Service was generally okay, if a little slow. Staff were polite, but appeared to have a leisurely pace that they stuck to no matter how busy it got. When I arrived (and for the majority of my stay) every single empty table was stacked with dirty dishes and customers were having to clear and wipe down tables themselves in order to sit down. I'm not sure if my visit was a reflection of their normal staffing levels, but I would be inclined to say that they could do with an extra member of staff on shift to help maintain the cafe area for customers wanting to dine in.

Not one Table clean had to take drinks back girl accused me of drinking both hot chocolate when they were handed to me half full girl who spoke to my mum with attitude NOT COMEING HERE NO MORE

If you have a dog this is not the place for your pet. Obviously costa coffee not dog friendly unless you're visiting Windsor. I didn't mind sitting under the umbrella as slight drizzle however the floor was filthy and covered with cigarette ends. Not the best for any dog to sit or lie in certainly if you value your dogs coat. 5 minutes up the road is Starbucks and the totally opposite of this venue which welcomes dogs.

Went in asked for a maple hazel iced latte, politely asked for no sprinkles/biscuit on top as I’m gluten free as it contains wheat. Proceeded to make my drink and handed me it with the sprinkles on top, I walked out and gave it to someone else. I didn’t want to make a fuss as I don’t like confrontation. Very disappointed ☹️

Always grubby with empty tables covered in dirty cups / plates and split drinks, just handy for the shops.

I cannot praise the staff enough here they go above and beyond to help you

I am using the Costa App and today I went there to collect the Birthday treat.I didn’t purchased anything along with that and the staff was not happy. Team Costa, please include “wishing happy birthday with a smile “ in your training modules. Lemon Drizzle Loaf Cake which I got as my treat was not really good. I didn’t like it. Not recommended.

Perfect place for coffee lover's

03 July 18:30pm Went to Costa on Newport Road and orders a salted caramel frappe with Oat milk. The barista was so lovely she advised the frappe could potentially have dairy products to some of the additions and couldn’t guarantee dairy free drink. She was so lovely and ended up suggesting an alternative drink which was even better and refreshing. She went above and beyond to meet my expectations. She deserves a thank you. This was a lovely experience and l would definitely be coming back.

First time here. Decent Costa, nice friendly staff. Served fairly quickly and nice coffee.

Because of the new story manager, Mia, I had the worst experience on my life. She dare to discriminate my daughter, only 2 years old, don't offering me food or drinks even if it is for my daughter. She was crying today as she wanted something and I was not able to do nothing. How she can discriminate a toddler for only being active and moving around? How can she refuse to serve a baby that needs something? Shame on her, shame on all other staff that goes after her. Have lots of thing to comply for but I am still waiting for the management team to get in-tough with me, of course if the mind to do so.

Recently, this place has very rude and arrogant staff with many customers, I have been a customer for many years but it has always been good in the past, I don't know what happened to the very arrogant and disrespectful staff ?!!

Customer service from man with tattoos, sounds like “what’s your problem mate” The worst hot chocolate I have ever had from here. There’s a Starbucks nearby go there as this staff member has his own head stuck up his proverbial

Be alert PARKING CHARGES APPLY for minor infractions allegedly Costa are complicit in knowing customers are being fleeced.

The drive though was closed so I'd went inside for cuppa but as I use a walking stick an they could see I was struggling, they'd fast tracked order. So 10/10 as they where busy too.

Wow......what a dive !!!!. Every time I've been into this store I've had to clear my own table of multiple glasses & trays, or even had to call an assistant to clear the multiple grubby cup-filled tables so that I can begin my cuppa in a comfortable environment. Surely, someone is assigned responsibility for clearing & cleaning the tables as priority to promote a welcoming & clean coffee-stop........ I'm surely not the only one who knows there are more comfortable & cleaner environments in which to enjoy my coffee-break......

Lovely place to people watch staff friendly

I don't know if all Costa's are the same. But I took some 20mins before several tables were cleared - I had to clear my own table by stacking onto another table! Why haven't Costa adopted the idea of having a 'stacking trolley' so that when customers have finished, they can then place their finished 'tray' of cups, plates, etc, in the trolly. The coffee shop itself was OK, but it seemed a little grubby. I don't want to blame the staff, but I believe better organisation and attention-to-detail might be an idea. Overall, it was an average experience.

Although I only use this branch for its drive-through, I find it a handy location (albeit somewhat of a fiddle to get in and out of the retail park) for regular visits to the general area. Service always good; friendly folks at the window 👍🏻🙂 I didn't go 5 stars on the atmos because in my experience it's just a window, and it's 'round the back... An over all 5 though, for usual Costa standard.

A delicious salted caramel frappe, just the thing to cool you down on a really hot day! Quick and efficient service from the polite and friendly staff. Super tasty food on offer too.

Coffee always tastes awful here, much worse than any other Costa I've been to. Usually full of young children even outside of the holidays, so very loud and busy.

Usual Costa offerings but understaffed. As a result the tables aren’t cleared the toilet is tatty with the plate cover missing from the flush panel. Outside the tables aren’t cleared, the floor swept or the furniture wiped down. The drive through was closed and the street furniture for speakers and menus look faded and forgotten. If I’m paying Costa prices I at least expect the outside area to be maintained and cleaned and the same for the inside.Last visit I’m afraid.

