked would never go there again
