The chicken in both wrap and tenders was really dry

Food was great piping hot when it arrived

waited 1hr 45 mins delivery man was lovely but waited to long for it to be taken back and brought a proper meal. won't be ordering again.

This place takes the prize for derrys worst takeaway. Constantly get orders wrong. Ordered a delivery that arrived with wrong milkshake, driver had no change so he asked me to pay extra! What a shambles of a business

Great quality but they really need to rename that large curry option. It was a half filled dip. Besides that it was top notch.

I ordered food at 1:45 and was told i was getting my food at 2:15-2:29 i waited nearly half an hour and didnt get me food

I ordered plain sausages they came batteted the roll on the hot dog was rock hard and the chips were cold

There was a few miserable bits of chicken in the baguette. Really disappointing. Food was freezing when it arrived.

Food was left at doorstep of different address. When delivered food was freezing cold so sent back to restaurant for fresh order. In total took extra 35mins

Food was freezing & juice was missing.. 1 hour & 45 minutes wait for it to come absolutely freezing & chips soggy from the condensation in the box.. absolutely disappointing

Best takeaway in the town, never had a bad meal. Drivers are always lovely, even brought a drink back that was forgotten. 10/10

Ordered food at 9:30pm , didn’t arrive until 11pm and the food was cold. This has been a few times this has happened now recently, the food and service is consistently going down hill unfortunately and will no longer order from here for that matter

I put in the notes no salad and cheese, and then put exactly what I wanted on it, but when delivered it was covered in salad and cheese, when I complained they said there was no message, I am allergic to cheese so why would I not leave a note.

The Mexican beef is beautiful. I know everything has gone up in price but the portions are bigger than most places to be fair. Delivery always quick as well even at the weekend. Good job thanks 😊👏

Not enough food in chicken box for £8.

Ordered chicken wings. Pink in middle. It was the manager/ owner who delivered it. Some nerve.

The 2 boxes was completely overpriced considering how tiny the portion size was. And the *hot sizzler chicken* was literally popcorn chicken. Very poor I must say

Went to get food with a few friends. One of them was banned from the premises and was asked to leave and without a fuss he did. The staff went after him screaming and shouting and the language was so unprofessional. Would never recommend this buisness to anyone.

I was giving the wrong order - the delivery driver told me at my door that my order was mixed up ...no attempt to fix the order.

Food was nice but stomach was left in knots 15 minutes after eating.

Customer service is absolutely shocking,pure ignorance on the phone with extremely sharp tone used,waited 1hour 30 minutes on my food to come and it was absolutely freezing!!!!

Need to train your counter staff in customer services and maybe hand her a map of Derry when does William st look like Waterloo Street I'd want a refund but it's not even worth it not the only review they've got as bad as this absolute attitude of the girl on the phone no manners at all and not very sympathetic even tho the mistake wasn't my fault and the delivery Driver told me she sent him to the wrong place get it sorted cause any other line of business that would warrant a straight P45 well to say the restaurant name suits them!!!

This place needs to wise up phoned to get a battered sausage after work and they couldn't find my place although it was marked on the order and made it out to be my fault as for the girl taking the order she sounds like she needs a wee course in customer service ridiculous attitude and ignorant tone nice one rockets fair to say the name suits ye!

My food was delivered to the wrong address. Had to go collect my food at the address cause the delivery man wasn’t near! The address it got ordered to said she was trying to ring for ages and couldn’t get through so the time it reached me the food was freezing! We can’t even eat the food plus we don’t want to eat it as it was already in someone’s house! When we phoned to say the food was freezing and weren’t happy the girl hung up the phone and phoned numerous times and no answer! How do I get a refund cause am not happy with getting food I can’t even eat

If that was a medium milkshake, the small must come in a shot glass

We enjoyed so much our food here, The Rocket Meal with is awesome, super cheap, fast service, the chips super nice all crunchy and thick milkshake 🤤

Phoned restaurant who confirmed that just eat made the mistake of out for delivery update. Unsure of this as food arrived 45 mins after update freezing cold

Last time I’ll order from rockets waiting near two hours delivery was wrong when it got here.

Forgot the curry dip and baugette

Absolutely amazing, my favourite fast food restaurant. They go above and beyond, their food is 10/10, the prices are cheap, they always read the notes and their delivery time is extremely fast. I couldn't recommend enough!

The baguette literally look liked it was just threw in the box it was everywhere and you could not even lift it to eat it

it was grand aye sur, made me squirt a wee bit but its grand lak : )))))))

Order was missing multiple items and after calling restaurant about this nothing was done about it except being told there was supposed to be 2 bags and would contact delivery driver however no response was received and so when contacting delivery driver ourselves they had not been contacted and there was only 1 given to them for delivery and these missing items totaled over £23
