Food 2 Go in Blackpool

La única estrella es para los chicos que trabajaban allí, eran amables y educados Tristemente no se pueden dar otras estrellas. Pedí una hamburguesa de queso 1/2 con papas fritas, £ 7. Vale, precio, espera. Debería haberlo comprobado allí y luego, en retrospectiva es algo realmente maravilloso. Las hamburguesas probablemente habían estado sentadas toda la noche, yo estaba allí alrededor de las 9 pm. Secos como un hueso y toda la humedad se había cocinado fuera de ellos. Los pequeños masticables que había allí y mayo (una cucharadita) no pudieron evitar la excusa cremada de la carne. En cuanto a las patatas fritas, tristemente no mejor. En restaurantes elegantes tienen patatas fritas triples cocidas, todo un manjar. Bueno, esto debe haber sido septuple cocinado. La mitad estaban demasiado cocidas, casi me rompo los dientes, las otras eran más comestibles pero tan secas y la poca sal y el vinagre no pudieron evitar esta comida extremadamente pobre. Probablemente es un gran lugar y cuando está ocupado, la comida no se sienta demasiado tiempo. Extremadamente Mala comida y eso es ser educado

Comida fresca a la orden. Absolutamente precioso, el personal amable nada demasiado problema, incluso nos dejó traer a nuestros dos spaniels con nosotros. He estado en Blackpool de vacaciones durante una semana y he visitado este lugar en tres ocasiones diferentes y cada vez que la comida se cocinó por encargo. Uno de los mejores lugares para comida recién cocinada. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar sin dudarlo

La selección de comida es impresionante, y los precios son bastante razonables, contribuyendo a una experiencia gastronómica agradable. Aprecio especialmente la calidad de los platos de pescado disponibles.

Era precioso y limpio y la comida era preciosa mi nieta es bastante exigente con su comida, pero le encantó ella tenía una comida infantil y había un montón en su plato

Decidimos parar aquí para la primera cena de nuestro corto viaje a Blackpool, acababa de conducir 7 horas y era la tienda de chips más cercana a nuestro hotel. Debo admitir que realmente estaba deseando esta comida, ya que todos estábamos absolutamente hambrientos después de un viaje tan largo! Ahora se lo daré al personal - todos eran muy amables y serviciales, pero por desgracia la comida no era genial. Estaba bien, pero nada especial. Por el precio esperaba una porción más grande de patatas fritas (aunque las patatas estaban muy bien, cocinadas perfectamente) y la salchicha rebozada era enorme, pero simplemente no era muy agradable, bastante soso y poco sazonado con una masa casi dura muy crujiente. Sin duda he tenido mejor en otros lugares, pero no esperaba nada demasiado increíble con que está en el frente del mar y llamado ''food 2 go''. Respetuosamente los chicos hicieron un buen trabajo y claramente trabajan duro, pero no volvería a comprar comida de allí si volviera.

Called in fir a quick bite to each before setting off home. Friendly guys took order quickly food cooked to order we had kebab meat & chips and chicken strips & chips and 2 coffees. Usual prices for seaside food a bit higher than what we’re used to at home BUT the food comes in large polystyrene take away containers and portions are large! Putting it in containers won’t please some folk but it certainly makes clearing up easier and keeps costs down! I had the 4 chicken strips - which are actually mini breast fillets and were deliciously tender (and not the scrawny dipping things I’d expected), also hubby couldn’t finish his meat and chips as there was so much. I’d gladly eat there again (and they let me charge my phone as we didn’t want to get on the road with it flat) really nice guys :)

Best chips I've had in ages! Good big portion, proper chips. Seating area needs cleaning more, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

I have seen the comments below and I was witness when the owner grab a girl and through her outside the shop because these girls was making trouble with coustumer and colleagues. Swearing in front of my kids. Can’t complain about the food because it was very busy.

