Indiluxe in Dudley

We come to see family in the West Midlands around four to five times a year and one of the highlights of our trip every time is our visit to the Indiluxe Restaurant in Stourbridge. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly and the food is absolutely wonderful everytime. My only gripe is I wish they did delivery to York. We have just ended a visit to see in the New Year and spent and absolutely wonderful night there again. Thank you guys and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

We went as a family Christmas Day, what a fantastic meal and the hosts couldn’t do enough for you, to full for mince pies so they gave us two boxes to take home. Thank you for the gifts lovely touch very appreciated

Visited Indiluxe for a birthday celebration and would recommend it to everyone. Fantastic service, food and atmosphere. We had an absolutly amazing night at Indiluxe last night. The staff there went above and beyond to make my daughters Birthday extra special. The food was beautiful and stunningly presented. I would recommend Indiluxe to anyone who wants to celebrate a special occasion, a nice date night or a get together with family and friends.

We went to indiluxe last night for a birthday meal. We were a large party with a few kids. Nothing was too much trouble! Service was absolutely amazing, the staff go above and beyond for everyone, and made sure the kids were made a fuss of too. The birthday girl was kindly given treats, a birthday song, a cocktail and a box of chocolates! 5 star service all round Indiluxe - thank you for a wonderful night. We will definitely be back!!

Without a doubt, the best Indian restaurant in our area. The food is excellent, the service is brilliant. Prices very reasonable, but the friendliness of the staff is what makes this place really special. They went to so much trouble to make my wife's birthday meal special. They are amazing 👏

We booked a family meal for our daughters 11th birthday and mentioned this on booking. Walked in to balloons on the table and a banner. Then they bought her a cake with a sparkler on, then they bought over a speaker and played birthday music, THEN they bought over a mocktail AND THEN gave her a box of truffles to take away. Unbelievable spoilt. Food was fantastic. Staff amazing. Wonderful evening. Thank you.

We dined here as a group of six on a recent Saturday evening, hoping for a delicious meal but left quite disappointed. From the start, things were underwhelming. The poppadoms and chutneys arrived cold and stale, as though they had been prepared far in advance. When our main dishes were served, we found most of them to be very similar in appearance, with curries that lacked the richness and depth of flavor we associate with authentic Indian food. The sauce had a heavy, paste-like consistency with little in the way of spices, and the rice was unfortunately cold and overly colored. It’s surprising that this restaurant has positive reviews, as we found the food did not meet our expectations. Overall, we would recommend exploring other dining options in the area for a more satisfying experience.

Love this place! Would recommend it to anyone. The staff are so lovely and couldn't do more for you, they are so kind and really do make the whole experience. The food is always amazing, we love trying something new each time we go and the quality is amazing. My lamb meat was melt in the mouth. The chicken chat is beautiful. We have ordered takeaway as well and feel like the quality is the same when you order from home as when you order in the restaurant. They've made every time we've visited a delightful experience and made my birthday today finish with a cherry on the top. We'll be back soon!

Absolutely fabulous place to eat as near to indian food as you can get as an Indian friend confirmed. We had a fabulous meal last night all the sauces were tasty and lovely as always. We always have good service too they are customer focused and go a long way to give that little extra which makes any dining experience with them special. If anything isn't right (there are no restaurants who get it right all the time) they work hard to put it right. Great place to eat have been going regularly for over 10 years and had takeaways and have never had a bad meal. Oh and I have an allergy to Coriander which they are very careful with unlike most places. Will always return and recommend as, as good as if not better than some five star or Michelin star restaurants

A fabulous meal for our daughter's 16th birthday. Lovely service, balloons on the table and thoroughly made a fuss of the birthday girl! Also had music to accompany her cake being brought out. Lovely complementary drink and chocolates for her too. Highly recommend a visit.

We were recommended by our friends to go to indiluxe and we weren’t disappointed right from walking in the staff were attentive & friendly. The food was delicious served hot! Incredible service - came here to celebrate my best friend's birthday. Everyone was so friendly and attentive in an already busy restaurant, food was so tasty and came fast. What topped it off was at the end we were surprised with a birthday cake, a balloon on our table, a free cocktail and a speaker playing happy birthday !!!!! Couldn't have chosen a better restaurant to celebrate, thank you so much again Indiluxe

We had a amazing time at this restaurant when they found out it was my husbands birthday they made a fuss of him, giving him chocolates singing happy birthday putting balloons on the table and giving us a free pudding which was just so kind! The staff were funny and very welcoming and the food was just perfect. The prices are really reasonable for the amount of food you receive. Would 100% recommend to friends and family as we already have!

