Miss Millie's Weston Super Mare in Windsor and Maidenhead

Old chicken and fries probably from lunchtime. Tasted dry and harder than cardboard. I won't waste my money again. And I ld urge you not to bother.

Spent over £12 for six bits of chicken today, all legs and not worth the money. Not happy. My fault I did not check , won't ever use again!

First and last time at this place. Chips were hard and stale chicken was overcooked and slimy inside and cooked in dirty fat. In all probably the worse takeaway we have ever had. Not a move for the better.

Asked for 6 pieces and 2 chips. Told that I couldn’t have that; I was asked to choose between 6 pieces and 4 chips or 6 pieces, 2 chips and 2 drinks. When I challenged this I was told that I had to stick to the menu. The place on the mini roundabout was great and was run really well by Matthew and his crew who knew how to give every customer what they asked for, freshly cooked. Back then they were a thriving business; since then I have only seen one other customer in this place in 4 other visits (previously they were able to count out 6 pieces and 2 chips!!!) The staff don’t appear to care and laughed at me as I left without any food. Perhaps they’ll care when the place closes down soon, but I suspect that they won’t.

I am absolutely disgusted with this restaurant. We used Uber Eats to deliver who i will not be using again as well. We had missing items and what we did get was cold, and un edible. When we called the restaurant they couldn't give a damn and were extremely unhelpful. This just sums up weston high street. No one gives a damn anymore. I would love the management to respond to this but I will have a better chance at winning the Euromillions. Don't ever order from here. You have been warned!!!!

Manager when asked if I could have white meat said it is all white meat. I thought ok. They must have stopped doing drumsticks. When I arrived home and opened my box of three pieces I was very surprised to see a drumstick which anybody who knows anything about chicken knows is dark meat. Think he needs retraining. The other two projects were limp and slimy. Nothing like as good as the old shop they used to have further along. So disappointed and will not be going in again. Retraining required.

Chicken was dry probably kept warm to long.fries were hot and ok.will be going elsewhere in future. Staff could do better.

We are visiting and as we have a dog I sat outside whilst my husband and granddaughter went in. 30 mins later he came out with our order. I watched numerous people walk out without ordering as the line was not moving. One lady just wanted a coffee and was told that they had to work Through the orders they had first before they could do her a coffee. Understandably she walked out. When my husband and I bit into our burger the chicken was red and fleshy inside ie NOT COOKED. My husband took them back and asked for a refund which we are still waiting for. My granddaughters nuggets were touch and go. Some cooked and some red inside. My husband asked to see the manager who came out NEVER said a word to him and just told the girls to refund his money. That’s the manager. No customer service skills at all. How do You run a business like this.

Came here with my friend - again! We can't stay away from the delicious chicken that just falls off the bone. Really well-cooked. The only downside is the length of time it takes after ordering. There was only one cook on duty and only one server. But the food was worth waiting for, and the coffee, too! The sun was shining and we were in our element sitting in the bright sunshine eating, right in the middle of town. Love this place!

Worst eatery in Weston. Avoid at all costs. Took an hour and half for food to arrive after we were told 10 minutes. Coffee machine broke and no beans to complete the meal. If you come here for a day trip you will waste a quarter of it waiting for food at this establishment. Not sure how they have stayed in business to be honest. Shockingly poor

We just love the new premises on the end of Alexandra Parade with its outdoor seating. It was very popular today, the first week of the lockdown relaxation rules. It was lovely to sit in the glorious sunshine (so lucky with the weather) and eat our fill of the lovely juicy, tender chicken. Love this place! Long may it prosper. Highly recommended.

We love the new Miss Millie's in its new updated premises, slap bang in the middle of town! We just adore their chicken, so tender, so shredding and so juicy. The staff are friendly and jolly. Highly recommended for the best chicken in town!

Me and my son love the new shop tried one of the new gourmet burgers meals and my son had the strips meals and we treated ourselfs to one of there new milkshakes, cant recommended enough go give this guys a try you wont regret it,we will deifnstly be back soon :)

The staff are very friendly and the food is great. Highly recommend, and has some of the best chicken burgers in the town

What an amazing new shop. So many new products on the menu to choose from and a complete games changer as they now sell milkshake. Will definitely back again when we can to dine in.

I took my children to eat at the new Miss Millies and sat outside in the sunshine. The staff were amazing and really took care of us. Nothing was too much trouble.
