Venue, food and staff are wonderful! Held a baby shower in the party room upstairs and was the perfect venue. We had the entire upstairs to ourselves with room to decorate, machine to play music, fridge to store food and drinks and terrace outside. We had a hot buffet with skewers for food and everyone complimented how amazing the food was. The staff were super attentive regularly checking we had everything we needed. We used to love coming to Karakchai with friends and our little ones, however since last year it has become disappointing due to the significant increase in prices. We don't feel like we are getting the quality of food and portion sizes for the high prices.

Wok to walk is hit and miss nowadays. Sometimes the chicken is under-cooked, sometimes over-cooked, sometimes very little sauce, very very inconsistent