The 6 of us had a meal here on a Saturday evening a few weeks ago. I have to say it was one of, if not the very worst Indian meal we have ever had. The last time we ate here was probably about 5 or 6 years ago, it wasn’t too bad back then, as far as I can remember. This time, on arrival I did recognise a few of the people working there, including the lady behind the bar, doing the drinks. After we were seated, we had the menus and ordered some drinks. Then the poppadom’s and chutneys arrived. They were cold and stale – obviously been cooked and left sitting in the kitchen. We ordered our food, and when the meals turned up, we could not believe the garbage that the ‘chef’ has the audacity to serve. Almost all the dishes looked the same. No real sauce to the curries, instead they were gloopy, just paste. No taste to anything. Certainly, made from the same base, they must use a nut paste and oil, heavy food colouring and lack of anything resembling spice. Even the rice was cold, hard and full of colouring. This place does seem to attract positive reviews – I can only assume these reviews are manufactured or added by people with no taste buds. The following day nearly all of us were ill with upset stomachs. Do yourself a favour if you’re considering eating here – there are lots of other Indian restaurants in the area who are much more deserving of your hard-earned cash. If you are the chef or involved in the management of this place, and you are reading this, shame on you.

First time tonight since we've been in wordsley/stourbridge. Absolutely fabulous food and Brilliant service . Definitely our go to place now.

Service took too long, waiters kept leaning over me and clearly need some customer service courses. Waiters kept asking for our order even tho informed multiple times we were waiting on two other guest to arrive. Food ok.

Got the online special delivered yesterday and was so impressed with the quality and amount of food we got for just £14 each. The samosas we're packed full (highly recommend), the naans were fluffy and nice and oily, the flavour of the curry itself was great and we even got free poppadoms!

Cannot rate this place high enough. Lovely food, really friendly staff and reasonably priced. They make a nice fuss of people who are there for birthdays without making it to cringy. Overall brilliant experience. Also an extra special shoutout to the older gentleman with the glasses (59 he said) “lovely jubly!”

Came here for the 1st time to celebrate son’s birthday. From booking to leaving it was excellent. The staff were so friendly and the food delicious. My son was well and truly spoilt, he isn’t one for grand gestures but he thoroughly enjoyed the attention that the staff gave him here - he even said it was better than his 18th at a local smokehouse restaurant. Thank you Indiluxe for making our son feel very special we will be back.

Friendly staff and service good

It a very lovely, tasty place. The staff are very accommodating and polite. They do a deal on Sundays where you get a drink, Starter, main meal with rice or naan and pomadoms for £16.95 as long as the individual courses are under £11, Which is a great deal. The trout did have a ton of bones, but its fish so that is to expected just in case you were expecting it to be deboned, but it still tasted great.

Called in with the wife to get a takeaway, while we were choosing what we wanted Abz persuaded to just eat in the restaurant. Food was amazing, so fresh and tasty and the staff were all amazing. The tables a a nice distance from others and to top it all off they had a midweek 2-course deal on. Win Win. We will be back, thank you Abz

Came here a few weeks back with my boyfriend. Very very welcoming, so friendly. We had a take-away of chicken tikka masala, pilou rice, bombay aloo, naan breads. They even gave us pompoms and dips too!! Very tasty and delicious!!! 😋

We went here for my daughters 16th Birthday meal. Not only was the food great but they made my daughters birthday really special by dressing the table with balloons and a banner. They bought out a birthday cake and a gave her a little gift at the end. We would highly recommend for food and service. Thank you to the team at Indiluxe.

We went on recommendation and were hugely disappointed - although the restaurant's hygiene standard is 4/5 it didn't feel like it - the food was well below par, prawns in the starter tough and rubbery and the lamb in the main dry and stringy - worst of all was the attitude of the staff - one waiter topped up two wine glasses to the brim which already had sufficient wine in leaving a third which was empty and then gleefully and clumsily asking if we wanted another bottle - the manager persisted in arguing that it was my fault for ordering the wrong main and although offered me another dish we couldn't wait to pay and get out

Been coming here for many years and the food and service is second to none. We have introduced friends and family who have also loved the experience and continued to regularly visit Abz and his team. The team are always very friendly, welcoming and accommodating and they always go above and beyond to make every visit as special as the first. If you desire an alternative to what’s on the Menu, speak to Abz or one of the team and they will always ensure your tastes are accommodated. Compliments to the chef, we have always had excellent food in a a lovely warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit l, you will not be disappointed!

My wife and I, along with friends who have been here before, recommended the place. The food was of a very high standard and piping hot. It was full of flavour. If I was being "picky," in my opinion the staff were miserable and looked like they didn't want to be there.

