The best restaurants serving Default food in North Warwickshire West Midlands

The afternoon tea at Fortnum & Mason is disappointing. The space is very large and feels impersonal and assembly line. For a more special experience, we recommend tea at the Goring.

This used to be our go to Indian takeaway but a disappointing couple of meals led us to give it a break. We ordered 2 weeks ago and had a good meal, delivered within the advised timescale. Ordered the same meal again last weekend and it was a different story. The curry was pretty tasteless and the naan nowhere near the previous weeks standard. It was also nearly 30 minutes late. Perhaps it depends which chef is on? Not sure we will give them another go.

You couldn’t find a slower waffle service in London if you went out and bought a waffle maker, made the batter and cooked it yourself.

Apparently this is now a large portion of fries; worthy of a £14 meal?!

2 hours to deliver 10 minutes away tried here a few times and every time it’s the same. My friend who also lives close had to wait 3 hours for his when he ordered. Food is lovely but you will wait all night for it to arrive.

Pretty dire I’m afraid All cakes looked bought in. I had a scone hoping it was the safest bet. It wasn’t. Dry. Came with one butter and the cheapest jam imaginable ( I saw the jar !) Tea ok but can’t go wrong with that right ?! Apart from the mug of tea still had the tea bag in it Staff friendly and hard working but management very poor and standard of food poor. Don’t bother

I stopped at the M6 Corley Services on my trip to Wales. The KFC outlet was disappointing on several levels. Orders are done on a touch screen, and even though I pressed the disabled icon, I still needed to queue and carry my tray so the icon proved meaningless. I had purposely chosen this services because of the KFC signage as I wanted to try the vegan burger. It is billed as being "original recipe with the 11 herbs and spices. The original “original recipe” from the 1950s has morphed some over the years, but it is still tasty. It has been years since I had it, but with the new move to plant based menus I wanted to give the vegan KFC offering a try. First of all the down side. This is a motorway services, so presentation and care are not at the forefront. That said the coating of the vegan fillet (a Quorn product) was similar to what I remembered the chicken fillet’s as having. The combo with Quorn was not as nice as I would have hoped, however. I am actually a fan of the “chicken” offerings which Quorn makes, but this was not one of the best. It may be that the KFC 11 herbs and spices diminished the “chicken” illusion that Quorn usually has, or it may be that I just expected too much. Any way the sandwich was okay. The bun a little dry, though the spiced fillet compensated for that a little. The iceberg lettuce was – well iceberg lettuce and offered little to the overall sandwich. The seating area was clean, but service was really assembly line like and the meal was little more than shoved at me.

Arrived for our Sunday night booking at the Courtyard restaurant at 6pm, only to be barely acknowledged and left sitting waiting for 25 minutes. We had to ask if the restaurant was open as we were not seen to. The waiter was rude and couldn’t care less, took ages getting our drinks and as previously said, did not ask if we had a table booked or if we needed help. Very poor customer service. Left nearly straight away as soon as we had our drinks. They have certainly lost our business tonight and for the foreseeable future.

avoid this terrible place made an order for the family kids where very excited and we waited 1 hour and 30 mins befor i phoned up as was told estimated 60 mins delivery time and when they picked up they couldnt find my order which was strange as i had phoned up just after i ordered as i made a mistake and the bloke i spoke to said it was fine and there cracking on with it but that was a lie they havent even started so was abit gutted so i said i wanted a refund and then the bloke became very arrgagont and started telling me to calm down all i wanted was a refund and go somewhere else never ever again will i use this place so if you do fancy trying this place dont theres loads of place to go other then this place just avoid avoid avoid and told my friends and they wont be using you again

Amazing Afternoon Tea! Classic sandwich fillings which most people will enjoy. We each had a mini cheese scone & fruit scone, accompanied with clotted cream and jam and the selection of cakes was perfect. Definitely gets my vote for the best in the area and great value for money!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! My niece ordered a sausage sandwich and they served us this! Thank god I seen it on time. Told the owner about the bun that has mould and she didn’t even refund or say sorry. Never again there just go at Cream

How can a KFC be 32/33 in Nuneaton? Is it that bad? Yes.... Ordered Uber eats... it was awful. Chips were stone cold and Chicken we shouldn't have eaten! Uber eats dont want to know.... have complained to KFC

I ordered a sub because of the sub offer they had and when I went to pick it up the server said no. I showed him a picture and he said I needed to add the churro for it to work. It never said that anywhere. I don’t understand the problem, I’ve worked hospitality before, he could have just given it. Never returning to a subway, it only harbours lies and scams. Ps. They charged me 10p for a bag and didn’t give me one
