Absolute gem of a wee pub. Went in for a quick Sunday pint brilliant warm service and atmosphere. Bar tender was very welcome advicing on where to go for the day. Will certainly be back for another pint and great service.

I go there me and my friends and we like the hotel so much and really and kerry she was so nice with us and we will back agian for sure ♥️♥️♥️

I don’t usually bother leaving reviews, but Spice Fusion? Nah, they’ve earned this one proper. Grabbed a takeaway for three and honestly, I was shocked—in the best way. Under £50 and the portions were mad generous. We were eating good that night and still had leftovers for the next day. Every single dish slapped. You know when everything on the table is just moving in sync? Flavours were layered, bold, and on point from start to finish. That chilli cheese naan? Different. But real talk—there weren’t any weak links. Everything held its weight. If you’re after proper Indian food that delivers on quality, portions, and price—this is it. No hype, just facts. I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered as a treat for me and my family, the curry was absolutely drenched in grease, it was disgusting!!!! I had to drain it into the sink.. but heaved so much I threw it away!!! It ruined the whole meal!!!! Do not order from here!!!

So, I had to log in under another account to review the restaurant again in such a short time. Apparently, you can only pick on, sorry, review, a restaurant once a month!! Anyway, here you are…. The second half of the saga… And here we are back in the place of expectations. I must be a glutton for punishment, good job I’m not glutton intolerant. Well, this time it was ‘Beer battered fish and chips’ Best meal I’ve had here I must give credit where it’s due. But…… Firstly, false advertising because I got fish n fries not fish and chips. Most of which were hidden by the fish to make way for the two humongous pots and lemon. We’ll get to them individually. So, I missed a bit off the menu title just for this paragraph. The full title is as follows… BEER BATTERED FISH & CHIPS Mushy Peas, Goodbye Sauce - £17.50. Ok, but I bet you’re all thinking the same thing. What the hell is ‘Goodbye’ sauce? Well, I’ll tell you… Mushy peas… now, when the pot of sauce is bigger than the pot of mushy peas we have a serious problem don’t you think? Humongous was probably overdoing it somewhat. At least the peas turned up this time although in short supply. On another review of this place, they weren’t even allowed out the tin! Then we get to the lemon, what can I say. I reckon it’s seen some action behind the bar last weekend before it made it to the kitchen and then my plate 😳. The fish was perfect! That made this the best dish of my visits so far! Thank you and I look forward to the next unexpected experience next time I’m in. Oh by the way, for those still in anticipation, ‘goodbye’ sauce? It’s tartare sauce. Just call it tartare sauce you plums !!

Vino para el cumpleaños de Hallie, así que fue un fin de semana lleno de entretenimiento, pero después de las películas en Cardiff decidimos pasar a comer algo y Sally fue increíble! Realmente nos hizo sentir extra especial! Sally es un mérito para tu equipo y si no es la gerente, ¡deberías hacerla porque era increíble! Espero que reciba una buena paga porque me encantaría que viniera a trabajar para mi equipo con habilidades como la suya. ¡Muchas gracias Sally!

As Chinese British as it can get, a bit oily for my liking but nevertheless a much needed pick me up that I need when I was working night shift ( hopefully it ends soon). The sauce "tho", that slaps!!!, very red but tasty (like my blood spilled on the floor if I don't straighten up ad get my head check for careers). If you need some alright take away come here. (Everything ends but you won't know it though).

I have been ordering from Golden House for several years via Just Eat, the last 3 times I've tried to order on that platform you have not confirmed the order despite being online and I've had to have my money refunded. Tried to phone several times to ask what was going on and the phone line is inactive. Do not advertise yourself as being online if you are not!!! It's a waste of your customers time!

Been a regular at this place for a while now an I live maximum 10 minutes from there I phoned them about black chips an just asked for more soon as so my food didn't go cold I don't think that's much to ask for 🤔 then 15 minutes later they an laugh at me an say just eat the rest of food then offer me chips next time after saying there's a chippy on Splott Rd 🤔

We had a home delivery. The food was fantastic. No complaints from this old boy. Thank you for a nice affordable meal. We will definitely come again
