The best restaurants serving British food in Paddock Walsall West Midlands

Food was ok but we are very disappointed to find that we have just received a parking ticket for parking in the pub car park. We did not see any parking signs as we were too busy helping our elderly mother into the pub. When we were shown to our table the server never indicated that this was something we needed to do so very annoyed to have this £60 fine to pay !

Ohhh deary me. The table right next to the kitchen door (the booth) the wall was absolutely filthy at 930 this morning. There was no beans in all that sauce, no Yorkshire pudding, plates where dirty, you accepted lots of work men with out booking which left mine and my sisters daughter disappointed on their birthday breakfast. The standard of cleaning is awful, tables banged up, menus not wipes. I used to come here years ago and loved it but I was shocked how it's gone. The plates are awful looking, and the chef looked absolutely filthy her apron was vile too they also need hair nets walking around with there hair swishing about deary mee.

Booked for this weekend for Santa, didn’t realise that date online wasn’t for Santa but left it in the notes, a lovely gentleman ‘Kieran’ rang to let me know I’ve not booked in with Santa, and they had Santa first week dec. I was absolutely gutted. He went out his own way to find me & my children to be booked to see Santa somewhere else! He has saved me of messing up big time. Massive thanks to Kieran !!! Not many kind people in the world these days but this assured me there still is. Merry Christmas Kieran! We’ve used the longhorn for every celebration, get together etc over the last few years, always brilliant food & amazing staff. Thankyou.
