Mr Grill Pizza & Peri Peri in Walsall

I got it delivered We ordered it as it was cheap got a 12" pizza box with half a peri peri chicken and extras for 28 pound even including a bottle of pop. The food was delicious and we ended up getting it for 24 pounds. Not only that but we also got a pack of 4 free donuts which were sugared and coated perfectly with chocolate and the topping u wanted. We ordered the oreo donut, the aero donut ,the Ferrero rocher donut and the kinder Buenos donut.Not only the fact the donuts were free they were warm, had generous amounts of sugar on them and a lovely amount of toppings. Better then the donuts you get at the seaside. I definitely recommend this place it is cheap and worth the money. At first we weren't sure that it would be bad because how cheap it was but when we got the food it was perfect.

I don’t know if the shop is under new management or something, but I just had my worst experience ever. I’ve ordered two maxi pizzas and they have put sweet chilli sauce instead of tomato base. When I first called them they admitted and promised to give me a call back from the manager. They never did and I called back, now they have become rude and calling me a liar. They did not replaced my pizzas and nor send me a refund. Nor myself and my kids were able to it that disgusting pizza! I will definitely never buy from them again!

kebab boxes are the bomb well nice good value for money amd loaded with meat.. most places shuv more chips on that meat but not tgis place.. defo bk again 😎👌

5 stars isn't enough! Food from mr grills was amazing and the manager was top notch! The manager, who was helpful and made sure everything was spot on while helping us with what to order and letting us know the deals. Will defo be ordering again!

To top it off, the restaurant was poorly maintained, with dirty tables and an unpleasant atmosphere. I won't be returning anytime soon.”

Honestly, under new management, this place has gone downhill. If i could score this place nothing, I would. Got a 20 inch pizza the other day, absolute WASTE!!!! 1. They told me the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes....1 hour later they gave me what can only be described as: gloop. The base was under cooked, ALL of the toppings slid off the pizza, all of it LACKED flavour. (Honestly, I could just vomit thinking about it) 2. One bite of the food and you can tell that the "chef" has no passion for delivery or service to others. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm surprised it is still open. This place screams food poisoning. If you can't give 100, pack it in!

Been using this place for years but we moved. Mr grill is a pirtty ok place for something quick but the phone operator gave wrong flat number and wrong price of food and the delivery drivers car looks like his been in 8 car crashes before he even got here also not very soical actually qiute rude. Wont be ordering form this place again Risk food poisoning. Your better off ordering someplace else has going inside to get more money Driver left pizza box on the cold icey floor like🤢nahh never ordering from here again

Got delivered two pizzas and told not to put mince in the pizza but still got it. The driver said he forgot the drinks and sauces and will have to bring it again but never got'em. A bit pricy for taste as well.

Previously have ordered from Mr Grills , fod is usually amazing. This time round was the worst food I’ve ever had. Ordered food at 8.30pm came at 10.30pm. Smash burgers was cut up cheese burger. Also, said they didn’t have items substituted. Before substituted asked if they can cancel my order. Refused to cancel and refund money. Poor customer service over phone.Rude, speaking unprofessional English. PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Would put zero stars if I could! Food arrived 2 HOURS after ordering. Arrived barely warm and bags were soggy and vile. Wouldn’t mind but we called around an hour after placing order to be told food had just left the shop… that was a lie. Called half hour later to be told the same bull excuse that it had only just left the shop! When it eventually arrived, we took it back to the shop ourselves for a refund to be met by the ‘manager’ who was as vile as the soggy cold food. Didn’t leave with our refund so will see if the transaction gets reversed like he suggested! It’s a shame as we used to love it here, however we should’ve read the latest reviews first! Well done to new management for ruining what was once a lovely and reliable takeaway. 100% won’t be back… Don’t waste your time!

Just was on a journey with my family thought find a place as I am from north placed order full peri peri 🐔 with chips was enough to feed 3 people and a very good price for 18 pounds will use again amazing food and service

Ordered two Donner on pitta was thrown together without any care was more like a glob and Donner no salad either as ordered online won't be ordering again ridiculous.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Had to request updated time several times before it was updated. Tried to cancel order as it was over an hour over the original time, app advised as my order was in progress and I may be charged. So as this was my first order with them decided to give the benefit of doubt. However when it did arrive it was cold, chilli cheese bites were cold and solid, packaging very greasy as they had been sat. Kebab was very average, Really disappointed after how long we had waited. Won't bother again.

Under new management so beware. Ordered peri peri chicken. Repeated my order 3 times and asked the person specifically not to mess it up. If it were a small order I could have overlooked it. I ordered peri peri chicken and was given tandoori dried up chicken. Needless to say I won’t be ordering again!

