I ordered a chicken footlong and it came with no chicken inside and just salad! How can you screw that up!?

What can I say....you can always rely on Chicken Street me and my family and I have been coming here for more than a year, and they are consistently great. A place we're the staff always smile and look like they actually enjoy their jobs, somewhat of a rarity these days. Nothing has too much trouble. The food is always on point. Keep on doing what you do, and you will continue to thrive.

Been there twice now. Both times not been able to get served. Won't try again. The best thing about this pub is that I will never have to go to the place again.

I had ordered a pizza and was just about to order mine when i heard another guy ask if the meat was halal. The guy serving said yes, he walked out. Due to being halal I didn't order mine, if it would have stated somewhere it was halal i would have ordered everything elsewhere.

We had pre-booked our table, which we normally do (having frequented this pub for the past 15 years!!) When we arrived we were told by the Manager, Michelle, that we had been moved to the next table along. We weren't happy about this, but sat down & noticed that the 'reserved table board ' had been moved along to where we were sat but still had the original reserved number on it. We decided to bot order 'fish🐟 & chips 🍟 only to be told by the Manager, Michelle that the fish had all gone. Ironically enough the 4 people sat at our original reserved table all had 'fish & chips 🍟 '. This certainly 'rubbed salt 🧂 in the wound'. We then decided to leave without ordering food. The Manager, Michelle came over & said 'they are a party of four, whereas there's only 2 of you!!!!' We both felt very 'let down ' and disillusioned about this. We were frankly disgusted!!!!

I was told they can't wash a wok to avoid food allergy risk. Singularly unimpressed. Shame allergies don't count under disability discrimination!

Awful manager. Pub itself is fine but, the manager is just terrible. Avoid. Very hostile towards customers and staff.
