the cheese on my chips were going cold and it stuck everything together making it very hard to eat.

dont think i would order from here again food was cold when I came chips were like cardboard

Not the same because pizza gone down hill because not enough toppings and head chefs gone would not recommend eating there 😕

Really lovely food. Have never ordered from here before but will definitely order again. Had an XL pizza, chicken strips and chicken wings between 3 of us and it was really tasty.

seems like old oil, delivery drivers are always rude and have gotten my order wrong twice

Pizza took 2 and half hours last week had to go in the bin was no good and 1 hours and half this week was cold so delivery driver taken food back then come back 20 minutes later was the same food just been wormed up not another freshly mad pizza apsalute joke will never be ordering from you again

I ordered a tennese toffe pie and a bottle of Coca Cola but received a chocolate fudge cake and a pepsi bottle received the right pizza I ordered which was perfect

Almost 2 hours after order (8.15pm) over 1 hour late from the original time (delivered 10.05pm) and when requested money back the take away refused. Called twice person who answered was not helpful and slightly rude and delivery person gave no apology or anything. Food delivered only slightly warmer than room temperature. Next time save the money than order from here.

The food quality was not as expected and it seems like that whenever I have a delivery compared to pick up the quality is shockingly bad

I had ordered a pizza and was just about to order mine when i heard another guy ask if the meat was halal. The guy serving said yes, he walked out. Due to being halal I didn't order mine, if it would have stated somewhere it was halal i would have ordered everything elsewhere.

This place was okay at best the pizza weren't high quality but we're still quite nice to be honest it has plenty of choices of pizzas including meat feast,create your own,pepperoni and many more all at a standard price if your looking for a cheap pizza around I would suggest going here as a 9 inch margarita is only about 4.50 I have left some pics of the pizzas below

The pizza was burnt and soggy and the chips were soggy and undercooked not nice at all and I will not be ordering from here again! Waste of money! And not enjoyable at all!

They opened at 5. We ordered just after and the food was ready to collect within 15 minutes, so service was ok. Possibly the worst pizza I've eaten from a specialist pizza shop. Dry, cheese tasted old, sauce was disappointing, overall very salty. Large measured 11", regular was 8". Chips tasted old and reheated. I'm surprised that they get any return business at all. We will not be buying again.

I put my order in at 9:20pm and was told it would arrive between 10:05pm & 10:25pm it arrived at9:30pm surely it takes longer than than 10 mins to receive an order, cook it and delivery it!

I really like the food but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order mid-week it takes hours to deliver. On a Friday or Saturday they're normally ok but be prepared to wait forever for the food mid-week, and they never offer any money back when they are late!

Whilst the food is good waiting over an hour and 15 minutes for 2 burgers and some cheesy chips isn’t great probably won’t be ordering from kingswinford pizza again

Delivery is shocking...waited more than an hour for delivery and the pizzas were cold, I did ring to chase them and was told the standard "he's one minute away" 15 minutes later he arrived, bad attitude, practically threw the cold pizzas at me. Just to add insult to injury, hair in my daughters pizza.

Pizza wasn't cooked right the pepperion one wasn't and chips wasn't cooked right at to ring them they forgotten to bring drinks

Said they delivered, never came. So phoned to chase up and they then come and it’s stone cold. Not impressed at all.

Food took over 2 hours to come and when arrived it was cold. I phoned the shop twice and the said it was on its way. I couldn't eat it as it was greasy before it went cold but had to give it my children because they were so hungry after waiting so long. Really not happy after spending over £25.

Ordered over 2 hours ago and still waiting when we ring all we get is its in the way or just waiting for the driver i have used this place for years but this is beyond the joke!!

Pizza was burnt and cold. Dreadful. Not one to complain but when we did we was told we will a free one next time. However they wouldn't give us a contact name. What do we eat tonight! Ordered at 630pm and it arrived 815pm. We live 1.5 miles away.

Ordered from here previously and had no issue, tonight our order was late, cold and contained the wrong pizza. Called the restaurant who called us liars and refused to correct the order before putting the phone down, left having to order a new takeaway as the pizza sent contained items we cannot eat due to intolerance, avoid this restaurant.

Brst pizza i had in long time

Wasnt the best i ordered 2 deal ones with cheese and tomatoe pizza and a meat feast and ended up with 3 garlic bread pizzas and 1 meat feast