Good service; standard Costa drinks and food (+M&S sandwiches). The outside seating area is in the corner of the carpark so you inhale a mixture of cigarette and exhaust fumes, but if you sit-in this is an exemplary Costa.

Excellent service and price. First time using this drive-thru after a long time using Starbucks and McDonald's. Noticed a big difference in service and cost. The coffee was fantastic and the bacon and sausage rolls were tasty. Got serviettes, stirrers and sugars without asking, having to ask at the others. This is something that doesn't go unnoticed. And then we get to the price: for 2 coffees, a bacon roll, sausage roll and a croissant we payed far less than we do usually at the other places. David is also a credit to your store, he is polite and professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic! Thank you.

I love this Costa. I sit in here for a few hours every week and get a good amount of work done on my laptop. The frappés are lovely, that's my go-to drink. The staff are very polite and always smiling. The toilet is clean and accessible to all. Lovely little coffee shop, highly recommend.

The Sandwiches were better when they were your own. Same old bland M&S sandwiches.

Was super busy and the staff were overwhelmed but it didn't impact the service at all. We ordered a few pots of tea and one of them only filled halfway but they refilled it for us as soon as we noticed!

Visited the other day to meet a friend, always nice to sit in here as atmosphere is nice. Indoor and outdoor seating. Service is sometimes a little slow during lunch time hours and drinks food is a bit on the pricey side... Toilet facilities could do with regular checks as were looking extremely unclean!

As always a friendly place, staff are also friendly. Really good atmosphere. Toilet was clean an on ground level, enough space for a wheelchair in all areas. Coffee and food is always hot and fresh. Ok for children as well. I always enjoy my time in Costa, thank you.

Went to a 60th birthday party, nice place. Used the disabled toilet & it was really nice to see a very clean toilet, wash basin etc.

Nice coffee, friendly staff, and ample seating for the footfall. It's situated in a retail park, so there's plenty of free parking, and they also have a drive-thru in case you're not up for popping in.

It's several months since I last came here and there seems to have been a complete change of staff. I will most certainly be coming more regularly; the coffee was perfect, made exactly to my (very particular!) requests. But more importantly, the staff were really lovely 🤩 I have a disability so I walk with two sticks and there was no hesitation about carrying my coffee to my chosen table and making sure that it was clean. Happily, this did not seem to be special treatment just for me, but for all of the customers who came and went during my visit! Thank you all x

I’ve never posted a bad review before, but unfortunately I feel that I have to for this. Dreadful service lunchtime on 18th May. One guy looked totally disinterested in serving anyone. He eventually served one of the 2 people in front of me in the queue and then just stood around doing nothing, while the other person in the couple was waiting to be served. It was a good 3 or 4 minutes before he decided to serve her. He then went to the rear of the serving area and again seemed to be doing nothing. Eventually someone else served me, but in total it was over 15 mins before I got my coffee, and I know that someone else in the queue gave up and left. All the time, there was no appreciation of the long queue that had built up (incidentally, there were no cars in the drive thru at the time) and the constant smirk on the guy’s face was irritating too. It was very very frustrating ☹️

I have been using this outlet for many years and they have always been superb but I tried to use the drive through tonight at 8.50 pm and was told they were closed, I have bought coffee here at this time for many years but it would seem the staff are more interested in going out than doing their job, I’m currently parked at Starbucks drinking a flat white, I hope the franchise owner reads this so he is aware of this issue, I will not be using this outlet again.

Ok coffee, nothing extra special, had ordered a cinnamon/caramel cortado; tasted like hot milk, coffee strength was at its minimal. Might taste nicer with an extra coffee shot 😉 Dark chocolate brownie was really nice though 🌝

Nice place to get a lot of different things in one place. It's a but expensive but the quality is much better than most other stores in the area.

Had 2 lattes. One gingerbread one with cream etc, didn't get the gingerbread man as advertised and coffees just about warm, not hot enough

Went through drive through and the guy who served me was happy and friendly. The after eight hot chocolate was so dreamy. Definitely going again for more.

Barely any parking, can't even see the coffee shop as its tucked in at the end of some much bigger stores, blink and you would miss it, such a shame.

Loved it bit lemon muffin a bit stale. They kindly changed it for us.

Me and my friend Had a hot chocolate with Cream on only to find the Cream was sour (out of date) so my friend told the woman walking past us and said she would get us a new one, only to find the cream yet again the cream was sour. So we had it without cream as it was the simpler option.

Pleasant and friendly staff and clean interior area. Slight mishap with the presentation of one of our two flat whites, but otherwise great coffee.

Costa was as welcoming as ever. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Plenty of seats and a big car park. I have given 4 stars as the selection of food wasn't great today. The toilets could also do with cleaning more often. Overall Costa is always a place to enjoy a good coffee!

Drive through: got given a meat and dairy ham and cheese toastie instead of the vegan one. Super upset and feel really let down. The packets are labeled so I don't understand how this mistake was made. If this happened to someone with a dairy allergy it could have been fatal. Soya and dairy lattes weren't labelled either!!

Hardly anyone in the store yet all tables dirty and even dog hair all over the floor. Disgusting

Why businesses simply can’t use the nhs track and trace is ridiculous. You cannot order a coffee here unless you have already logged into their own version. Took over 15 minute to get a coffee as everyone was slow. Poor organisation. My advice. Go somewhere else for coffee it’s not a pleasure at all
