Los carniceros de Craig Finch han sido excelentes cada vez que hemos estado, ya sea para salchichas, carne de res, hamburguesas o pastel de cerdo. Los pasteles de cerdo son unos de los mejores que hemos probado y las salchichas Peaky Blinder son premiadas y excelentes para una barbacoa. Tienen algunas opciones convenientes durante el bloqueo actual para que no tenga que ir a los supermercados.

Excelente servicio y excelente carne. Tiene una gran selección de embutidos y pasteles caseros. Y las salchichas son 100% increíbles

Hemos estado obteniendo nuestra carne de Craig durante varios años, ¡y siempre ha sido fresca y maravillosamente sabrosa! Se puede decir que se usan ingredientes de calidad y que hay una gran variedad de opciones, especialmente grandes ahora que el verano está en camino y la temporada de barbacoa debería estar pronto. Mi marido adora los pasteles de cerdo, tanto que le pedimos a Craig que nos hiciera un pastel de bodas con pastel de carne de cerdo que se convirtió en una tormenta con nuestros invitados y ahora tenemos pedidos para llevarnos sus pasteles cuando visitamos a la familia. !

Varias personas con las que hablo en la zona dicen que algunas de las cosas que han tenido han sido en el turno, excelente sabor y calidad para las salchichas, pero si las compras en los días incorrectos, no parecen muy frescas y tienen un poco de un olor sobre ellos, dejó de ir por eso, eso y debido a un poco de carne picada que tuve de allí y tuve que tirar, también mi parienta solía amar los rollos de salchicha de allí, eran muy buenos pero un par de veces no sabía muy bien otra vez, creo que era frescura

Hemos comprado aquí desde que la tienda abrió hace algunos años. Excelente carne y una pequeña variedad de verduras frescas, leche, pan, etc. Sus pasteles, empanadas, salchichas y fagots son de primera clase y están hechos en el lugar.

I was unsurprisingly drawn to this butcher by the huge signs proclaiming his excellence and awards outside the shop. However having tried several cuts of meat I have to say he is far from the best I've tried locally and also does not stock some of the more interesting cuts that others do, particularly organ meats which I use for middle-eastern cooking. I also have found him to be poorly-mannered and rather arrogant, which I don't really find acceptable especially in a place with such premium prices.

Having been born on a pig farm it was a real pleasure to find such good quality pork - some of the best I've tasted! Sausages are all great - if you blind tested you would know exactly the flavour. Samosas are a regular favorite and at a good price. We'll done Craig and keep up the good work.

My wife and I have used Craig as our local butcher since he opened nearly 4 years ago.. His amazing meat selection accompanied by an array of pies and savoury pastry delights. Condiments by Craig Finchley and others are also available. I'd recommend the thin plain pork sausage, spring onion and cheese, spicy chilli and the leek.. ask if he would do you an Aussie sausage with pineapple, smoked gammon and cheese! His steaks are amazing as well.. We are enjoying his sausages tonight! Get down there! JH

Fantastic quality of meats. The butcher is accommodating and swift. I've always encountered butchers who are robust, smiley, chatty and friendly but this one may be the most tight lipped moodiest one to date. Good luck squeezing more than an uncomfortable 2 lines out of him. Worth visiting for the products though.

Excellent local butcher,with the best range of sausages in the country,fantastic free range turkeys,presented in lovely gift box with history of the farm.

Been to quite a few butchers in my life but none can match the quality of Craig's products. The wall of trophies speaks for itself, the traditional and pork and leak sausages are the best I've ever tried. If you're looking for a real treat, try his sausage rolls. Unlike any I've ever experienced. Pure quality. Best part is, the price of all the food is very reasonable! Slightly pricier than supermarket meat but 10x the quality. Couldn't recommend higher!

Craig cooks bacon and sausage baps while you wait also his own burgers. He usually has 8-10 sausage types available He is currently supreme sausage champion and has a wall of trophies. Also if you are self catering all his home made stuff is outstanding including sausage rolls pork pies and pasties. Personal fav pork sausage with spring onion and cheese.
