Lovely food and great service. Would recommend a visit. The ice cream to finish was especially delicious! Very welcoming and accommodating with my guide dog too!

Needs to improve it's food very small portion and quite tasteless. Service was well taken and we're always ready and available for whatever was needed. If they can improve the food then they can go along way.

Christmas day meal..outstanding service..welcoming, efficient and really personable staff who stopped at nothing to make our meal perfect. The food was plentiful and delicious and everyone embraced the Christmas Spirit..my mum came from Yorkshire and is already looking forward to a return visit. Mez and Mini were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thankyou guys..5 stars an absolute winner all round.

Food was decent but we sat in darkness as there was a blown fuse, and it took over half an hour for them to sort, they kept saying it was a power cut but the upstairs had light so was definitely a fuse blown. The one waiter was rude to a female member of staff and the way he spoke to her in my opinion was not acceptable and certainly not something a customer should be witnessing, he also had very little customer service, food took way too long to be served and then after we asked for the bill took ages for anyone to come for payment. Then when the bill came they tried to add a 10% service charge, there were only 3 of us we asked if it was compulsory and got told yes (this is illegal I believe) and after we complained it was taken off. It's a shame as I did enjoy the food but the events of the night made the night less enjoyable

Superb service from the moment we arrived, attentive, friendly but not too familiar. Atmosphere was buzzing, busy but not too loud. Food is amazing, fish pakora is a hit with all diners. Spice just right in all dishes.

After reading reviews was apprehensive about coming here. I was very pleasantly surprised. The food is exceptional and the service was perfect. Table of 10 and all our food came out same time piping hot and very tasty. Little extras at end with ice cream and baileys topped it off. Could not fault it thank you will be back

didn't get to our table. even though we booked well in advance. disgraceful, terrible staff who didn't have a clue. I will never go back. People who hadn't booked got a table got served before us. what a disgrace.

This place is in a different league. Superb food, impeccable service and unbelievable value for money! If you live locally and haven’t eaten here yet, you are missing something special. You will need to book as it gets very busy during the evening.

I had been looking forward to our Christmas outing and my first visit here to the restaurant, but, unfortunately, the first issue arose as my Tandoori starter arrived, the centre of the thigh was cold as the outer was hot. It was sent back with no apology. Three out of the eight meals were cold, when brought to the attention of the waiter he explained that the meals could not be removed from the bill, I explained that is not what I was asking for and that I was bringing it their attention. The resolution offered, was that we could have the same meals to take home, bearing in mind out for our Christmas evening did not fancy carrying around a bag of curry. The final insult was the £17.50 tip that was automatically added to the bill. When we asked for it to be removed, at first we were told no, we had to pay it, after explaining that due to all the issues experienced throughout the evening we were not going to pay it, we were then told we were not allowed back, unbelievable. It seems they are not interested in customer service, just customers money.

Late delivery, blaming uber, not acceptable, the buck stops with the restaurant I am afraid. Order at 6:10, promised for 7:15, then 7:30c then 7:56 still not arrived at 19:55! Just not good enough……

Booked a table for 8 for my mum's birthday on Friday night and wow, we were not disappointed. Not only is the food amazing, but the service was awesome. The manager offered to bring out a cake for my mum for her birthday. The cake was enough for 8 of us and they bought ice cream to have with it too - best bit, they offered this free of charge. This didn't replace the flow of complimentary baileys shots and sweets with the bill. Thank you. We all had an amazing night and we'll definitely be back.

After a very difficult day this was the panacea, staff were fantastic, suggesting our food, and strength, perfectly! Will definitely come again.

What a load of expensive rubbish … chicken way over cooked and bone dry and yet when I challenged the manager about paying £30 for substandard food she denied the capability of giving me a refund coz I had already just started to try and eat it ….ridiculous!!! Will NEVER use this rubbish restaurant again and I will encourage others not to either ….what a rip off !!!! … it strikes me that the takeaway clients do not receive anywhere near the restaurant clientele by a mile … o ordered a chicken tikka masala and in that one dish alone never mind the bone dry few chunks of chicken was at least half an onion to bulk this pathetic shocking £25 dish out …I am furious to think that people can rob off the hard earning public with expensive sub standard food and think they can get away with it !!!!!!

