Paid extra for loaded fries didn’t get any just got chips paid for a dip didn’t come paid for a slushie got a milkshake instead and burger was horrible
This establishment is no longer part of the Bridies chain, visited here on Friday the 6 th of December, won’t be back , the food was just ok, no flavour of the chips and the fish was frozen, the chippy cost £27 and a lot went into the bin, to much good chippies in Derry, as competition need to up your game
Worst place I have ever eaten in. Might be a 4* hotel but it's a 1* for food and restaurant service. Let's start with the service. Huddled around the till chatting and we waited for ages before anyone came to take our starter order. Got the first drinks order wrong. The starter was blended vegetable soup. Burnt into an inch of its life I'd be surprised if they were able to salvage the pot it was that bad. Then the carvery. The roasties were pale and rock hard must have just been dipped In and out of the oil . The cauliflower cheese wasn't heated properly because it still had the curdled cheese sauce look the Yorkshire pudding were aunt bessis and cold ( nothing wrong with aunt Bessie's but you'd expect homemade in a 4* hotel.) After dinner we must have waited 20 to 25 mins for them to come clear the table. When they did we waited another 20 min for them to take our pudding order. And for a fact 3 other tables complained aswell as us. I swear I will never ever be back. Were normal working class people who expect good food and good service but we certainly didn't get it here. Then to top it all off when paying the bill we discovered they charged for the child's food when under 3 go free. So folks don't waste your money. Stay at home make your own sunday dinner as honestly it would be nicer. Sorry City Hotel you disappointed alot of people today.
I went in with my family for a quick dinner. Once I waited my half an hour to order, we received it 20 mins later. Opened the 4 boxes and every single one was wrong. Went back up to the desk to ask for replacements for what we actually ordered. Manager and staff were both very cheeky and supplied us with replacements that were all wrong again. Multiple other people went up with the same issue and all got the same cheek out of manager and staff
Place was messy and the floor slippery. Staff was really unfriendly throughout. We didn't expect for a McDonalds in the town center to close early, so we ordered at 6.30, nothing was mentioned of the time frame, we had to wait a bit for the order as it was busy. Then we were unexpectedly kicked out rudly at 7.08. We were with kids, so it was a rush then to eat up and leave quickly. Burger was ridiculous, bacon half raw, ingredients missing.
Never experienced a McD like that.

Very disappointing, took 2 hours to get food and multiple phone calls to get delivered, while speaking on the phone with them I was hung up on multiple times, blocked and was told that we had to pay extra upon delivery and when I got hung up on that time the next time I called they tried to bergen with a lower delivery charge.
When food arrived it was the wrong order and cold.
Would not recommend very rude and not good food
Every time we have visited in the last 12 months, and that's through the drive through or going into the restaurant, we have asked for a strawberry milkshake and every time have been told 'we don't have milk shakes today's whether it's lunch time, dinner time before or after midnight it's always the same. We know one of the managers and have asked them the following day to be told that it was most definitely a lie at least on the previous days visit and most probably a lie at other visits
