Best chicken tikka curry for a long time had a delivery was quick and hot really lovely 10 out of 10

Had a takeaway due to the price being one if the cheapest in the local area. 1st of, I couldnt find the place as it was night time and had to drive around twice due to the frontage not being lit up. I Had lamb tika for starter which was OK and compared to other places pretty standard. Then a lamb rogan josh with pilau rice. Disappointed doesn't even describe it. I dont know if it was normal or just because the place was quiet and empty so the kitchen staff missed a few things (9pm Sunday) but the food tasted like it was missing vital ingredients. 1. No chilli even though the menu described it as a medium to hot dish. 2. The sauce was just a plain bland blended tomatoe and onion sauce with no caremelisation of the onions and tasted like they had just been lightly softened before being blended with tomatoes and tasted and looked like it had no garlic or ginger nor any turmaric nor the vital ingredient garam masala and no corriander. 3. The texture was as though thickend with corn powder. The meat was tender and edible though. While I was waiting the waiter was asking if this was my 1st time here and that it wouldn't be my last as the food is very good. Sorry to say it was my 1st and last as will not be going back no matter how cheap the food was.

Los carniceros de Craig Finch han sido excelentes cada vez que hemos estado, ya sea para salchichas, carne de res, hamburguesas o pastel de cerdo. Los pasteles de cerdo son unos de los mejores que hemos probado y las salchichas Peaky Blinder son premiadas y excelentes para una barbacoa. Tienen algunas opciones convenientes durante el bloqueo actual para que no tenga que ir a los supermercados.

Muy buen café y la comida es fresca. Mejor desayuno. He tenido lo que ustedes llaman bostin y salchichas realmente buenas volvería sí. todos los dias si tengo oportunidad? 10/10 y el personal muy amable y servicial.

Great food, good location only downside is that the music was too loud . Been there 3x and the food was consistently good

Generous portion of chips which were nice but very slightly greasy. Fish was excellent. Super personal service with a smile & a chat. Fair value for money.

Lovely place, great service and tasty plentiful food. Will certainly be coming back. Still a great place with friendly staff and delicious food. Onion bhaji's are melt in the mouth.

Just been told it's closing at the end of the month. Not surprised. The staff need to be able to make drinks which have been ordered. It's not that it's busy in there

Always look forward to Friday night chippy . Today , the Deliveroo driver brought the wrong order ! I called Ridge Chippy and the correct ☑️ order was brought to me by the lovely lady . Delicious food - battered chips are my favourite

Are you kidding me? Their large pizzas are medium. I have never seen such a small pizza when I have ordered a large. Also large chips? Portion sizes need to be looked at because for the price it just isn’t worth it. You pay £50 and it’s just about enough food to feed a few toddlers. Disgusting. (Also as for the reply to this review) don’t call me “dear” your a rip off don’t try to justify your horrific prices and sizes. I guess that’s maybe why you have less than 4 stars.

BEST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD!! I can’t fault it the people you speak to when you order are always polite and well mannered then then food where to start it’s just unreal you go some Chinese takeouts and the sweet and sour sauce tastes so vingery not here just so good. Whatever you are doing you doing it amazingly Thank you

Absolutely gorgeous food and very friendly staff .

The delivery wait time is an absolute joke. We WERE regulars for the old owners who got the deliveries out within 30 minutes every time. Ordered food 90 minutes ago and keep getting told it will be there in 5 minutes. I genuinely wouldn’t bother wasting your time with this place. Food is fairly nice but not worth the wait.
