Don't get me started with a food rating. Impeccable serving and extremely fresh food. You will not regret trusting Evelyn balloon with any event you are planning to book. Very good choice and quality. You are best to phone your order through and collect as all food is cooked to order. Bit different to other fish n chips shops as you can't choose your fish from a ready cooked batch. Good choice of kebabs burgers pies Staff are very polite efficient and courteous Highly recommend even though they aren't quick

Everything was great and the place is really nice inside.

We went to that place on my relatives birthday get together. On the entrance I put my car number plate on n the system. But after few weeks I received a parking ticket. I called three times to the broadway bar to sort it. Every time I rang they said manager is not here call tomorrow. Not bother anymore. Be careful.

Sunil was rude and and aggressive when we had food and had little to no respect for their customers, my partner felt very threatened and was uncomfortable and had to leave

Ordered on Uber Eats. Had to request updated time several times before it was updated. Tried to cancel order as it was over an hour over the original time, app advised as my order was in progress and I may be charged. So as this was my first order with them decided to give the benefit of doubt. However when it did arrive it was cold, chilli cheese bites were cold and solid, packaging very greasy as they had been sat. Kebab was very average, Really disappointed after how long we had waited. Won't bother again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The meal was lovely and we didn't have to wait very long. We were very happy with our visit to the Bell.

First visit after a few months and it has much improved, great family meal that we could not fault. Been told they’ve had a new manager from Sutton Park and you can really see the difference, will be coming back more frequently now :)

The chips was stale. Ordered Dr Pepper got a cherry cola instead. Burger wasn’t that great

I ordered 2 chicken tikka with nan and a veg burger, i wanted my chicken tikka with mint sauce , i thought the mint sause was home made but they use the bottled mint sauce which made my meal rubbish....had to throw it away...
