The best restaurants serving Default food in Ketley and Oakengates Telford and Wrekin West Midlands

Lovely food as always! Decent portions

Went with friends on spec. Friendly and attentive service, and food was very good and well presented. Would certainly go again if in Oakengates, or for a takeaway from there.

Couldn’t even listen to simple instructions when I ordered I ordered a classic bmt without the bacon with just salad on it and they sent me one with chicken tikka and salad on it I wouldn’t recommend anybody going here they do not wear gloves as should expect

Absolutely dreadful! Ordered through uber received the wrong order and then dont even answer the phone to rectify it! Never order from here again

Amazing food - best curry we've had for a long time!

I have been to this place couple of times and really enjoyed the food. Their chicken doner kebab is the best. However there other chicken items are also good. This place is pricey compared to the other similar fast-food restaurants.

I ordered chicken tikka kebab and it wasn't that, it was huge chunks of chicken no flavour and definitely no tikka and not even any seasoning, ice berge lettuce cut into big chunks. It was that bad I gave it to my dog! Won't be ordering here ever again! Looked at hygiene rating after and it's a 3 and I understand why. Chicken was so dry so my guess is that's it's old chicken

My husband got charged £3.00 for 4 small tubs of curry which they were only half way full.

Ordered a mother's day takeaway consisting of: Quarter Pounder with Cheese Burger Large Mixed Meat Kebab and Chips Curry Sauce Crispy Mushrooms Cheesy Chips Mozzarella Sticks Driver dropped it off and when we unpacked the order realised the Kebab and Chips were missing. Tried to phone the driver several times and received no response. Also tried to phone Crispy Cod approx 7 times and each time the phone just rang out. Website said no longer taking orders so assume they'd closed early (website says open until 21:00 and we were trying to make contact at 20:15). Not sure how they've left out the biggest / most expensive item off the order but if you're sending substandard deliveries out then feel like you should at least be contactable for a period of time after. Not sure who is to blame here (Delivery Driver or Crispy Cod) but leaving this review on the basis we didn't receive what we ordered and Crispy Cod were not contactable to resolve which left us with a big inconvenience in trying to have a meal. Will be avoiding in future.

Absolutely disgraceful business made my order 2 hours ago an it hasn’t arrived yet tried calling and the number was not working at all won’t be going her again at all will be reporting to trading standards

Ordered for collection. Accidentally took the pizza sauce off the pizza when customising - didn’t realise until while I was on the way I received a call from the store to check the order was correct. Great customer service and order ready to collect as soon as I arrived. Thank you

We used to eat here with friend when it was the (Mauchak) and noticing it had changed names to the (Cardamom Kitchen) thought i would give them a try and ordered a takeaway, i confess to being a born optimist and really did hope that t would get something that would be really good, i ordered two curries (Chicken tikka Jalfrezi) and another meal from the chef's recommendations, without going into a diatribe of what was wrong with them both, all i will say is that they were both without a doubt the worst presentations of amateurish Indian cooking that i have ever had the misfortune to buy and taste, needless to say it is and will be the last time they have any further food orders from me.

Didn’t turn up!!!!! Called restaurant no answer! When I went on the actual restaurants website it said closed!!! Fuming! Finally got refund off just eat and all I got for waiting over2 and half hours was £5 compensation! Absolutely terrible service! Don’t order from this restaurant!