Been there few times and the staff is really helpfull.i will visit again very soon the chips are very soft and tasty. Thank you once again

in the shop they was cheeky and rude while being served i witnessed a young girl get grabbed and shoved outside by owner of the shop,as i got my food it was full of grease and found hair in my food and my chips were mouldy. wouldnt spend money in this shop . while making food they do it with bare hands no gloves or even washing their hands or non of them wear hair net,there was a spillage on the table across from me and the worker told them not to clean it NEEDS CLOSED DOWN IMMINENTLY

Food was disgusting I found a hair in my fish and my chips was not cooked fully so was still frozen. I also witnessed a girl being pushed out of the shop by the owner while stood outside waiting for my food. I would not recommend eating from here the shop is dirty and unhygienic and should be shut down.

Poor customer service. My husband and my son had a cheeseburger each, the burgers were dripping with grease where they deep fried it. Never heard of that before. They both said it was disgusting and couldn't finish eating it. My daughter had the chicken nuggets, which tasted like plastic. My fish and chips were okay. A lot of tables were covered in litter and the bins were over flowing, where the place hadn't been cleaned and tidied in a while. I won't be eating here again!

I been to this place with my family few times and there fish is soo crispy and love there curry sauce.

Worst fish and chips I've ever had and probably the most expensive. The chips were very poor, the fish tasted worse than the frozen fillets you can get in supermarkets.

Advertised kids Meal as £3.50 for 2 Sausages chips and drink. Received half a Sausage and a small portion of chips and a small drink. Shop is on main prominade and is staffed by people with no customer service. Asked them what was going on and they said customers like half sausage. Can give you two if you pay for full Adult meal of £5. The way they do it is by advertising the kids meal on the outside of window and by advertising the adults meal on the inside. So when you try and argue you'll look very stupid. An insult on otherwise a very nice place to visit. Blackpool council needs to have a look at this shambolic business.

Spotlessly clean throughout and nice modern decor yet completely empty most of the time? Acknowledged as we walked in by the man behind the counter and food tasted good especially the chips which were actually some of the nicest I've had. A smile and a better welcome might make more people visit but it did the job for us!

Made the mistake of popping in here for fish and chips whilst viewing the illuminations. Its well placed on the central 'strip' along the sea front. It was only after i placed my order, i realised i had made a big mistake. Had to wait 12-15min for fish & chips and sausage and chips. The sausage has no batter??? ...not sure if this is a lancashire thing as in yorkshire your sausages are battered, then fried! and the batter had an yellow/orange 'glow' to it. The fat must not have been hot enough as there were no crispy bubbles on it and the chips were the sort you get in a pizza take away. My advice is if you see the place... keep going as you will eventually find a decent 'fish n chip' shop....but this is not it!!!

Went here against my best judgement and now my partner wishes she had to,my partners pie had something in it which god knows what it was it was solid I had fish and chips which wasn’t the worse I’ve had but the guy serving no thank you and just threw the plates on the table. Worse was to come the toilet bins full of dirty nappies looked like there was blood on the table for the baby changing facilities,on the walls looked like someone had rubbed there child’s dirty nappy on the wall Blackpool council health n safety you need to look at this place f****** disgrace.We love Blackpool but this place don’t know what else to say

Good place to stop for fish ,chips pies etc.situated right near the front at the middle of Blackpool promenade.quite big inside with plenty of tables spaced out with loads of room. Staff very helpful when we visited during the evening and everything was cooked fresh . Prices ok and on a par with the central area.

Visit soon for a good choice of Menu and courses at reasonable cost nice environment to relax in and enjoy tour food.

I ordered a baked potato with salad. I asked for salad THREE times. When I got home, there was a black potato , no salad, it was hard and a bit of melted cheese. I wouldn't give this a dog.

staff are hard hearing, food is basic and the wait is far to long. re think ordering from here ive eaten better road kill

Not cheap given the mediocre quality... the guy serving does not have a good command of English and so the simplest of requests is confused or ignored. The place was empty but still took forever to get the right order served. There are some great little places to eat in Blackpool, some nice and simple fish and chip restaurants on the front which are good quality. This isn’t one of them. Go elsewhere.

Called in for fish and chips, considering how close to the sea you are, the fish and chips appeared to be frozen, quite expensive for what you get.
