Subway in Dudley

Forgot parts of the order. Delivery time doubled since the initial order.

Food was missing items with now drink or cookie being sent

Ordered the bread and cookies off too good to go, gave us no cookies. Not even one lol

What can i say, ordered, and apparently delivered, although it hasnt. Tried to contact store and just rings out. Absolutely shocking

I ordered a chicken footlong and it came with no chicken inside and just salad! How can you screw that up!?

Wrong order delivered, restaurant blamed courier but receipt on bag correct so they are the ones who messed up. Won’t order again

ordered 2 footlong meal deals but received only 2 footlong subs. asked driver, he shrugged his shoulders & drove off. rang store, just told to contact just eat.

A strange one, but I ordered off Uber Eats and had an absolute nightmare, luckily Laura who works at the Subway was very helpful! Thank you for amazing customer service, and an extra special thanks for the cookie! 😅

I ordered two Big Breakwich sandwich’s but unfortunately there was shell in the eggs. This is very disappointing.

1 sandwich was tuna instead of ham. Fortunately the recipient liked tuna so was ok to eat it anyway.

Missing most of the meal deal and at over £55 spent I might be moaning but it's not exactly cheap for 4 sandwiches.. The driver said he can't go back. No chance to call the store. Just wait 2 days for Just Eat to 'Investigate'.

Friendly staff who take more care over the food and packaging than any other branch I've been to.

Missing items - Missing a drink that we had ordered

Stone cold crinkle potatoes, cold toasted sub with hardly anything on it. Obviously made up and left on the side to go cold before pick up. Only good thing- had five stamps so didn’t cost much. This place I find is hit and miss!! Now I’ve used my stamps I won’t be using again….. 😕

Staff were friendly and quick. Knew exactly what they were doing. It is not a halal branch (I've nothing against halal ... I just really love my bacon!) The fact that this subway is inside the Spar shop was actually great as the kids loved the ice cream milkshake machine and tango ice blast machine! Sandwiches were all perfect so we will definitely return soon!

Lovely food just disappointed that yet again my full stamps worth £18 wasnt deducted! Why save stamps if I cant use them?

I've never ordered before and I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with two types of cheese. There was no cheese at all on the sub! I was expecting a nice melty warm sub but it was more like a salad sandwich. I won't be ordering again as it was expensive for what you don't get

I am order 6 inch sub veg and the restaurant send me non veg I am on work than I am open the pack and check this is non veg my mood is very upset because I am very hungry

best subway i’ve ever been to! the guy at the till (think his name was james) was fast and efficient when making my sandwiches, and they were really neat. i will definitely be coming back soon😋

No chicken on it no cheese only 3 pieces bacon lettuce pickles sauce

Spent £30 on this for it to arrive sandwiches no cheese on like stataed and not even toasted very disappointed

My food was very wet and cold.

Ordered food via Uber. Called to Confirm address with branch and text to Uber driver. Food never arrived. Subway refused to assist and wouldn't/couldn't support with getting intouch with Uber. Unable to get to branch to collect anything and staff was unhelpful on phone. Order for over £25 was not received and they had no remorse in taking the money without the goods being supplied. I don't hold Subway fully at fault but the support you get from them regards to Uber is absolutely abysmal and would not recommend using to anyone.

The food is standard subway food. The service could use some work though. It's inside the Spar and the carpark can be a but of a pain. It's easier to park elsewhere and walk

Decent parking outside, nice and clean inside. Only one member of staff working when I went in but I didn't have to wait. Some Subways can be pretty shoddy with quality but my sandwich was well made and not doused in sauce. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use this branch again.

Really good place to visit, good range of food on menu

My visit was for a 12" hearty Italian bread roll enriched by chicken and bacon ranch, plain but exciting cheese, toasted then loaded with my favoured (4a sandwich) lettuce succulent, red onion, three thinly sliced tomatoe rings, gerkins and black olives. A sprinkle of ground pepper and sweet onion sauce, in my opinion, food for the God's. Why not conjure up your own slice of heaven, bon appetit (French for good grub)!
