Kebab Bites in Derry

Very disappointing, took 2 hours to get food and multiple phone calls to get delivered, while speaking on the phone with them I was hung up on multiple times, blocked and was told that we had to pay extra upon delivery and when I got hung up on that time the next time I called they tried to bergen with a lower delivery charge. When food arrived it was the wrong order and cold. Would not recommend very rude and not good food

My pictures explain it all really. I got there in the end and the food was grand but all the first impressions and giving me the wrong order weren't good for business.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Absolute crapest food I’ve ever had in my life. Doner kebab was literally meat thrown onto a naan bread with shredded cheese and tomato sauce. Absolutely no lettuce and no flavour. Chicken box was chunks of chicken tikka on chips with a little bit of lettuce and onion drowning in tangy cream sauce (no chilli or garlic sauce). I wouldn’t eat it if someone paid me the £15… better off going to the kebab shop next door.

Ordered a burger and I got a bap with cheese in it and no meat

We gave the wrong address and we apologised completely and said we would pay the extra money to get it to us and the delivery driver was very rude and disrespectful and accused me of being rude. Sort you workers out!!!

Great pitza but different price everytime you order? Neal deal 2x 10,," for £10 plus delivery got charged £1550 3 times

Just been in and ordered 3 half pound cheese burgers and chips along with a kebab box... got home to 3 quarter pound burgers which were so bland and dry ... the chips are like bricks and not even able to eat same ... I'm sorry but not that difficult to prepare a nice burger and chips with some flavour... may as well have just fired the £28 out the door. Never like being negative about anything but this was genuinely the worst take away I've ever had. Sorry to post this negative review guys but if you are not told you can't improve.

This place is a joke.. I have ordered something 2 hours ago and rang 3 times 2 b told that it was on its way 3 times.. this place is a joke.. I will never b ordering from this place again..

Place a ordered around 12:45 phone up and still haven’t received my food and it’s 02:48 I will even order outa this place again

Swimming in sauce was disgusting

Really lovely food , apart from the onion rings which were not homemade they were frozen which is a pity as the rest of the food was good

Food first class, prices also really good and excellent deals.
