Bromley Fish and Chips in Dudley

First time visiting for 2 vegan meals and 1 regular. Every item was delicious. They checked at every step of cooking what we wanted as vegan so no errors made. Very friendly.

surprised to see the great selection of vegan options (kebabs, wraps, burgers etc) which are really tasty too!! very happy with the food, staff there are lovely too :)

Usually a good place where we have ordered from many times, but sadly tonight was completely the opposite. My mother brought home some food from there only to discover that they missed out a portion of fish bites and a curry sauce. Upon returning, the person who served her effectively called her a liar and refused to accept the possibility that they misplaced the items in SOMEONE ELSE'S bag. Fortunately, another member of staff resolved the issue instead but this has left us angry. We will not be visiting again. Would give less than one star for service on behalf of that particular individual's irresponsible behaviour.

I go there with my friends once in a while and it's cheap for a good portion the service is only a little wait that's fine and it's a nice calm place to go

Absolutely fantastic. Best chips /fish/ kebab we've had in years. All lovely. Went tonight, was really busy. But the woman with dark bob cut on counter was so efficient it was fascinating to watch. Highly recommended.

Great service and such friendly staff. So many Vegan choices, they even do Vegan battered chip. Choices from vegan pies, wraps kebabs and even scallops! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Food was great quality. However had to request refund as chips were missed off from my masala fish.

Finally a place that listens to instruction and don’t just use red onion they have normal white onion so will be ordering from here again their mix meats and battered chips so good I will be a regular at this place! Strongly recommend!

Delivery driver was lovely and took the time to speak unlike a lot of other delivery drivers! Masala fish is the best I’ve had, food is lovely and piping hot, thank you!

Usually good quality food, great service and lovely staff. My experience last night however, showed that the staff are more interested in preparing the dozens of Just Eat and all the other food delivery service orders, leaving personal customers standing for ages in the shop. The fish which was specially cooked, was awful and had obviously been frozen. It was flavourless and tough, the accompanying fish were battered, when plain had been expressly requested. The small mixed meat kebab requested, became a large, which was covered in hot chilli sauce which was not requested. The whole meal was also cold, due to being sat waiting whilst the collections were being dealt with. This customer won't be returning

Lovey chips. Fish was very oily and just about warm. Most disappointing was the mixed kebab! £8.99 for a very small amount

Cold food. delivery driver insisted he couldnt find my address which resulted into walking out my house & down the road to collect my order from him on the carpark

Used to be really good, but in the last few years, the large fish has got a lot smaller & looks more like a mini fish in size now. Staff are very nice & friendly

The food is always delicious but unfortunately the delivery man was the most ignorant and rude person I have ever met. He phoned me and expected me to go out to his vehicle and fetch the food. I refused and he eventually came to my door. So rude I certainly will not be using Just Eat again.

normally food and delivery is really good from here however this time the batter was soggy and not pleasant. food only just warm. delivery on ordering was 15-30mins. nearly 1hour later food arrives. worse food and service I ever had from there.

We eat here most Saturdays and the food is always fresh and tasty. Great variety of food including vegan/vegetarian. The service you receive is fabulous, everyone is really friendly and chatty. Love our Saturday fish and chips, a must try, you won't be disappointed Just to add, if you choose a delivery option the delivery is undertaken by a 3rd party not the establishment itself
