Simply the best Shisha lounge in Wales. Vast variety of Shisha flavours which is amazing but also its quality shisha. Food & drink is a dream and very aesthetically pleasing & instagramable. Great atmosphere, very accommodating every time. Highly recommend to everyone.

Amazing place. We were 4 people here & spent about 50 quid. 2 shishas + drinks. OMG! Amazing customer service as compare to other cafes. None of them you find rude here. Every single one of them is friendly and make us feel like home. Amazing shisha place to enjoy your time. 200% recommended!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Run, don’t walk. It is 11/10 stars across the board. Easy to get to, on a safe and pretty street even at 1am. Really good flavors on the hookah, and the mocktails and food were punching WAY above their weight class. I loved the sugar bomb of the lychee mocktail, and my friend devoured his biscoff milkshake. I was stuffed after one slice of biscoff French toast (and the other slice still tasted great more than a day later!), and we were blown away by the biscoff cookie dough. The dishes were served with soft serve ice cream! The service was SUPER. Blown away. Wish we could give them hugs and massive tips. They made my birthday night super special. They were very attentive with coal replacements, and every staff member seemed happy to be there. The music wasn’t too loud - we could talk across our table without yelling, but couldn’t overhear those around us. The TVs had the Olympics on, and it looked like they have a DJ or maybe karaoke (dare I dream?). Finally, the ambiance is lovely. You can tell they put a lot of thought into it, and it made the whole experience so much more fun. I especially liked the giant selfie station in the front (even if I forgot to use it!). I went on a Wednesday night at 10:30, and felt totally safe and respected, which has not always been my experience in hookah bars. I recommend this place for all ages, and especially for anyone looking to have a fun night out without drinking.

It's always a good time at Kaya whenever myself & my friends come here from Swansea. It's one of our favourite Shisha Lounges to go to. Lovely decor which lends to the fantastic chilled out atmosphere. Plus, the music is a massive positive vibing contributor as well from the resident DJ - Adam. Always on point with the urban selection mix! 🎶 Also, the staff are friendly, polite & respectful. And even though they can get busy, they're always happy to help regardless. Can't fault the customer service. Highly recommended, even if you just go there & not participate in doing Shisha, it's still a great place to hang out & relax with company 💯

I go to shisha most weeks but going here has been one of the best experiences to date. The owner remembered we visited before, asked us questions he remembered, even gave us a free shisha because we joked about getting a freebie. Every time they went to Happy birthday calls all staff were smiling, every time which is hard to do. Thanks for the experience.

Came here recently and was provided by excellent service by Ahmad who gave us everything we needed to know for us to enjoy our time there. He made sure we had the best flavours for the shisha and drinks. Can’t wait to come back and try even more flavours out.

Kaya is my favorite go to spot especially as an international student, love the atmosphere and the employees are all very friendly especially Saif. He kept checking if we needed anything and made sure that the charcoal on our shisha’s was always strong.

I am a regular in Kaya and it’s one of my favourite places. All the staff are amazing and the place is ALWAYS a great vibe. Yunis is always so friendly and kind. He makes the best shisha!!!!

I came here to celebrate my birthday and it was truly the most amazing experience. The guys at the bar Ahmad and Omar were great at dealing with us and dealing with the order swiftly despite there being so many of us. When there’s a big group, sometimes a place compromises on quality but these guys ensured that everything was perfect and their friendliness made our night. I will definitely be returning.

Such a friendly and homely vibe. The staff truly make you feel like you are part of the family especially Push and Yunis. Most places either have the quality or the atmosphere and friendliness but this place truly encompasses everything you would want a lounge to. Whether you are looking for a cute brunch, a chill night or a celebration, Kaya has it all.

the lounge features elegant interior decoration with plush seating arrangements and ambient lighting that sets the stage for an enjoyable experience, perfect for relaxing and socialising with friends. also, from the wide range of shisha flavours, there is a flavour to satisfy all discerning tastes. the staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make sure every guest feels valued and taken care of. Special mention goes to Younis, Adel, Zakaria, Bush, and Maytham, who cares about everybody. I highly recommend Kaya to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. With its attractive atmosphere, diverse shisha selection and outstanding service.

Wow! Best shisha in cardiff. Tried a few lounges but can’t beat Kaya. Aj made the experience amazing - explained how to use the pipe and made us feel at home. Constantly refreshed with outstanding beverages and complimentary snacks. Not to mention the DJ playing the tunes we all need on a Friday. Wil definitely be back !!

Amazing selection of shisha, had the premium flavor was super amazing. The staff were from what I could gather all middle eastern. apparently you can ask for playing cards! The staff was friendly facilities were clean lighting and music was spot on! Would definitely recommend a visit if you just want a fun outing!

This is my go to spot and the experience is always made better by biggie (not that other staff aren’t also incredible!). Biggie has always gone above and beyond for us always providing a stellar service and making great recommendations! 5 stars to biggie and the rest of the team at Kaya!

Unique shisha setting with loads of seats. The shisha was delivered in a disposable pipe which wasn't positive. The food was ordered via scan QR and ordering to table. It took a while and upon requiring the system was off. Definitely 4/5 with good vibes. Shisha was cheap price in comparison to Manchester (where I'm from) £15 for 3 premium flavour mix.

This is hands down the best Shisha place. The staff here are amazing, especially Zakria - he's always there with a smile. I've only met the owner once, but he's a very humble person. If you visit Cardiff and like Shisha, this place is a must-visit. Also, remember to say hello to Zak

We came by for brunch! They serve this until 2.30pm! The place is very deceiving you walk in and it’s got the wow factor in the shisha restaurant area! The breakfasts we tried where beautiful! Proper good quality ingredients used everything has their own seasoning from the beans to extra smashed avocado we added. The Karak chai pot was the best tea I’ve ever had! The French toast was light fluffy and beautiful! We enjoyed everything if you are looking for best brunch spot in Cardiff would recommend here. Great service one of the best breakfasts we have had and we travel around a lot. Parking can be found on road parking outside you get one hour free from when they check but they rarely ever check as I saw loads of cars parked same spot and on double yellows.

Such a beautiful lounge in Cardiff. So beautifully decorated and clean. Staff were so friendly and always making sure we were okay and comfortable, didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all! We came from London and the prices here for shisha were half the price compared to London and the hospitality was much better compared to London. Lovely place to chill out and chat and take some nice pictures. The drinks weren’t too nice, the strawberry drink with ice lolly tasted more like a smoothie but the blue potion is nice and sweet and balanced after adding in the sour sweets provided. Was happy that you can choose where you wish to sit as in London this isn’t possible and also nice table decor eg lamp for lighting and plant. Great service

Great customer service from start to finish. The flavours were good and even better that they offer a wide range of shisha flavours to choose from. The staff are fantastic and are willing to go out of their way to make your visit a welcoming visit. The prices you pay for the shisha, food and drink are value for money.

Soon as me and my friends walked into Kaya, we were greeted by someone called biggie, who was very welcoming and told us what the screen on top meant, and we were shown to our table. Soon as we sat down, we had Yunis looking after us, the staff inside kept asking if we were all good, which we liked, the vibes in Kaya is 10/10, the flavour was long-lasting, I definitely recommend this place for a chill-out weekend with your friends

My go to shisha lounge, whether it's for a birthday, motive with the girls or just a solo visit. The staff go above and beyond for you always to make sure you are happy! Shisha always hits the spot too, they're passionfruit mojito is definitely worth trying. They also offer a breakfast & brunch menu during the morning up until 3pm and have also recently launched an amazing dessert menu.Coming here for the shisha is one thing but the atmosphere and vibes bring the whole experience.
