Great vibe, all the guys working there were great, really helpful and friendly, didn't eat, but food looked amazing. Deffinately next time!

Been to kaya a few times, one of the best vibes you can go to during the weekend. DJ was good and the desserts were tasty!! Highly recommend this place and thanks to Biggie for helping us out on Saturday, his recommendation hasn’t let us down yet and made sure we were all okay. See you guys again soon.

Literally been coming here the last 3 months every day u don’t get much better than this been smoking Shisha the last 6 year all over the world and this is by far the best I’ve had highly recommend to come down and try, friendly staff nice breakfast english or morrocann do recommend everyone come and try.

The music is too loud you can’t even talk with your friends and it gets you headache. and the Shisha is not the best you always have to call somebody to fix it for you, you can’t even book the table you want which is shame, plus they always give girls the best table

Hello :) just went to kaya after hearing a lot about this place and seeing it on instagram. a very unique vibe and i really enjoyed the music. the staff were so friendly and welcoming. there was one member of staff named biggie who came and got us games such as uno and made sure our table was served to the best of the ability. making sure we didn’t need anything and even got us games to play. you must try this place!

Visited kaya last week and felt the need to write a review. Absolutely amazing service! Vibed a lot with the staff there and will defo go back . One of the staff members biggie was such a cool vibe. So welcoming and made us feel like we were regular customers. He made me a new flavour combo of shisha which i loved and made sure our tea was done well and asked if we needed things constantly. Everyone go!

as someone who goes to kaya constantly, i’d recommend biggie as your server. an absolutely amazing person who will ensure you have the best of the best. he’ll make sure your table is well serviced at all times and will even give you sweets sometimes! he really took care of me and my friends constantly and i would definitely recommend looking for him when you go!

Just went to kaya for the first time, was welcomed with the great vibes and amazing atmosphere. I ordered a blueberry shisha and it was amazing. I sat with my friends playing cards and one of the service staff named biggie came and greeted me and constantly made sure i was okay and if me and my friends needed anything. He also gave us some lovely complimentary sweets which were delightful. Would 100% recommend this place and go again

Came in over the weekend, one of the best shisha lounges I’ve been to and highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks to all of the staff for their good customer service especially biggie who went beyond to help us out. DJ was good and the mocktail was on point. Visited kaya lounge over the weekend, after hearing great things about this place. Really nice atmosphere. Decor had a different unique vibe. Staff were attentive. Special shout out to Biggie, who made sure we were happy with everything. Drinks all tasted great, with lots of flavour. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Food wasn’t too bad for the price. There are steps to get inside and then step again for toilet so definitely not WC friendly. Temperature was bit too warm on my visit and bit too dark for me. Lamp on the table was less running out of charge. Toilet definitely needed some cleaning, at least once every hour. Staff were welcoming, ambiance was alright and music was good. Parking is bit tricky on the main road but you find it eventually. Overall 3 stars and I’d say there is room for improvement- toilet checks, regular visits on customers if they need anything, controlled temperature and charged lamps on tables so people won’t be eating in poor light. There’s so much potential in the place.

Absolutely the best vibe in town! I travel an hour just to get here from swansea , and it’s always worth it. The staff are so polite, friendly, and make you feel right at home. The music adds to the amazing atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. But the highlight has to be the shisha—hands down the best in all of South Wales! It’s super hygienic, smooth, and the flavors are top-notch. Can’t recommend this place enough!

the music was way too loud, making it impossible to have a conversation, and the seating was uncomfortable. The shisha itself was below average it tasted burnt, and they took forever to bring us a replacement. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, taking ages to get to our table, even when the place wasn't busy. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant shisha experience.

Kaya is by far Wales #1 shisha lounge. From when you enter , the friendly welcoming they offer you. The shisha recommendations are insane and atmosphere is just right . Maithem and his team have really done a fab job at keeping regulars always wanting to return and I salute you for the hard work . Keep it up guys and haters will be haters .

This is hands down the best Shisha lounge in Wales! It’s a place where you can chill with your friends but if you’re in a mood to turn things up, they have sick dj days. I used to love going to Kaya, but now it's terrible. The service has gone downhill and poorly.It's really disappointing to see how much it's changed for the worse.

Bad customer service no respect for customers

kaya Lounge has quickly become one of my sister and my favorite spots to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. we try to visit at least once a month, and every single time, we’re greeted with warmth and hospitality. the staff treats us like regulars, always making us feel welcome and valued. It’s the kind of place where you’re not just another customer they remember your preferences and go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. the ambiance is always inviting, the food and drinks are fantastic, and the service is top-notch

Amazing place. We were 4 people here & spent about 50 quid. 2 shishas + drinks. OMG! Amazing customer service as compare to other cafes. None of them you find rude here. Every single one of them is friendly and make us feel like home. Amazing shisha place to enjoy your time. 200% recommended!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Run, don’t walk. It is 11/10 stars across the board. Easy to get to, on a safe and pretty street even at 1am. Really good flavors on the hookah, and the mocktails and food were punching WAY above their weight class. I loved the sugar bomb of the lychee mocktail, and my friend devoured his biscoff milkshake. I was stuffed after one slice of biscoff French toast (and the other slice still tasted great more than a day later!), and we were blown away by the biscoff cookie dough. The dishes were served with soft serve ice cream! The service was SUPER. Blown away. Wish we could give them hugs and massive tips. They made my birthday night super special. They were very attentive with coal replacements, and every staff member seemed happy to be there. The music wasn’t too loud - we could talk across our table without yelling, but couldn’t overhear those around us. The TVs had the Olympics on, and it looked like they have a DJ or maybe karaoke (dare I dream?). Finally, the ambiance is lovely. You can tell they put a lot of thought into it, and it made the whole experience so much more fun. I especially liked the giant selfie station in the front (even if I forgot to use it!). I went on a Wednesday night at 10:30, and felt totally safe and respected, which has not always been my experience in hookah bars. I recommend this place for all ages, and especially for anyone looking to have a fun night out without drinking.

It's always a good time at Kaya whenever myself & my friends come here from Swansea. It's one of our favourite Shisha Lounges to go to. Lovely decor which lends to the fantastic chilled out atmosphere. Plus, the music is a massive positive vibing contributor as well from the resident DJ - Adam. Always on point with the urban selection mix! 🎶 Also, the staff are friendly, polite & respectful. And even though they can get busy, they're always happy to help regardless. Can't fault the customer service. Highly recommended, even if you just go there & not participate in doing Shisha, it's still a great place to hang out & relax with company 💯

I go to shisha most weeks but going here has been one of the best experiences to date. The owner remembered we visited before, asked us questions he remembered, even gave us a free shisha because we joked about getting a freebie. Every time they went to Happy birthday calls all staff were smiling, every time which is hard to do. Thanks for the experience.

Kaya is my favourite spot, especially on Friday and Saturday nights; I love the ambiance, and the personnel, particularly Naresh Kumar, are really polite and provide excellent service.

Kaya is my favorite go to spot especially as an international student, love the atmosphere and the employees are all very friendly especially Saif. He kept checking if we needed anything and made sure that the charcoal on our shisha’s was always strong.
