Just returned from a delightful meal at Stock. I had the duck and my husband had the calves liver, both were excellent and came with plenty of fresh vegetables. A reasonable price too. Highly recommend!

Attempted to take my son here for lunch today but greeted by the chef arguing with the waitress…. We were completely ignored sat waiting at our table, after hearing the chef repeatedly swearing at the waitress with my young son able to hear we promptly left. Little wonder it was completely empty at 1pm, shame as the menu looked good

Have been ordering from here for many years, always been satisfied with previous orders Standards have gone down with quality and taste of food, Called to point out in a polite manner that meal was not satisfactory, to be interrogated and informed nothing had changed in the kitchen Very disappointed with food and attitude towards a customer that was raising concern. Sorry Joy Hing but you are just not what you were!!!

A very enjoyable and good value breakfast, efficient service and dog friendly, we all look forward to returning in the near future.

The BEST wedding venue in Dorset hands down! We could not have wished for a better day, the organisation, layout, timings, attention and care from everyone was impeccable. Nothing was too much, communication was second to none and it actually turned out more glorious than we thought even though our expectations were already incredibly high. We are over the moon! Don’t give it a second thought

What a perfect spot for a leisurely evening of cheese and wine! There's nothing better than unwinding at the bar after a long day, relishing good company. Sam is phenomenal at pairing the wine and cheese, ensuring each selection enhances your experience deliciously. It makes me sad that it has now closed.

I have a long tale to share so please be patient. I arrived to this restaurant hungry and weary. They greeted me with a smile and fed me with one of the most amazing pizzas and toffee pudding. I loved the ambience and the staff were so patient and kind. Top notch service. So here is when things went wrong - only from my side. I had travelled here to get inspired and Write. In my hurry to catch the last bus I left my dear Diary and the pen that was gifted to me by my late father. I have an emotional bond with the pen. Unfortunately I realised it when I was already on the train to London next day. I contacted the restaurant through email and Lilli was so kind to send my diary and my beloved pen back to me through mail. Exceptional service. I am so grateful to Lilli. One of the classiest places here. The food and service is exceptional. I will return here once more.

The waitress was kind, but everything else was a disaster. We booked for my sister’s birthday hoping for a nice seafood dinner, but it was a complete letdown. No one answered our calls to adjust the booking, and the host was rude when we arrived. The upstairs section we reserved was closed due to heating issues, and we were forced to order from the downstairs menu, which had no seafood options. One guest couldn’t eat at all, and the “birthday cake” they brought out was absurdly tiny—it felt insulting (see picture). This experience ruined what should have been a special night.

Dining here is lovely, but very overrated. I found the food to be subpar what you should expect with food that lacked seasoning. Apart from that service is great and the location is great. Breakfast here is always nice too.

This place was refurbished in 2022, with no great improvement, and the menu was changed badly with prices also increased. We feel sorry for all the staff especially Mark who we got to know as he served us a lot. We are not surprised it has closed but the owners brought it on them selves by ruining the atmosphere and spoiling the food.

Plush 5 star hotel in Poole, nice rooms and good facilities all round. We was here for our works Christmas party and didnt get to see all the hotel, but what we did see was very impressive overall. Worth checking out if your in the area.
