Rockets Fast Food in Derry

Ordered food at 9:30pm , didn’t arrive until 11pm and the food was cold. This has been a few times this has happened now recently, the food and service is consistently going down hill unfortunately and will no longer order from here for that matter

Ordered chicken wings. Pink in middle. It was the manager/ owner who delivered it. Some nerve.

Went to get food with a few friends. One of them was banned from the premises and was asked to leave and without a fuss he did. The staff went after him screaming and shouting and the language was so unprofessional. Would never recommend this buisness to anyone.

For a single cheese burger it was £5.20 which was tasteless and disgusting. I will never come back here.

This place needs to wise up phoned to get a battered sausage after work and they couldn't find my place although it was marked on the order and made it out to be my fault as for the girl taking the order she sounds like she needs a wee course in customer service ridiculous attitude and ignorant tone nice one rockets fair to say the name suits ye!

I orderd 2 burgers one came other didn I rang back she answered said that she did put burgers in called me more less lier the driver must been 2 mins away so I said call him back ill give him the order u give me new one fresh was not having it she laughed at me on phone she had ask boss if u pay 23 pound for 2 burger chip dip think should get it right never never again and I will ring boss tomarrow

We enjoyed so much our food here, The Rocket Meal with is awesome, super cheap, fast service, the chips super nice all crunchy and thick milkshake 🤤

Absolutely amazing, my favourite fast food restaurant. They go above and beyond, their food is 10/10, the prices are cheap, they always read the notes and their delivery time is extremely fast. I couldn't recommend enough!

Not sure if this place is losing money or not, it just seems like they're cutting a lot of corners and couldn't give a fiddlers anymore. Delivery at least 40 mins late, food stone cold, all boxes were almost squashed flat, very little to no meat in texmex, baguette didn't have what I ordered inside and it had one sauce on each side of the baguette (taco one side, garlic Mayo the other) the customer service is also nonexistent, as their attitude just seems to be, Meh! With a shrug of shoulders and they couldn't care less. Not many businesses can succeed like this?

Ordered a chilli beef with Chip. Overly sweet, cheap quality mince and too much sauce and very little cheese in sub standard quality chips and plastic fork broke into food whilst trying to sift around the mess. Only cost six quid?

Placed an order on a Wednesday night, took 90 minutes for it to be delivered, 30 of those minutes was delivery, food was cold and not worth eating. Very disappointing.

Spectacular grub. Plentiful and lovely. Taco chips were unreal really nice sauce and the beef was cooked perfectly. Keep up the good work speedos team. Edit: forgot to say - almost everyone was drinking a milkshake it was kind of weird. They must be nice cos who buys a milkshake after a feed of porter haha.

Ordered a chicken box and a super Mexican beef with 2 milkshakes for myself and my partner, the order was nearly £20 which I didn’t mind but both the chicken box and the “super” Mexican beef came in what I can only describe as kids burger boxes. The chips were cold and hard too, definitely not worth the money. Will never order from this place again.

Don't know why it takes over an hour for the food to be delivered. It's a joke. And tells you it's on it's way but doesn't arrive for well over the time it should take. Food ain't even worth the wait. Only giving two stars cause they at least do good milkshakes.

Terrible. Waited 40 mins after my food was meant to be delivered and it never came. Tried to call, telling them my food never arrived and got a rude response, tried calling back to get a refund and they ignored my calls. Thieves. DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE

Ordered milkshakes and the service was so friendly. Amazing milkshakes btw

I ordered a chicken burger with nothing on it and chips with a chocolate milkshake. Waited 45 mins and then it came I paid for my food and brung it inside. I looked in the bag to see that there was no milkshake so then I opened my box up and the burger had mayonnaise and onions on it. The chips were soaking wet and I didn't eat any of it. But the worst thing was I spent £9.50 All I have to say is... LEARN TO COOK AND LISTEN

Waited 1hr 15mins on a delivery. Chips were soggy and there was hardly any meat on the Mexican beef. Very disappointed standards have definitely dropped!!

Disappointment because there was fish on the menu and they didn’t do it no more, unfriendly staff and unclean premesis.

£6 for a "kebab" that is just kebab's meat with some onion, pepper and lettuce and chips, not even close to a kebab

The food is tasty however some staff members are as friendly as ebola. When requesting certain menu items it is generally not a good idea for staff to make refrences such as spitting or snorting in food through a open space viewable by customers. However, then again you can't teach stupid & certain male 20 something staff members are the definition of the illusion of progress. What could & should have been a tasty late night snack was marred by these specialists in unintelligence acting like a bunch of turkeys. Actually turkeys would be offended to be classified with two of these nincompoops. Thanks again for the lack of hospitality

The pizza was good and the place isn't very comfortable to sit in.