We went there with friends from entering the restaurant and throughout the evening the service quality and professionalism set a level which was well beyond our expectations .from arrival to departure nothing was more evident. We chose the set price meal the timing between courses was well managed piping hot and very generous.the resturant oozed ambiance.and was extremely busy but that didn't compromise the highest standards encompassed.we had never eaten here before but it's a little bit of paradise behind its doors and so worthy of the positive review given.

I was taken here for my birthday meal. We were totally spoilt by the staff. There were birthday balloons on the table when we arrived. For dessert a cake with a candle in it was brought to the table while Happy Birthday was played on a mobile speaker. Everyone at the table was given a free glass of baileys and I was also presented with a box of chocolates. Really went above and beyond our expectations. Will definitely be back. Worth every penny. And the meal was so good 😊

It's a long time since I was last here although I have tried to get a table on a couple of occasions and failed, such is its popularity. It was busy on our night and I think the food and service suffered slightly because of it. A nice friendly waiter looked after us but his knowledge of the menu was rather lacking. The sheekh kebab was a bit cool, it appeared that it had been microwaved, I would have asked for it to be reheated but the staff had gone missing. We enjoyed our main courses, strangely my pathia, similar to the kebab, was cool in places but tasted fine. No complaints with the wife's balti or the sides. Overall a good night. The parking can be a bit limited but there's always the Tesco car park next door.

We ordered a take away with free delivery on a busy Saturday night in January. We ordered online and our food was delivered a lot quicker than we expected by a friendly chap. Our order was correct and reasonably priced. Food was tasty and hot though the chips were disappointing. We have eaten in and had delivery from here and we will use them again in the future.

Honestly the food was great but the staff are rude and impolite. Eaten here twice now and both times the customer service was terrible. We had to ask twice for a drink when the restaurant wasn't very busy at all and also twice for the bill and we qere charged for tap water. Very disappointing as the food is very good, won't be eating here again due to rude staff.

Always enjoy our visits here. Always greeted by first named terms, which makes it even more special. This year for the first time celebrated the new year. Brilliant atmosphere, with entertainment, fireworks and fantastic food as always. Thank you to all the staff, who worked so hard, for us all to have a fantastic evening.

Food is always delicious and service is great. Don't bring your own alcohol, there is a licenced bar in the restaurant. Best to book in advance. We were lucky enough to make use of a deal when we went (starter, main, glass of house beer/wine, rice or naan and tea/coffee for £16.95) which was fantastic. We love coming to Indiluxe, it's one of our favourite curry houses. A few parking spaces at the back but car park is very small.

Had Christmas day here brilliant food am booking for nxt year

Ordered from here for the second time. Didn't enjoy it as much as the first time. Ordered the curries with no onions and both come with onions in them. Poppadoms were stale could bend them and chips were solid. Not impressed this time round.

Firstly would like to say my husband and I have been here a few times before for a curry delight which included good food and great attentive staff..so hence we booked a Christmas meal there Dec 2023..we paid £20deposit..on arrival we were supposed to be seated in what only can described was an elf corner.my hubby is 6ft4 and I'm 5ft10.. After alot of negotiations a lovely smaller couple swapped tables..bring on the chicken soup..ha powder soup 2 spoonfuls sent it back..no offer of other option...main absolutely disgraceful slapped on plate under cooked etc etc could be here all day..3 other customers did the same as us we left ..excuses but not enough...would give no star for Christmas Dinner as ours was ruined..if you want a curry yeah enjoy

Better than I expected. Lots of good choices. Lamb really tender. Service was excellent. The waiter even fetched us an extra heater as we were near the door.

Have visited here on several occasions to eat in and food is excellent. Visited this evening for takeaway. The lady at the desk was stood in a coat ,on her phone ,didn't say hello and appeared like it was a chore for her to take my order. Never said please or thankyou . Such a shame. Unfortunately I will not visit again. Good Customer service ( or any level) is what I would have expected and I didn't receive. Disappointing

Went in for my birthday supper. We had the 2 person vegetable platter to start followed by Dilkush which is a dish containing Prawns, Lamb and Chicken in a medium spicy sauce. It was all excellent and the service was efficient and friendly. I had a pint of Cobra and at the end of the meal I was gifted a lovely slice of cake in honour of my birthday. A wonderful evening in a place I've been to many times before and have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Couldn't fault the food, great portions and very tasty, with a speedy service, perhaps a little too speedy, lots of staff on,but some seemed uninterested in giving us that personal touch, perhaps a smile or a little chat,would have made a big difference. There's a large car park behind the restaurant, and it's fully licensed.
