Bread was not fresh was tuff an staile onions were like twigs lack of customer service discusting and bad attitude by staff an jus thrown together subs went in bin I thought I'd give it ago after seeing one on tiktok stream won't be returning ever to this store

barely any meat on our subway, more saled than even bread, bread was hardly toasted either. how can you get a simple order wrong???

Terrible service - ordered online an hour before arriving at store to be picked up for the time I arrived but still had to wait another half an hour. The server kept taking orders and making other people’s sandwiches whilst leaving mine on the side and skipping over it. Had to ask multiple times before they finally made it.

the delivery driver was so sweet and lovely to speak too, definitely made my day ❤️

Wrong meat on salad. waffle fries stone cold. phoned and they couldn't care less.

My meatballs had no sauce at all and they was quite hard to bit into as well

First visit to eat in for more than a year and it is transformed in a good way from the last - it's been refurbished and seem to be new owners who are very welcoming and polite. Sandwiches were great, plenty of chicken, plenty of salad. Will visit again l.

As usual, everything was great.. except for the chunks of onion in my sandwich, that I didn't order, as I'm severely allergic!!!! I really wish the lids were kept on the toppings, to avoid cross contamination, as I now am without a sandwich. Please, please keep the lids on the toppings!!! 😢 I already can't have my fave, chicken, as it always tastes like onion, meaning it's prepped the same place the onions are! Don't make me stop coming here, please!!

I am livid. I was reluctant to order a subway from justeat because I've ordered extra toppings and they were not included upon receiving. I just reviewed my order: classic BMT, toasted, Italian herbs and cheese, AMERICAN STTLE CHEESE. There is no cheese AGAIN. How is this missed? I've now spent the best part of £13 for a sub that feels half the value.

Requested my sandwich to be toasted which it wasn’t & delivery slightly late but other than that can’t complain

Gave my wife a piece of bread with no toppings on, no salad, no sauce, no cheese, nothing. You seriously think that's what I ordered?? 😂 then had the audacity to try to dispute the refund. Won't be back!

Food took over an hour and a half to arrive and was cold on arrival. It should never take that long to order a sandwich and some sides! Not worth the money!

This order was never delivered! He was walking around town with my food for 45 mins, had tuna so in this weather I was not risking that, driver did arrive but I turned him away with the food then put it as delivered! Has been reported, shocking service, sorry subway I know this was not your fault but this driver has now impacted your restaurant for the negative feedback so I do apologise

THIRD TIME IN A ROW MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED AS INCOMPLETE. What's the point of a create your own sub, if the staff aren't going to take the order effectively? I paid over the odds for a service that has AGAIN failed to deliver.

it didn't take me long to get to my door when the driver rang the bell but as I opened it the driver was walking away with the food.

Order was delivered hot and within the delivery time stated. Delivery driver was really polite and even accommodated the fact my daughter was in bed and handed my food through our window as requested. Would order again thank you

Got a different item. Ordered Steak sandwich and got a chicken one with different ingredients. Also sandwiches been cold. Not impressed.

We went here around 8 at night and the man that served us was very nice and friendly he made our child smile. Got our order made quickly and exactly as we asked. Have and would go here again.

perfect in every way, came on time and unlike the one at the town centre nothing was missing and I got what I ordered. definitely the best local subway

Added a note to order ‘please no ketchup on all subs’ as we are allergic to it. Unfortunately this was ignored and we couldn’t eat what was delivered. Sad that when there is an additional note that it is ignored.

The courier was great. the food was quality, but the one detail of the sauce being on thr wrong sub made the experience pretty disappointing.

The gluten free subs were not toasted as requested nor did that have any cheese on. This resulted in a cold and hard subway, Very disappointing - particularly when they are charged at a higher price

Upon contacting the restaurant the representative said 'We dont even bother reading the notes so its not our issue take it up with just eat' After i asked for management he told me 'No' and put the phone down. Despite writing a note with the order, the restaurant toasted the sub. Warm salad and mayo is not nice! The drink that I ordered as part of the meal would also have been nice to receive.

Staff were rushed and abrupt. No choice of bread, toasting, sauce or salad. Won’t bother going to this branch again, the Madeley franchise gives a much friendlier service, and a much tastier sub to your own choices.

Went to Oakengates Subway today. I usually buy a sandwich from this place weekly and on occasions can go multiple times in the week. I will not be returning to this place, as for the first time today the newish guy serving me, told me that I could not have extra sauce on my sandwich which this place has always honoured without complaint. To be treated this way is unacceptable. Last of all, my very last piece of my sandwich tasted like it was moldy. If you want to be served a moldy sandwich without a smile, and common courtesy then this is your place to go

Ordered the chilli heatwave nachos for £4 and only received a packet of chilli heat wave Doritos…

Delivery time moved back by 30 minutes. Cold wedges, ordered a large and if this is a large I’d hate to see the small portion. Cold drinks put under hot food.
