Great food great price loved it👍

Visit regularly. Rarely anything but first rate. Portions are generous compared to some restaurants I have visited and the food has always been excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. There is very little to complain about. Car parking is limited, but there is street parking close by.

I will not be ordering from this place again!!!. Because last night they gave us some stale popadoms and the food was tasteless. I couldn’t eat it all and plus it also gave me and my misses a bad belly, this was down to the food and the mint yoghurt they gave us. I’ve been up all night which I don’t want to get in details about but I’m sure you know the rest. From the stale popadom we had we feel like we were given food from 2 days a go that was left on the side. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

Tasty food and good size portions (possibly a bit too big). Wonderful attentive service from Happy smiley girls who made us feel welcome and valued. Will definitely be visiting again.

We hadn't been to Crystal Balti for years. We had a really lovely meal; the staff were attentive as I asked for no coriander on any of the food. The meal came quickly and there was not one speck if coriander in any of the dishes. The restaurant is very clean and we had a chat with the friendly owner when we paid our bill. We won't leave it years for another visit.

Over spiced all of our meals ranging from a Balti to a Biryanni. Two so Red and full of Tomato puree. Disappointed. 3rd visit in 6 weeks re Birthday invite, Friends Get together. Tried diff curries still over spiced

We had a take out from here having always liked this place and mostly eaten in. The delivery was quick and friendly. The food as always was great though the Samosas were a disappointment ( very small ). This is probably our favourite local curry house and we will continue to use it. Naans are massive and curries are tasty. If you eat in you can take your own booze. Consistently good.

Amazing 👌 Restaurant was busy but they still managed to fit us in, service was fantastic, staff were very friendly, extremely generous portions, everything was perfect, hot, fresh and tasty, we usually have a takeaway, but this evening we decided to dine in for a change, so glad we did. We always order takeway from here never had a bad meal however for my partners birthday we decided to sit in. Arrive 20 minutes earlier asked if we could sit out the way and had a lovely table by the qindow was seated straight away and lovely waiters came straight out with a smile .Honestly its the best meal weve had in years the differnce between takeaway and sitting in was incredible we ordered tikka starters and the meat was unreal i orderded a chilli masalla and bryirani for the wife the plates were over over full so much food the flavour was mind blowing along with naan bread which was huge and cooked perfectly poppadom starter 2 main starters and 2 mains 2 sides and a nann came to £39 in total cannot belive thats all it cost as the qaulity and qaunity was worth double no qeustion about it well done whole team made both our nights

Used to order here a lot until I found a long black hair, wrapped around my piece of chicken tikka, half way through eating my curry. The most sickening experience ever, I never bothered calling to complain, as wouldn't want a replacement I'd they offered 🤮

Love the food here, the service is great The car park is basically none existant and it feels a bit cramped, but that's a symptom of the building they're in. All in all its a great balti

What a great way to celebrate Jakeys 60th. Such good people that make you really welcome. Food was great, as usual, nothing too much when asked for. We had a lovely evening.

Had another great family meal here tonight. The food and service were both first class. Can't praise this place enough. The manager and all the staff are so nice, kind and pleasant. We absolutely love this place.

We were a family group of 10 who visited on Saturday evening. Food was exceptional & service was excellent, everyone was friendly, welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. Order taken quickly, food arrived in good time, everyone was happy with their meal, tasty & good portions. Nothing not to like here, we will be back 😊

Had a fabulous meal at the Crystal Balti last night. Went for a family birthday and found the food to be exceptional and the staff were absolutely lovely. The chicken chat and Tandori Fish starters were delicious, portion sizes are generous and waitresses were wonderful (thank you Robyn and Jenny!) In the photo are the main courses we ordered, the Tandori Mixed Grill, Crystal Special, and Cheese naan. Couldn't be happier, thank you again! ☺️

Lovely restaurant for a curry. Family friendly with clean environment, lovely refurbished toilets. Is always busy so booking advised if wanting to eat in. Take away and delivery is also available. Bring your own alcoholic drinks but soft drinks are available. On a main road so parking directly outside is not possible. Local parking around though.

Crystal balti is absolutely beautiful, the food is gorgeous and the flavours just beautiful couldn't fault the food at all, however I will say it was quite busy in the restaurant and there wasn't much space between the tables I felt as though we were sat on top of eachother other than that crystal balti is a lovely place to go to, staff are brilliant and food is just amazing! Love it here

The same fantastic food, excellent service and bubbling atmosphere as I've come to expectvfrom this place. I'd recommend it to anyone, although I would say that if you're coming here, skip lunch. The portions are big!!

Had a very acceptable meal, poppodoms were complimentary, food was extremely good and served in blistering hot bowls. Naan bread was big enough for 3 of us to share. Having not been there for a very long time we got caught out that it was CASH only. Fortunately between us we had enough to cover the bill. Would definitely go back again.

Excellent evening dining with my family. Allergies catered for, one of our party is gluten/lactose intolerant. This was no problem, and an allergies menu was provided. Food was excellent. Staff friendly and great service. Bring your own drinks.

My wife and I used to visit Crystal Balti 19 years ago, at lest Once a week, we stopped going because we moved 4 miles away. Two months ago we thought we would give it a try again for a little get together for my wife’s birthday. The food was grate and good Quality just as it always was. I was Surprised to see the same people still owned it. I wouldn’t take too much notice of any bad reviews as they are obviously competitors trying to put customers off, try it for yourself you won’t be disappointed. Just waiting for delivery as I type this.

