Ridiculous waiting times for delivery. The telephone number given to "call restaurant" on the add goes to a mobile voicemail. Unhelpful staff when I finally got through after searching the shop number out on Google.

If your looking to order from here please allow 3-4 days for delivery.honestly if I could give minus stars I would. I ordered my food at 8 o'clock on Uber eats and it said 20 mins delivery. 2 hours and several calls to the shop later and it finally arrived. Staff were rude when I tried to see where my food was. I will not be ordering from here again !!

2 hour wait for food, when food eventually arrives the pizza is luke warm and fries were stone cold. Not very appetising at all, won't be using again.

We’ve just ordered a meal from here tonight after using Pizza Pizza for a number of years. It has taken over 2hrs to arrive and is cold and inedible. After calling the restaurant to complain, I was told it can’t be cold, it’s been sent straight here. I even had to knock on the bun of my burger for them to hear to try and prove I wasn’t lying about it being cold and rock hard. I wasn’t offered any solution and am doubting whether to order from them again, which is a shame after about 4yrs of service.

I ordered Donner in Naan 🫓 but the food was really cold and naan was dry and burger 🍔 bun had no taste to it at all it was like I was eating a cardboard

food arrives hot and on time plenty of choices to choose from highly recommend

I love this place, the price to quality ratio is unmatched anywhere. The only tip I would have is to collect it from the store, as you can't beat it when it's fresh from the oven

Disgusting service asked for chilli tomato sauce...picked up sweet bbq sauce base. Rang up and then felt I wasn't being heard. Wasn't prepared to sort! It's almost like I had made it up...Ruined our Sat night meal! 🙄🙄

food was stone cold , no chips hardly, asked for cheese which looked like lettuce. No effort gone in waited one hour and a half. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Nice fresh pizza. Unbeatable prices. I Haven't tried anything else on the menu so I can only put review for pizza. This place is always busy so can't be that bad. UPDATE: They have recently changed menu. Pizza still still have same standard. Went down hill after guy left about 2 years ago. They slowly pulling it back with all the new staff.

Absolute disgrace ordered 2 pizzas . Was told 50-60 mins , it finely arrived 2 hours later , stone cold n very greasy , would recommend keep well clear

Gone really down hill ordered from there for years and kept saying to the family will should give them another try but never again food was cold fries where like scabs and the pizza could of used it as door stop nothing else i can say.

Well..... pizzas was cold , bad stomach after eating, it used to be a good pizza shop with good chef. often leave my order to papa Jones but sometimes I order my food to this shop, just delivery was late about 20 mins as weekends they are so busy. Nice people, delivery driver was asking me why I don't go to that shop any more!!!!!., I like it.

I used to love the pizzas from here, been having them for years, but the last few I have had have been horrible, dry, hardly any topping and and like cardboard, won't be buying again I'm afraid... I'm guessing it's under new management...

Ordered from pizza pizza. At 6.15pm and was told 45 to 60 mins for delivery. Finally had it turn up at 8.15 after phoning a few times.. when was delivered it was slightly burnt and not that good.. would not recommend.. I have used this place for years. No customer service at all..

Where do I start the cheese burger and chips ok not the best and I ordered two desserts and the cheese boxes smelt like it had been in with garlic bread and tasted like it and I rang the shop and they have poor customer service skills i never be going here again

Manager is rude and arrogant.he got my order wrong i told him and all he did was disagree saying it was my fault and the food was terrible anyway will be using the pizza shop up the road instead now

fries wasnt cooked right plus they tasted like fried chicken .. mixed wrap had oil dripping from it usually great food but tonight disgusting wont be eating from there again. Roll on when pannys opens !!!

Placed our first order with Pizza Pizza via Deliveroo and food arrived on time, tasted great, fresh ingredients, good size portions and great prices. We will definitely be ordering again. Keep up the good work!

Just brought a mixed meat and chips, food tasted vile my fork couldn't even go through the chips they were like sponges

The pizza tastes good. Let down by the fact the food turned up a bit cold so had to reheat. Prefer my pizza and chips to be crispy but all in all its a decent place.

Pizza are great, and love the "zinger burger meal".

The only reason I'm giving this 5 stars is because i can't give it 6. Great pizzas with some great deals. The special sauce is incredible. I've read some reviews calling them "scruff pizza" but I'd encourage you to ignore these Pizza snobs. Great way to finish your evening after a night out at Ella's or Pardoes.

I have always ordered from pizza pizza but the last two times I ordered the two pizzas had to be thrown away because my boys said they tasted like cardboard they were that bad even me dog wouldn't eat them and delivery is always over the time stated