The food here is some of the best I've tasted for sure. However - the atmosphere was chaotic. We witnessed two arguments between different members of staff. The waiting staff were clearly working as hard as they could and were being reprimanded left, right and centre for all customers to see. It felt uncomfortable to witness. I did bring this up and we were complimented a glass of wine, for which I'm grateful - but please treat your staff better. That's far more rewarding! Due to the treatment of your staff- I will not be returning. Shame, as the chefs really know what they're doing!

Always a lovely trip to Bombay Pickles, the food was tasty and all of our needs were catered for. The kids love the ice cream afterwards and the treats for eating all their dinner…. Baileys for the adults was a nice end to the meal too.

Wonderful food, great service. Despite the place being rammed full on a Friday night, we didn't have to wait long for our food, which was served by polite and friendly staff.

Going to be honest the way the head waitress or whoever she was upstairs spoke to a younger lady was shocking, raising her voice, clicking her fingers comments like “Make her do it” made me feel quite uncomfortable. Would I return? Probably not. I’d rather spend more money somewhere where all staff members are treated with respect. Also pouring Pepsi max from a bottle into a glass with no ice and charging £4 isn’t a good look. Shame really because the chefs can cook.

Went for a birthday celebration. The food from starters till dessert was absolutely amazing. The team that served us were really brilliant and attentive.Made the whole meal enjoyable. Food was delicious every single dish. Will definitely be back

UBER EATS ORDER (MIGHT BE DIFFERENT IF YOU EAT IN) Don't get me wrong the food was really tasty, it's just the portion of meats are insanely small, I order a mixed gril, it had three small pieces of lamb tikka (size of a small chicken nugget) a couple of chicken tikka pieces, a quarter of a seek kebab, the smallest chicken thigh and just tons of onions. Also my partner ordered a tikka salmon and it was just three small strips of salmon, probably shrunken a little by cooking but no where near enough.

Excellent experience here every time we come. The food is probably the best Indian food I’ve tasted. Just had my aunts birthday here, 15 of us, food served together. Everything delicious. Cannot fault. Our server Bilal was top notch, I let him decide my whole meal for me and I was blown away by my meal. I wouldn’t eat Indian food from anywhere else

Family of four, we came here for my birthday and each had the privilege night menu, we all thoroughly enjoyed every dish. Had a lovely surprise cake, Baileys and I was also given a birthday gift. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt that this one was well deserved. Absolutely fantastic place. We celebrated a birthday there last night and the food and staff were amazing. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, the level of service was second to none. They brought out a cake and ice cream which was lovely and a beautiful personalised touch. The food is fresh, not greasy, and full of flavour. The location is great with easy parking. The atmosphere is brilliant, it’s like sitting in someone’s living room, very homely. 10/10 can’t wait to go back 🤩

Bombay Pickles in Stourbridge is a top-notch choice for delicious Indian food! The delivery via Uber Eats was impressively fast, and everything arrived hot and fresh. The meat was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, making each bite flavourful and satisfying. They also followed my instructions to the letter, which I really appreciated. The delivery came with complimentary poppadoms, always a welcome addition. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. If you're looking for a reliable and tasty meal for delivery or eat-in, in Stourbridge, Bombay Pickles is definitely worth it! Highly recommended!

Was in the area (from London) and I asked a cab driver to recommend me a nice curry house. My Gosh, this place didn't disappoint. Nice cozy venue, Lovely staff, and the Food was mesmerising. Everyone has their favourite Indian restaurant and this happens to be mine with excellent spicy curries. The real gem that this restaurant does is meal & a takeaway so if you are like me and want to have some curry for breakfast make sure to ask for a takeaway after you main meal and by the time you leave; Bombay pickle will have it ready.