I found this place due to poor quality standards of peri fino. I have always had half a chicken with bread chicken is always tasty this is my place to go when ever I fancy half a chicken. Also the custard concrete is amazing and soft.

my food was over an hour late it was all cold and nasty when the driver came the fat one dropped my food and milkshake on the floor and then hid the bag in his boot and then when i askd him what did you drop the boy in glasses lied n sed his vapes

First time trying their peri peri chicken & it was spot on! Full of flavour and piping hot. The sheek kebab was quality too. Delivery came earlier than expected which was a bonus.

Accidentally wrong review for food not arriving on just eat on the wrong order it was somewhere else that didn't arrive. It did arrive a like 2am and was surprised they actualy accepted the order. Food was ok but a bit cold when got here, nothing too special though.

Tried them for the first time. Ordered "Loaded Mexican Fries large" and "16" special 2 pizza". Both had absolutely sh1t and Dry taste. No life in it whatsoever. I've never tasted pizza and fries so bad. Even my two 2 year old kids stopped eating that pizza. The loaded mexican fries had KEEMA SALAN / KEEMA CURRY and JALAPENOS on it!!! LMFAO!!!!! Loaded mexican with keema curry in it? F me!!! The fries were also packed with curry like oil. Never seen such gross fries in my life. The taste was atrocious as well. I will never ever be buying from this takeaway again. This was the first and the last time. Horrendous taste. Wasted my £20 and time.

Driver needs to deliver to the correct address. Had to call the restaurant and the driver was delivering my order to the wrong address as confirmed by the shop

Absolutely rip off. Partner order Mexican burger with nacho fries and ended up with a normal plain burger and normal fries for nearly £20. I received a chicken donner burger with no salad and no sauce and chips that were stone cold. Absolutely shocking to advertise such good food but what turns up is nothing like the explanation. Will not be ordering again

Cold cold cold. Checked app tracking and time had run out saying delivered when it was not. Phoned shop to be told its on the way and still waited another hour so all in all over 2 hours for cold food. Just Terrible.

Ordered on Uber eats a 8” pizza, some wings, mozzarella sticks, fries and a chicken tikka wrap. The pizza wasn’t great. Tasted like a microwaveable pizza. Wings were decent but not amazing. Mozzarella sticks were good. Fries felt & tasted undercooked. Plus, on Uber eats, when it gives you an option of sauce, it should specify that the sauce is on the fries and not separate. Chicken tikka wrap was good but not very big in size. Overall 4/10.

Not great food, not terrible, but not amazing. Pizza was very greasy. Chips and garlic bread were cold unfortunately. Pizza was ok apart from greasiness.

The food was very nice as usual, peri chicken was nice and the pizza was tasty. There was an issue with the order however I called up and I was sent some replacement not too long after. Thank you for sorting it out.

The full box is good family size, the grilled chicken is usually tasty, this time it was more dry. The salad provided tasted off and not fresh which was disappointing.

Food was very nice but what shocked me was how much I got, got home and weighed the box 1793g, the box was loaded with delicious food!!

First time ordering from here as I wanted to give a local newish business a try. Food was stone cold even though it was boxed and covered in Aluminium foil. Gutted as it looked really nice just a shame that it tasted and had the same texture as cardboard. I’m all about second chances so if I do choose to order again I shall be travelling to the store. I wouldn’t advise home delivery!

Was in a hotel, they didn't ring when they arrived so food was cold. Apple crumble was ice cold from fridge. Chicken quarter was very small.

Had 2 family size pizzas peri chicken mix meat and bit of sides everything was delivered hot me and the family enjoyed every single bit couldn't stop talking about how good the food was I'd recommend this place as the service is good and fast and food it's just out of this world 5 star from me

Me and the Mrs had a Mexican smash burger by far the best burger we have ate in a long time, we have ordered from here a few times but tonight was by far the best on taste. The fries are nice but could have done with a bit more being warm but its delivery what else do you expect over all highly recommended thankyou!! :)

Food is very average and can depend on the day and time when ordering I've had alot of complains in regards to pizza having less sauce or toppings. Plus fries are extortionate price really need to rethink that. I order regularly and spend about £30+ per order and they couldn't give me an extra scoop of ice cream for my cookie dough when it was buy one get one free and sent the delivery driver to explain this. On the app you collect loyalty points which can't even be used. Not a very happy customer.

Delivery was late, the driver call me on my phone and informing they don't deliver through the door and I have to come downstairs.

Can’t leave 0* unfortunately. Bad customer service & Attitude. Refused to deliver despite sending countless text messages with their so called special offers. Would not recommend.