Authentic food at decent prices. Not licenced - so bring your own or pop into the off licence next door. So that's a star right there - not having to pay for over priced drinks. Not sure why anyone would drink wine with curry (perhaps they feel sophisticated :-) Beer! Beer! Beer! Curry connoisseurs - read on! Went on consequetive Saturdays, catching up with old friends - both who love their curries even more than me, and have eaten in the best places in Birmingham, London and in Pakistan. I was a bit worried that they wouldnt be impressed - but they were! The simple things like the dips and huge naan breads are just the start. Keema naan is a meal in itself! But, get into the other starters and mains and they are simply the best. They can give you advice on the foods you may want to try for the first time. We had a range from the 'specials' and they were all excellent. The Madras is hot (for a Madras) - 'though they do warn you about that. Don't be afraid to ask for extras to be put in or taken out (though check if that is going to cost you). You won't need a desert and are more likely to need a 'doggy bag'. Only downside is the parking - a small car park, or you have to park in the street. Unexpectedly, it gets busy on Saturdays. The staff are great. I rarely tip, but I did here. A shout out to Mo and Charlie for their superb service.

First time visit, friendly staff great looking menu, bring your own drinks, food we ordered was delicious and filling, would highly recommend and will use again.

The Crystal Balti is located in Wordsley High Street, parking is available at the rear and has wheelchair access. Food is excellent, and has won awards. Hygienic and decor is spot on. Restaurant offers a good selection of traditional Balti and combination dishes along with English meals. If going Friday or Saturday best to book in advance.

Disappointing first time here and I won’t be back. Curry was bland even though it was a chef speciality, and it didn’t taste fresh, no prawns in curry as advertised.

Ive been going here for years, and never had a bad meal here. The portions are huge and the price is reasonable. There is a small car park at the rear of the property, but plenty of on street parking near by. You can take your own alcohol, abs there is an off licence next door.

Take away turned up cold. Not my worst moan. I asked for scampi, this is not scampi, more like fish bits in bread crumbs. Not very nice if I'm honest because their food is usualy good

Visited the restaurant last night and was not disappointed. Always had a delicious meal here, portion sizes are very generous, the dhansak was delicious and hot sweet and sour as it should be, which other restaurants can’t compete with, the naan bread was huge and also very good. No complaints from us, staff very attentive, meal served quickly and piping hot. Will definitely recommend Crystal Balti and will certainly be returning.

Good food unfortunately they don't take card. But they do have a cashpoint on site that will charge you so that you can pay the bill.

Love this place food always excellent and always served very hot and the portions wow and ive still not finished my meal again. Doggy bag for my leftovers for the next day jobs a good done.

My husband & I have been going to the Crystal Balti for many years nice food nice staff recommended.

Extremely disappointed being a regular customer at Crystal Balti ordering at least once a week, food was delivered with items missing and incorrect. Food wasn’t even warm, it was actually cold, we gave them the benefit of the doubt considering it was a weekend and may be busy, but when my brother started eating there was a long hair inside the curry!! Completely put off all of our meals and definitely won’t be ordering from there again!

Waste of money.used to order from this place but in the last few months the food quality and taste gone down so badly that I had to send it back and ask for a refund.Sent me the food uncooked,tasteless ,watery ...and is not cheap either.When I sent the food back the manager said the food didn't leave the restaurant like that..absolutely a disgrace.will never order from them again...ever

Dined here for the first time after a friends recommendation midweek in Jan 22 and was very quiet to the point i thought had i made the right choice ??... I Really Had... The Staff were so friendly and down to earth and the food was absolutely divine, full of different flavours, Portions are very generous to the point that i took leftovers home for a snack the next day.... Its my new place of choice even if it is a half an hour drive away

How this gets rated so highly is beyond me! The food arrived cold and tasteless, like slop. The chicken was chewy and I doubt even properly cooked. Never again 🤢

Amazing food , Excellent service great value for money.

Had a couple of takeaway’s in recent months which were mediocre to say the least and expensive at that. This last one was vile. Never again. I’m done. Doesn’t matter what you have, it all tastes the same. You know it’s bad when you see the staff from there in another up and coming local restaurant ordering food!!!

I order from the CB nearly every week but tonight I was disappointed. Ordered chicken and spinach and lamb Balti, both meals where not only tasteless but the sauce looked and tasted the same. I have ordered these in the past and both have been excellent but sadly not tonight. Garlic rice very tasty but plain Nan 3 out of 10. Hopefully just a hiccup tonight but family not impressed

Had a lovely meal with my husband's family, unfortunately I lost him to covid in January this year,so it was mixed emotions for me,but service was great and the portions was large,and very tasty ,highly recommended.

Been here many times but not of late due to lockdown. Went again last week, we had heard that food was not as good. Boy was that proved wrong as it was just fabulous. Lots of flavour and generous servings and just as good if not better than before.We will return soon thank you.

Relaxed casual ambience, friendly and rapid service, generous portions of tasty food... What's not to like?!?! Very pleasant dining experience, especially for the VERY reasonable price paid. Only potential niggle would be the rather unusual (in these days) requirement to pay in cash, though not enough of an issue to drop a star.

Don't accept cards but have a card machine that chRges you £1,99. Need I say any more.
