Food was freezing cold. Had to dump it.

Said delievery was 20 to 30 mins before placing order. This then changed to 1 hour once ordered placed. Then received a message to say there was delay and delievery time changed by 10 mins. Food took almost 1hour 30 mins to arrive.

Foods normally always but the delivery time is shocking, food was freezing when it came

Top quality food and value for money. Portion size for the festive box was leful

Food was ordered, money taken out of bank, said on the app that it was delivered and it wasn't. Worst part, couldn't contact by phone. 👎

Ordered a festive box and was given the estimated delivery time of 5:30-5:50 I called after 5:50 and was told that sometimes after a certain amount of time in the app it’s says the foods delivered. Called again when I had been waiting around an hour and a half and was told they only have one driver on which is fine but don’t give an estimated delivery time so soon knowing you have on driver on. Ordered a bottle of Fanta and sprite with it never got then or a refund

I was originally told my order would be delivered between 9.20 and 9.40. I was then told my food was on the way at 9.25 but I then did not receive my order until 10pm. This is an absolute disgrace

Food is great from here, one downside is that tonight I ordered the Mince Pie with Chip Pea and Gravy. Only sent the pie which was disappointing.

It says peppers and onions in the taco chip, there was none and barely any taco sauce. Battered sausages were luke warm and fish had more batter than fish

Even after being late over an hour the driver went to wrong address on the right Street. Had to reheat the meal up a bit. My mum (91) not too pleased. Even though it was a Friday and maybe busier it shouldn't have taken from 5.45 to 7.30 Still food was good.

I ordered a pie which said that comes with chips,peas and gravy but got a pie with about 5-10 chips and no peas and gravy

Ordered 2 mince and onion pies at different prices. one should have just been the pie. one was meant to come with chips peas and gravy. only got a tiny amount of chips with both instead of the full thing it should have been.

Food was as expected decent. Arrived in good time & was hot the 14 pound munch box is a great deal 👍🏻

Late from estimated time and all barely warm, curry sauce while flavoursome was consistently of ketchup , was probably good when it was cooked at shop but time spent in transit definitely impacted experience

Food is your average greasy take away but is sufficient as a quick meal. The delivery was quick. I wish the chicken fillet burger said exactly what was on it as my brother doesn't like any veg on his burger so if I had known, I would have asked for no veg.

Delivery was 1 hour and 40 minutes had ordered at 705 and didn't get delivered to 8.50 kept being delayed and delayed young children waiting for their dinner and when contacted restaurants all's they had to say was only one delivery driver was on

Absolutely shocking service, ordered a kebab box at 5.20, still hadn't arrived by 6.50 so called and asked what the craic was, no apologies or anything just said they were busy and it'd be another half an hour. But they did mention that my food was there just waiting to be delivered.. It's 8 o clock now, still no sign of anything. Don't think I want food that's been sitting out for over two hours to be honest. Sad because this used to be my go to. Will never be back. Can't believe I wasted almost £20

Chicken fillet burger was beautiful

Pretty poor service and getting many orders wrong. Food itself is okay, but is probably below average even for a chippy. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend but it’s still probably the best in the area but has gone downhill since the Crescent Chippy days.

Food was great, some chips were slightly stale tasting but overall great and curry was amazing, chicken box was also great. The delivery time was just ever so slightly too long (10 minutes) and the app said delivered by 7.50 when hadn’t arrived yet (it arrived at 8).
